Abstract
The invention relates to a method and a device for online sorting rolled pieces. The method for online sorting the rolled pieces comprises the following steps: conveying the rolled pieces to be sorted to an extended transmission roller way arranged on a transmission line when the rolled pieces to be sorted appear on a rolled piece conveying roller way for conveying on the transmission line; stopping the transmission of the extended transmission roller way and executing the sorting of the rolled pieces to be sorted on the extended transmission roller way. According to the method, the efficiency and convenience for online sorting the rolled pieces can be improved.

Technical Field
The disclosure relates to the field of metallurgical machinery, in particular to an operation method and device for online arrangement of rolled pieces.
Background
In the prior art, when rolled pieces needing to be sorted are found in the rolled piece transmission process, the running rolled piece conveying roller way needs to be stopped temporarily, and the rolled pieces are sorted on a rolled piece transmission line manually.

Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The embodiments described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present invention. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the invention, as detailed in the appended claims.

In practical application scenarios, the roller way on the transmission line may be in a single-roller way form or a double-roller way form.
For the single-roller-way form, only one roller way is arranged on the actual transmission line, namely a rolled piece conveying roller way. Under this condition, the setting mode of extension transmission roll table can be: the extension conveying roller way is arranged to be an independent extension roller way connected with the single roller way, the arrangement position is the conveying direction of the single roller way, as shown in fig. 3, and a baffle is arranged between the extension conveying roller way and the rolled piece conveying roller way. In fig. 3, 301 is a rolled piece conveying roller way, 302 is an extended conveying roller way of 301, and is arranged in the conveying direction of the rolled piece conveying roller way 301, and a baffle 303 is arranged between the two.
It should be noted that when the baffle is activated, the baffle is used for isolating the rolled piece conveying roller way and extending the conveying roller way. In the transmission line operation process, when the rolled pieces to be finished do not appear, the baffle is started, and the rolled pieces transmitted on the rolled piece conveying roller way cannot be conveyed to the extension conveying roller way. Therefore, the baffle is withdrawn only when the rolled pieces to be finished appear, and the baffle is continuously started after all the rolled pieces to be finished are completely transmitted to the extended transmission roller way.
For the double-roller-way form, two roller ways can exist on the transmission line at the same time, wherein one roller way is used as an alignment roller way, and the other roller way is used as a rolled piece conveying roller way. Under this condition, the setting mode of extension transmission roll table can be: the extension conveying roller way is set to be an independent extension roller way connected with the alignment roller way in the double roller ways, and the setting position is the reverse direction of the original conveying direction of the alignment roller way, as shown in fig. 4. In fig. 4, 401 is a rolled piece conveying roller way, 402 is an alignment roller way, 403 is an extension conveying roller way, and the extension conveying roller way 402 is arranged in the reverse direction of the conveying direction of the alignment roller way 402, wherein the rolled piece conveying roller way in the original conveying line and the conveying direction of the alignment roller way are opposite, for example: the rolled pieces are conveyed from right to left on the rolled piece conveying roller way 401, and after the rolled pieces are conveyed from the rolled piece conveying roller way 401 to the adjacent alignment roller way 402, the rolled pieces continue to be conveyed from sitting to right on the alignment roller way 402. The tail ends of the alignment roller way 402 and the extension conveying roller way 403 are both provided with baffles.
It should be noted that, in the case of a dual-roller way, generally, the rolled piece is transported on a rolled piece transport roller way, and then the rolled piece is transported from the rolled piece transport roller way to an adjacent alignment roller way for alignment, and then transported to the alignment roller way for adjacent chain movement, and enters the next process procedure. Under the form of a double roller way, the specific functions of the sorting control module are as follows: conveying the rolled pieces to be finished from a rolled piece conveying roller way in the double roller way to an alignment roller way; reversing the transmission direction of the alignment roller way, and reversely conveying the rolled piece to be finished on the alignment roller way to the extension transmission roller way; and then, the transmission direction of the transmission roller way is prolonged in a reverse rotation mode, and the rolled piece which is finished with arrangement on the alignment roller way is conveyed to the alignment roller way in a reverse direction.

1. A method of online conditioning a rolled product, comprising:

and reversing the transmission direction of the alignment roller way, and reversely conveying the rolled pieces to be finished on the alignment roller way to the extension transmission roller way.
6. The method according to claim 4, wherein the transporting the rolled stock to be collated onto an extended transport table provided on the transport line comprises:
the baffle is retracted, and the rolled piece to be finished is conveyed from the rolled piece conveying roller way to the extended conveying roller way along the conveying direction of the rolled piece conveying roller way;
and when all the rolled pieces to be finished are conveyed, starting the baffle.
7. The method of claim 3 wherein said returning finished products from said extended transport table to said transport line being transported comprises:
and reversing the transmission direction of the extension transmission roller way, and reversely conveying the finished rolled pieces on the alignment roller way to the alignment roller way.
8. The method of claim 4 wherein said returning finished products from said extended transport table to said transport line being transported comprises:
withdrawing the baffle, reversing the transmission direction of the extended transmission roller way, and reversely transmitting the finished rolled piece on the alignment roller way to the rolled piece transmission roller way;
activating the baffle.
9. An operating device for online collating rolled products, comprising: the rolled piece conveying roller way, the extension conveying roller way and the sorting control module are arranged on the conveying line; wherein,
the arrangement control module is used for transmitting the rolled pieces to be arranged to the extended transmission roller way when the rolled pieces to be arranged appear on the rolled piece transmission roller way which is transmitting on the transmission line; and stopping the transmission of the extended transmission roller way so as to finish the rolled piece to be finished on the extended transmission roller way.
10. The apparatus of claim 9 wherein said collating control module is further operative to transfer finished products from said elongated transport table back to said transport line being transported when finishing collating of said products to be collated.
11. The apparatus according to claim 10, wherein when the rolled product rollgang is a dual rollgang, the extended transport rollgang is connected to an alignment rollgang of the dual rollgang as a reverse extended rollgang of an original transport direction of the alignment rollgang.
12. The apparatus according to claim 10, characterized in that when the rolled product rollgang is a single rollgang, the extended transport rollgang is connected to the single rollgang, being an extended rollgang in the single rollgang transport direction, and a baffle is provided between the extended transport rollgang and the rolled product rollgang.
13. The apparatus of claim 11 wherein the collating control module is specifically adapted to convey the rolled product to be collated from the product rollgang of the dual rollgang to the alignment rollgang; and reversing the transmission direction of the alignment roller way, and reversely conveying the rolled pieces to be finished on the alignment roller way to the extension transmission roller way.
14. The apparatus according to claim 12, wherein the collating control module is configured, in particular, to retract the baffle plate to convey the rolled stock to be collated from the rolled stock rollgang onto the extended rollgang in the rolled stock rollgang conveying direction; and when all the rolled pieces to be finished are conveyed, starting the baffle.
15. The apparatus according to claim 11, wherein the collating control module is configured to reverse the transport direction of the extended transport table to transport the collated rolled stock on the alignment table in the reverse direction onto the alignment table.
16. The apparatus of claim 12 wherein the collating control module is specifically configured to retract the baffles, reverse the direction of travel of the elongated transport table, and reverse the direction of travel of the finished rolled products on the alignment table onto the rolled product transport table.
