本发明公开了一种数控机床用吹风夹具,包括底座和加工工位;所述加工工位包括固定挡板、支撑座和移动槽;所述固定挡板与支撑座之间设有通过螺杆连接的夹紧块;所述螺杆一端穿过支撑座安装在移动座内,且伸出移动座端连接有第一齿轮;所述第一齿轮与设置在底座上的电机上的第二齿轮相啮合,并通过电机转动带动螺杆转动;所述移动座安装在移动槽内,可以在移动槽内移动;所述加工工位一共在底座上平行设有三组,两两之间设置有吹风装置;所述底座上在加工工位外侧还设有顶紧结构;本发明大大提高了加工时产品的稳定性,确保加工时的精确度,提高了产品的质量,降低了次品率。

本发明涉及一种数控机床用吹风夹具,属于工装夹具技术领域。
背景技术
在现代工业生产过程中,夹具在数控机床加工过程中得到了广泛的应用,对于加工件进行夹紧时,如果夹具不能很好的固定加工件,就会造成产品的质量出现问题,尺寸容易产生偏差,加工的准确性和精度不能很好的保证,导致生产的效率和工件产品的合格率不高,同时,在数控机床进行加工时会产生大量的废屑,如不及时清理会对机床造成损害,大大降低了生产效率,不利于生产的进行。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种夹紧牢靠、方便清理,精度高的数控机床用吹风夹具。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种数控机床用吹风夹具,包括底座和加工工位;所述加工工位包括固定挡板、支撑座和移动槽;所述固定挡板与支撑座之间设有通过螺杆连接的夹紧块;所述螺杆一端穿过支撑座安装在移动座内,且伸出移动座端连接有第一齿轮;所述第一齿轮与设置在底座上的电机上的第二齿轮相啮合,并通过电机转动带动螺杆转动;所述移动座安装在移动槽内,可以在移动槽内移动;所述加工工位一共在底座上平行设有三组,两两之间设置有吹风装置;所述底座上在加工工位外侧还设有顶紧结构;所述顶紧结构包括气缸、顶块和支座;所述支座上开设有用于顶块移动的活动槽;所述气缸活塞端连接在顶块上,推动顶块在活动槽内移动。
优选的,所述底座上加工工位之间设有排水孔。
优选的,所述固定挡板和夹紧块相互夹紧面设置成齿形面。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明的一种数控机床用吹风夹具,通过在底座上设置三组加工工位来实现对产品的固定,一组负责产品主体的固定,其他两组进行产品两端的进一步固定及稳定,当加工时,打开电机,电机转动通过第二齿轮传动,带动螺杆上的第一齿轮旋转,螺杆旋转推动夹紧块向固定挡板移动夹紧,移动座在移动槽内缓慢移动,待产品夹紧后,两边的顶紧结构对产品侧面进行固定,同时,在加工工位之间设置吹风装置能够有效的解决加工时废屑堆积问题,及时通过吹风装置进行清理,通过上述固定及清理方式,大大提高了加工时产品的稳定性,确保加工时的精确度,保证了机床加工时的清洁,提高了产品的质量,降低了次品率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图来说明本发明。
如附图1、2所示为本发明所述的一种数控机床用吹风夹具,包括底座1和加工工位2;所述加工工位2包括固定挡板3、支撑座4和移动槽5;所述固定挡板3与支撑座4之间设有通过螺杆6连接的夹紧块7;所述螺杆6一端穿过支撑座4安装在移动座8内,且伸出移动座8端连接有第一齿轮17;所述第一齿轮17与设置在底座1上的电机9上的第二齿轮18相啮合,并通过电机9转动带动螺杆6转动;所述移动座8安装在移动槽5内,可以在移动槽5内移动;所述加工工位2一共在底座1上平行设有三组,两两之间设置有吹风装置19;所述底座1上在加工工位2外侧还设有顶紧结构10;所述顶紧结构10包括气缸11、顶块12和支座13;所述支座13上开设有用于顶块12移动的活动槽14;所述气缸11活塞端连接在顶块12上,推动顶块12在活动槽14内移动;所述底座1上加工工位2之间设有排水孔15;所述固定挡板3和夹紧块7相互夹紧面设置成齿形面16。
使用时,将待加工的产品放置在加工工位2上,打开中间加工工位2的电机9,电机9转动带动第二齿轮18转动,从而传动带动相啮合的第一齿轮17转动,第一齿轮17转动带动螺杆6向上移动夹紧产品,夹紧块7及固定挡板3的齿形面16增大摩擦力,提高固定稳定性,夹紧后,依次打开两侧的加工工位2的电机9,对产品两端进行进一步夹紧,移动座8在移动槽5内可以移动,这样可以调节加工工位2夹紧的距离,根据产品不同形状,可以按需进行调节,两侧固定后,再将顶紧结构10的顶块12调节至合适的位置,顶块12在气缸11的作用下,在活动槽14内移动至顶紧部位,完成产品整体固定后,数控机床对其加工,同时,吹风装置19开启,在机床进行加工时,对产生的废屑进行吹散,使废屑吹落至机床内放置好的废物收集处,保证机床加工的顺畅,底座1上的排水孔15方便加工时污水的排出。
本发明的一种数控机床用吹风夹具,通过在底座1上设置三组加工工位2来实现对产品的固定,一组负责产品主体的固定,其他两组进行产品两端的进一步固定及稳定,当加工时,打开电机9,电机9转动通过第二齿轮18传动,带动螺杆6上的第一齿轮17旋转,螺杆6旋转推动夹紧块7向固定挡板3移动夹紧,移动座8在移动槽5内缓慢移动,待产品夹紧后,两边的顶紧结构10对产品侧面进行固定,同时,在加工工位之间设置吹风装置19能够有效的解决加工时废屑堆积问题,及时通过吹风装置19进行清理,通过上述固定及清理方式,大大提高了加工时产品的稳定性,确保加工时的精确度,保证了机床加工时的清洁,提高了产品的质量,降低了次品率。

1.一种数控机床用吹风夹具,其特征在于:包括底座和加工工位;所述加工工位包括固定挡板、支撑座和移动槽;所述固定挡板与支撑座之间设有通过螺杆连接的夹紧块;所述螺杆一端穿过支撑座安装在移动座内,且伸出移动座端连接有第一齿轮;所述第一齿轮与设置在底座上的电机上的第二齿轮相啮合,并通过电机转动带动螺杆转动;所述移动座安装在移动槽内,可以在移动槽内移动;所述加工工位一共在底座上平行设有三组,两两之间设置有吹风装置;所述底座上在加工工位外侧还设有顶紧结构;所述顶紧结构包括气缸、顶块和支座;所述支座上开设有用于顶块移动的活动槽;所述气缸活塞端连接在顶块上,推动顶块在活动槽内移动;所述底座上加工工位之间设有排水孔;所述固定挡板和夹紧块相互夹紧面设置成齿形面。
