本发明提供了细胞培养板夹具的结构,其能方便快速地将细胞培养板压紧固定于摇床上,确保细胞培养板板盖与培养板主体连接的密封性。其包括底板,底板上设有与细胞培养板匹配的凹槽,凹槽两侧对称地设有支架,支架上端设有转轴,压杆包括压杆臂和设置于压杆臂一端的连接部,连接部穿接于转轴上,转轴上套设有扭簧,扭簧的两个簧脚分别抵靠压杆臂的下端面和支架的上端面,连接部相对于压杆臂的另一侧设有压条,压条平行设置于凹槽上方。

细胞培养板夹具的结构
技术领域
本发明涉及细胞培养装置技术领域,尤其涉及好氧细胞培养用的深、浅孔细胞培养板的固定装置,具体为细胞培养板夹具的结构。
背景技术
随着分子生物学的发展,蛋白的异源表达技术逐渐成熟且被广泛应用。外源蛋白的表达需要选择合适的表达宿主以及表达元件,这就需要构建庞大的表达文库,从中选择较佳的表达工具盒。细胞培养板能够利用较少培养液进行高通量细胞培养以及菌种、细胞株和表达文库的筛选,具有快速、高通量、节约成本等特点。
现有的细胞培养板在使用时为了避免染菌或板孔间交叉污染,需要对板口密封,现主要有两种密封板口方式,一种为乳胶垫密封式,一种为“三明治”式板盖密封,乳胶垫在使用时无法进行气体交换,且密封性差,而“三明治”式板盖能很好的进行气体交换,避免交叉污染。然而在板盖和深孔板结合使用时密封性无法保障,并且需要特定的培养摇床。 
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明专利提供了细胞培养板夹具的结构,其能方便快速地将细胞培养板压紧固定于摇床上,确保细胞培养板板盖与培养板主体连接的密封性。
       其技术方案是这样的,包括底板,所述底板上设有与细胞培养板匹配的凹槽,所述凹槽两侧对称地设有支架,所述支架上端设有转轴,压杆包括压杆臂和设置于压杆臂一端的连接部,所述连接部穿接于所述转轴上,所述转轴上套设有扭簧,所述扭簧的两个簧脚分别抵靠所述压杆臂的下端面和所述支架的上端面,所述连接部相对于所述压杆臂的另一侧设有压条,所述压条平行设置于所述凹槽上方。
       进一步地,还包括弯曲状的弹性连接杆,所述弹性连接杆的两端分别连接所述连接部和所述压条。
       进一步的,所述压杆与所述压条成T字形设置;
进一步地,所述支架的上端面为向下倾斜设置的斜面。
采用本发明的结构后,其有益效果在于:对行细胞培养板进行固定时,只需压下压杆臂,连接部上的压条绕转轴向上提起,将填充完培养基的细胞培养板放入夹具底板的槽中,松开压杆臂,压杆臂在扭簧的作用下上带动压条绕转轴向下转动,并压紧培养板板盖,方便快速地将细胞培养板压紧固定于底板的凹槽内,确保细胞培养板板盖与培养板主体连接的密封性,避免在培养过程中细胞因培养液飞溅造成染菌和交叉污染;底板上设有固定架,能与普通摇床匹配,适用性广;压条通过弹性连接杆连接于连接部上,能够在确保压紧培养板板盖的基础上避免板盖上端面压伤。

具体实施方式
    如图1至图4所示,包括底板1,底板1上设有与细胞培养板7匹配的凹槽8,凹槽8两侧对称地设有支架2,支架2上端设有转轴5,压杆包括压杆臂4和设置于压杆臂4一端的连接部6,连接部6穿接于转轴5上,转轴5上套设有扭簧,扭簧的两个簧脚分12、11别抵靠压杆臂4的下端面和支架2的上端面10,连接部6相对于压杆臂4的另一侧设有压条3,压条3平行设置于凹槽8上方;还包括弯曲状的弹性连接杆9,弹性连接杆9的两端分别连接连接部6和压条3;压杆与压条3成T字形设置;支架2的上端面10为向下倾斜设置的斜面。
该夹具适用于微生物、哺乳细胞、植物细胞、昆虫细胞等多种细胞类型的培养,同时,也适用于悬浮培养和贴壁培养这两类不同的细胞培养方式。

1.细胞培养板夹具的结构,包括底板,所述底板上设有与细胞培养板匹配的凹槽,所述凹槽两侧对称地设有支架,所述支架上端设有转轴,压杆包括压杆臂和设置于压杆臂一端的连接部,所述连接部穿接于所述转轴上,所述转轴上套设有扭簧,所述扭簧的两个簧脚分别抵靠所述压杆臂的下端面和所述支架的上端面,所述连接部相对于所述压杆臂的另一侧设有压条,所述压条平行设置于所述凹槽上方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的细胞培养板夹具的结构,其特征在于:所述连接部和所述压条通过弯曲状的弹性连接杆连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的细胞培养板夹具的结构,其特征在于:所述压杆与所述压条成T字形设置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的细胞培养板夹具的结构,其特征在于:所述支架的上端面为向下倾斜设置的斜面。
