本发明涉及一种化学工业产品,尤其是一种不易开裂的油漆。其组分重量配比为:蜡酯12~17%、桐油20~30%、环氧树脂10~16%、丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂3~6%、棕榈油精酯12~16%、甲基丙烯酸树脂5~8%、松节油0.5~1%、半亚光丙烯颜料1~3%、光引发剂3~6%、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛5~10%、消泡剂2~4%、分散剂2~4%,其余为稀料。它耐光性、耐候性好,着色力、遮盖力强,附着力强使用后不易开裂。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种化学工业产品,尤其是一种不易开裂的油漆。
背景技术
漆膜表面出现深浅大小各不相同的裂纹,如从裂纹处能见到下层表面,则称为"开裂";如漆膜呈现龟背花纹样的细小裂纹,则称为"龟裂"。
问题原因:一、底漆与面漆不配套,涂膜受外界影响(机械作用,温度变化等)而产生收缩应力,引起漆膜龟裂或开裂。二、底漆未干透即涂覆(喷、刷、辊涂)面漆,或第一层面漆过厚,未经干透又涂第二层面漆,使两层漆内外伸缩不一致。三、室内用漆用于室外或金属表面底漆用于木材。四、木质底材含有松脂未经清除和处理,日久会渗出漆膜,造成局部龟裂。五、木材含水率太高,日久发生变形引起开裂;六、固化剂加入过多,或者使用错误的固化剂;七、施工过厚;八、施工环境恶劣,温差大、湿度大,漆膜受冷热而伸缩,引起龟裂。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述技术问题,提供了一种不易开裂的油漆,它耐光性、耐候性好,着色力、遮盖力强,附着力强使用后不易开裂,其采用的技术方案如下:
一种不易开裂的油漆,其特征在于:其组分重量配比为:
蜡酯  12~17%;
桐油  20~30%;
环氧树脂  10~16%;
丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂  3~6%;
棕榈油精酯  12~16%;
甲基丙烯酸树脂  5~8%;
松节油  0.5~1%;
半亚光丙烯颜料  1~3%;
光引发剂  3~6%;
聚乙烯醇缩丁醛  5~10%;
消泡剂  2~4%;
分散剂  2~4%;
其余为稀料。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述稀料由乙酸正丁酯、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇、乙醇、丙酮、苯、二甲苯按重量百分比为1:2:2:1:2:1:1组成。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述光引发剂为二芳基碘鎓盐、三芳基碘鎓盐、烷基碘鎓盐或异丙苯茂铁六氟磷酸盐。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述消泡剂为聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂。
聚醚改性有机硅,是在硅氧烷分子中引入聚醚链段制得的聚醚-硅氧烷共聚物(简称硅醚共聚物)聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂是将两者的优点有机结合起来的一种新型高效消泡剂。它是选择具有较强抑泡能力的聚醚和疏水性强、破泡迅速的二甲基硅油为主要成分和能使硅油与聚醚有机结合起来的乳化剂、稳定剂等成分组成的消泡剂。它具有表面张力低、消泡迅速、抑泡时间长、成本低、用量少、应用面广等特点。对有机硅进行聚醚改性,使之具有二类消泡剂的优点,成为一种性能优良,有广泛应用前景的消泡剂。
在硅醚共聚物的分子中,硅氧烷段是亲油基,聚醚段是亲水基。聚醚链段中聚环氧乙烷链节能提供亲水性和起泡性,聚环氧丙烷链节能提供疏水性和渗透力,对降低表面张力有较强的作用。聚醚链端的基团对硅醚共聚物的性能也有很大的影响。常见的端基有羟基、烷氧基等。调节共聚物中硅氧烷段的相对分子质量,可以使共聚物突出或减弱有机硅的特性。同样,改变聚醚段的相对分子质量,会增加或降低分子中有机硅的比例,对共聚物的性能也会产生影响。
老的染色工艺,一般应用二甲基聚硅氧烷消泡剂,就可达到满意的消泡剂效果,并保证染色均匀。但新的染色工艺,使用了高温高压机械,在这种机械里,被染物受染色液的喷射而运动,同时被染色。虽产生的泡沫可由普通的有机硅消泡剂消泡,但在高温高压下,一般的硅氧烷消泡剂会产生薄膜状沉淀而使被染物产生斑点。应用嵌段共聚物就能克服以上缺点,因为这些消泡剂组分能溶于冷水,而不溶于热水,所以能起消泡作用。但只用这种共聚物消泡剂的消泡效果不令人满意,若在共聚物中加入一定量的雾状SiO2,就可达到令人满意的消泡效果,并生产出染色均匀的织物。
聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂很容易在水中乳化,亦称作“自乳化型消泡剂”。在其浊点温度以上时,失去对水的溶解性和机械稳定性,并耐酸、碱和无机盐,可用于苛刻条件下的消泡,广泛用于涤纶织物高温染色工艺、发酵工艺中的消泡。此外,也可用于二乙醇胺脱硫体系的消泡及各种油剂、切削液、不冻液、水性油墨等体系的消泡,也适用于印刷行业感光树脂制版后,洗掉未固化树脂的消泡,是一种很有代表性、性能优良、用途广泛的有机硅消泡剂。
为改善亲油性用于水基油墨、涂料、切削液,在聚醚改性有机硅的共聚物分子中部分甲基用长链烷基取代,可以更有效地发挥消泡效果。为使在浊点温度以下也能有较好的消泡性,自乳化型消泡剂中通常都配有二甲基硅油—白炭黑膏状物,这时在浊点温度下聚醚改性有机硅表面活性剂又可作为二甲基硅油的乳化剂而发挥分散、乳化作用。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述分散剂为三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠或焦磷酸钠。分散剂可均匀分散那些难于溶解于液体的无机、有机颜料的固体颗粒,同时也能防止固体颗粒的沉降和凝聚。
本发明具有如下优点:耐光性、耐候性好,着色力、遮盖力强,附着力强使用后不易开裂。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种不易开裂的油漆,其特征在于:其组分重量配比为:蜡酯17%、桐油20%、环氧树脂10%、丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂6%、棕榈油精酯12%、甲基丙烯酸树脂5%、松节油1%、半亚光丙烯颜料1%、光引发剂6%、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛10%、消泡剂2%、分散剂4%,其余为稀料。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述稀料由乙酸正丁酯、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇、乙醇、丙酮、苯、二甲苯按重量百分比为1:2:2:1:2:1:1组成。所述光引发剂为二芳基碘鎓盐。所述消泡剂为聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂。所述分散剂为三聚磷酸钠。
耐光性:颜料在一定光照下保持其原有颜色的性能。一般采用八级制表示,八级最好。
耐候性:颜料在一定的天然或人工气候条件下,保持其原有性能的能力。一般采用五级制表示,五级最好。
着色力:着色颜料吸收入射光的能力。可用相当于标准颜料样品着色力的相对百分率表示。
遮盖力:在成膜物质中覆盖底材表面颜色的能力。常用遮盖1平方米面积的色漆中所含颜料的克数表示。
通过实验其耐光性为六级,耐候性为四级,着色力为40%,遮盖力为4克/平方米。
实施例2
一种不易开裂的油漆,其特征在于:其组分重量配比为:蜡酯17%、桐油30%、环氧树脂16%、丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂6%、棕榈油精酯15%、甲基丙烯酸树脂5%、松节油1%、半亚光丙烯颜料3%、光引发剂6%、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛5%、消泡剂4%、分散剂3%,其余为稀料。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述稀料由乙酸正丁酯、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇、乙醇、丙酮、苯、二甲苯按重量百分比为1:2:2:1:2:1:1组成。所述光引发剂为三芳基碘鎓盐。所述消泡剂为聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂。所述分散剂为焦磷酸钠。
通过实验其耐光性为七级,耐候性为五级,着色力为42%,遮盖力为5克/平方米。
实施例3
一种不易开裂的油漆,其特征在于:其组分重量配比为:蜡酯17%、桐油20%、环氧树脂16%、丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂3、棕榈油精酯12%、甲基丙烯酸树脂5%、松节油1%、半亚光丙烯颜料3%、光引发剂3%、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛5%、消泡剂2%、分散剂2%,其余为稀料。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述稀料由乙酸正丁酯、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇、乙醇、丙酮、苯、二甲苯按重量百分比为1:2:2:1:2:1:1组成。所述光引发剂为烷基碘鎓盐。所述消泡剂为聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂。所述分散剂为六偏磷酸钠。
通过实验其耐光性为六级,耐候性为四级,着色力为45%,遮盖力为4克/平方米。

蜡酯  12~17%;
桐油  20~30%;
环氧树脂  10~16%;
丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂  3~6%;
棕榈油精酯  12~16%;
甲基丙烯酸树脂  5~8%;
松节油  0.5~1%;
半亚光丙烯颜料    1~3%;
光引发剂   3~6%;
聚乙烯醇缩丁醛    5~10%;
消泡剂   2~4%;
分散剂   2~4%;
其余为稀料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种不易开裂的油漆,其特征在于:所述稀料由乙酸正丁酯、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇、乙醇、丙酮、苯、二甲苯按重量百分比为1:2:2:1:2:1:1组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种不易开裂的油漆,其特征在于:所述光引发剂为二芳基碘鎓盐、三芳基碘鎓盐、烷基碘鎓盐或异丙苯茂铁六氟磷酸盐。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种不易开裂的油漆,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种不易开裂的油漆,其特征在于:所述分散剂为三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠或焦磷酸钠。
