本发明涉及低故障率喂料齿辊快拆维修式鼓式切片机的制造方法,应用于鼓式切片机原产机型的制造生产。本发明的特征是主轴与齿辊之间的组合在机架、上锷侧板和下锷侧板限定的空间之外进行,采用油压机将齿辊套在主轴上,使主轴与齿辊两者之间过盈配合,并用平键径向定位,在轴向采用轴肩定位,用圆螺母压紧,使齿辊、主轴及其连接件平键、圆螺母形成一个牢固的齿辊主轴整体部件;将主轴、齿辊从外界置于机架、上锷侧板和下锷侧板共同限定的空间内的方法是把齿辊主轴整体部件直接穿过上喂料齿辊安装维护孔和下喂料齿辊安装维护孔。具有齿辊主轴整体部件可以单独生产,促进了社会分工;提供了出现了齿辊故障有效快速拆卸维修的途径的优点。

本发明涉及低故障率喂料齿辊快拆维修式鼓式切片机的制造方法,应用于鼓式切片机原产机型的制造生产。
背景技术
喂料齿辊是鼓式切片机故障率高发的零部件。授权公告号为CN100500402C的题为《鼓式削片机喂料装置》的中国发明专利就提出了一种解决喂料齿辊的解决方案。其方案是把下喂料齿辊组整体倾斜,使下喂料齿辊组的中心连线组成的平面与水平面之间夹角3°~10°,前高后低(人面向喂料口)。此方案改变了人们向喂料口喂料时希望将物料置于水平面上的下喂料齿辊组件的操作习惯。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种低故障率喂料齿辊快拆维修式鼓式切片机的制造方法,它保留了下喂齿辊组件的中心连线处于同一水平面的结构。
本发明的目的可以通过下述技术方案来达到:低故障率喂料齿辊快拆维修式鼓式切片机的制造方法,所述鼓式切片机包括喂料口;所述喂料口由上锷和下锷组成;上锷通过销轴及轴承同机架连接;上锷带上锷侧板和上喂料齿辊组;下锷带下锷侧板和下喂料齿辊组;上喂料齿辊组和下喂料齿辊组中任一齿辊皆套在一主轴上;齿辊与主轴之间径向通过平键固定,轴向用圆螺母锁紧;主轴两端通过轴承座与机架相连;所述低故障率喂料齿辊快拆维修式鼓式切片机的制造方法,包括主轴与齿辊之间组合在一起的方法,还包括将主轴、齿辊从外界置于机架、上锷侧板和下锷侧板共同限定的空间内的方法;其特征是:
(a)所述上锷侧板在正对上喂料齿辊组中每只齿辊所套的主轴两端的上方皆开上喂料齿辊安装维护孔;下锷侧板在正对下喂料齿辊组中每只齿辊所套的主轴两端的下方皆开下喂料齿辊安装维护孔;
(b)主轴与齿辊之间的组合在机架、上锷侧板和下锷侧板限定的空间之外进行,采用油压机将齿辊套在主轴上,使主轴与齿辊两者之间过盈配合,并用平键径向定位,在轴向采用轴肩定位,用圆螺母压紧,使齿辊、主轴及其连接件平键、圆螺母形成一个牢固的齿辊主轴整体部件;
(c)所述将主轴、齿辊从外界置于机架、上锷侧板和下锷侧板共同限定的空间内的方法是把b所述的齿辊主轴整体部件直接穿过上喂料齿辊安装维护孔和下喂料齿辊安装维护孔。
本发明具有如下优点:
1、采用油压机将齿辊套在主轴上,使两者之间过盈配合,并用平键径向定位,在轴向采用轴肩定位,用圆螺母压紧,使齿辊、主轴及其连接件平键、圆螺母形成一个牢固的齿辊主轴整体部件,这种齿辊主轴整体部件可以单独生产,促进了生产鼓式切片机行业的社会分工,具有好的社会效果。
2、降低故障率的同时,还提供了出现故障时可以有效快速拆卸齿辊维修的途径,提高了设备的利用率,满足了社会生产人们赶时间的要求。

具体实施方式
本发明下面结合附图作进一步的说明。本发明低故障率喂料齿辊快拆维修式鼓式切片机的制造方法,所述低故障率喂料齿辊快拆维修式鼓式切片机包括喂料口;所述喂料口由上锷和下锷组成;上锷通过销轴及轴承同机架连接;上锷带上锷侧板和上喂料齿辊组(4);下锷带下锷侧板和下喂料齿辊组(3);上喂料齿辊组(4)和下喂料齿辊组(3)中任一齿辊皆套在一主轴上;齿辊与主轴之间径向通过平键(33、30)固定,轴向用圆螺母(34)锁紧;主轴两端通过轴承座(35、29)与机架相连。包括主轴与齿辊之间组合在一起的方法,还包括将主轴、齿辊从外界置于机架、上锷侧板和下锷侧板共同限定的空间内的方法。
本发明的特点是:(a)上锷侧板在正对上喂料齿辊组中每只齿辊所套的主轴两端的上方皆开上喂料齿辊安装维护孔(5);下锷侧板在正对下喂料齿辊组中每只齿辊所套的主轴两端的下方皆开下喂料齿辊安装维护孔(11)。为了不减弱侧板的支撑强度,以及美观和牢固,上喂料齿辊安装维护孔和下喂料齿辊安装维护孔之中的孔,皆采用其相同孔形状的封板通过螺栓联接进行封堵。
(b)主轴与齿辊之间的组合在机架、上锷侧板和下锷侧板限定的空间之外进行。采用油压机将齿辊套在主轴上,使两者之间过盈配合,并用平键径向定位,在轴向采用轴肩定位,用圆螺母压紧,使齿辊、主轴及其平键、圆螺母连接件形成一个牢固的齿辊主轴整体部件。齿辊主轴整体部件可以由制造商单独生产,实现了社会的分工。与现有技术在机架空间中组装形成主轴与齿辊之间是过渡配合的相比,显著降低了齿辊在运行中的晃动和窜动出现的机率,故障率从现有10%降低为1%。
(c)将主轴、齿辊从外界置于机架、上锷侧板和下锷侧板共同限定的空间内的方法是把b所述的齿辊主轴整体部件直接穿过上喂料齿辊安装维护孔和下喂料齿辊安装维护孔置于机架、上锷侧板和下锷侧板共同限定的空间内。之后的安装工序,只需把主轴两端的链轮和轴承安装在机架上即可。
本发明方法制造的整机在使用中,若发现齿辊运行异常,可以停机检查。在检查维修时,只需打开对应齿辊的上喂料齿辊安装维护孔(5)或下喂料齿辊安装维护孔(11)的封板;而无须把喂料口整个上锷拆卸下来。这样做省力,准确快速,直接找到故障要害部位。

1.低故障率喂料齿辊快拆维修式鼓式切片机的制造方法,所述低故障率喂料齿辊快拆维修式鼓式切片机包括喂料口;所述喂料口由上锷和下锷组成;上锷通过销轴及轴承同机架连接;上锷带上锷侧板和上喂料齿辊组(4);下锷带下锷侧板和下喂料齿辊组(3);上喂料齿辊组(4)和下喂料齿辊组(3)中任一齿辊皆套在一主轴上;齿辊与主轴之间径向通过平键(33、30)固定,轴向用圆螺母(34)锁紧;主轴两端通过轴承座(35、29)与机架相连。包括主轴与齿辊之间组合在一起的方法,还包括将主轴、齿辊从外界置于机架、上锷侧板和下锷侧板共同限定的空间内的方法;其特征是:
(a)上锷侧板在正对上喂料齿辊组中每只齿辊所套的主轴两端的上方皆开上喂料齿辊安装维护孔(5);下锷侧板在正对下喂料齿辊组中每只齿辊所套的主轴两端的下方皆开下喂料齿辊安装维护孔(11);
(b)主轴与齿辊之间的组合在机架、上锷侧板和下锷侧板限定的空间之外进行,采用油压机将齿辊套在主轴上,使两者之间过盈配合,并用平键径向定位,在轴向采用轴肩定位,用圆螺母压紧,使齿辊、主轴及其平键、圆螺母连接件形成一个牢固的齿辊主轴整体部件;
