本发明公开了一种开口桶桶边切割机，旨在提供一种能够对桶边的切割采用机械化操作，提高生产效率，降低生产成本，提高翻新质量的开口桶桶边切割机。桶旋转电机固定在机架上，下压轴通过轴承座安装在机架上，下压轴一端通过传动机构与桶旋转电机连接，下压轴另一端固定连接有下压轮，上压轴通过轴承座与连接架固定连接，连接架的两端分别与安装在机架上的导轨滑动连接，上压轴通过连接轴套与安装在机架上的上压轴升降驱动机构连接；上压轴与下压轮相应的位置固定连接有上压轮，上压轮上设置有与桶边相应的凹槽，下压轮的端部与桶边内侧对应，机架上与桶底部相应的位置有托桶轮。该设备能够对桶边的切割采用机械化操作，减少了后续程序。

本发明涉及一种开口桶桶边切割机。
背景技术
在旧钢桶的翻新过程中，需要将开口桶的桶边切割掉。目前，桶边的切割主要是采用人工操作，工人的劳动强度大，生产效率低。而且，切割后的桶边参差不齐，影响翻新的质量，同时增加了后续加工程序，提高了生产的成本。
发明内容
本发明是为了克服现有技术中的不足之处，提供一种能够对桶边的切割采用机械化操作，提高生产效率，降低生产成本，提高翻新质量的开口桶桶边切割机。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现：
一种开口桶桶边切割机，其特征在于，包括机架、上压轴、下压轴、桶旋转电机、上压轮、下压轮，所述桶旋转电机固定在机架上，所述下压轴通过轴承座安装在机架上，所述下压轴一端通过传动机构与所述桶旋转电机连接，所述下压轴另一端固定连接有下压轮，所述上压轴通过轴承座与连接架固定连接，所述连接架的两端分别与安装在机架上的导轨滑动连接，所述上压轴通过连接轴套与安装在机架上的上压轴升降驱动机构连接；所述上压轴与下压轮相应的位置固定连接有上压轮，所述上压轮上设置有与桶边相应的凹槽，所述下压轮的端部与桶边内侧对应，所述机架上与桶底部相应的位置安装有自由转动的托桶轮。
所述上压轴升降驱动机构为升降液压缸。
本发明具有下述技术效果：
本发明的开口桶桶边切割机能够对桶边的切割采用机械化操作，提高生产效率，减轻工人的劳动强度，同时，减少了后续加工程序，降低了生产成本，提高了翻新质量。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
本发明开口桶桶边切割机的示意图如图1和图2所示，包括机架2、上压轴8、下压轴5、桶旋转电机6、上压轮7、下压轮3，所述桶旋转电机6固定在机架2上，所述下压轴5通过轴承座4安装在机架2上，所述下压轴5一端通过传动机构与所述桶旋转电机6连接，所述下压轴5另一端固定连接有下压轮3，所述上压轴8通过轴承座9与连接架13固定连接，所述连接架13的两端分别与安装在机架上的导轨12滑动连接，所述上压轴8通过连接轴套10与安装在机架上的上压轴升降驱动机构11连接，所述上压轴升降驱动机构可以为电动结构、液压缸或汽缸，本实施例中所述上压轴升降驱动机构采用升降液压缸。所述上压轴8与下压轮相应的位置固定连接有上压轮7，所述上压轮上设置有与桶边相应的凹槽，所述下压轮的端部与桶边内侧对应，所述机架上与桶底部相应的位置安装有自由转动的托桶轮1。
将钢桶桶口放到上下压轮位置，托桶轮托住钢桶桶底，升降液压缸下降带动上压轮下降，上压轮上的凹槽扣住凸起的桶边，上压轮与下压轮位置错开缝隙，在液压缸的压力下将钢桶边在缝隙位置切断，桶旋转电机通过传动机构带动下压轴及下压轮，从而带动钢桶旋转，钢桶旋转一周，将钢桶边缘切掉。

1.一种开口桶桶边切割机，其特征在于，包括机架、上压轴、下压轴、桶旋转电机、上压轮、下压轮，所述桶旋转电机固定在机架上，所述下压轴通过轴承座安装在机架上，所述下压轴一端通过传动机构与所述桶旋转电机连接，所述下压轴另一端固定连接有下压轮，所述上压轴通过轴承座与连接架固定连接，所述连接架的两端分别与安装在机架上的导轨滑动连接，所述上压轴通过连接轴套与安装在机架上的上压轴升降驱动机构连接；所述上压轴与下压轮相应的位置固定连接有上压轮，所述上压轮上设置有与桶边相应的凹槽，所述下压轮的端部与桶边内侧对应，所述机架上与桶底部相应的位置安装有自由转动的托桶轮。
