本发明提供一种含有大蒜挥发油的亲水性压敏胶及其制备方法,该压敏胶按重量份计,包括如下组分:聚氨酯30~40份,海藻酸盐40~55份,壳聚糖10~25份,大蒜挥发油0.1~10份及柠檬酸三丁酯2~5份;所述聚氨酯由聚四氢呋喃二醇与异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯缩合得到。制备方法:包括如下步骤:(1)聚氨酯的制备;(2)含有大蒜挥发油的亲水性聚氨酯压敏胶的制备。该含有大蒜挥发油的亲水性聚氨酯压敏胶具有抗感染、促进伤口愈合等疗效,对人体无毒、无刺激性、无过敏性、无剥落反应,是安全可靠的医用压敏胶,具有明显的经济效益。

技术领域        
本发明涉及生物医用压敏胶领域,具体涉及一种含有大蒜挥发油的亲水性压敏胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着医学的进步,临床上对手术技术和辅助材料效果的要求越来越高。现代医学的理念是要最大限度地减少病人的痛苦。最快速度地让病人康复,而且在最大程度的恢复功能的同时,希望外观也能完美地恢复。因此,临床需求的不断增加推动了粘合剂的发展和粘合技术在临床的应用。
压敏胶是一类在压力下产生粘性,在失压后不留残余物的粘合剂,是透皮吸收制剂的主要辅料。
大蒜,是百合科葱属植物,提取得到的大蒜挥发油具有抑菌抗炎、解毒消肿等功能。但目前尚未有报道指出将大蒜挥发油用于制备压敏胶。
发明内容
基于上述信息,本发明的目的在于提供一种含有大蒜挥发油的亲水性压敏胶,该压敏胶贴于患者患处时,大蒜挥发油缓释挥发抗菌作用,达到治疗的目的,该压敏胶具有无刺激和毒副作用,生物相容性好。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种聚甲基丙烯酸酯/羟基磷灰石复合生物陶瓷材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
一种含有大蒜挥发油的亲水性聚氨酯压敏胶,按重量份计,包括如下组分:聚氨酯30~40份,海藻酸盐40~55份,壳聚糖10~25份,大蒜挥发油0.1~10份及柠檬酸三丁酯2~5份;所述聚氨酯由聚四氢呋喃二醇与异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯缩合得到。
所述聚氨酯是不同分子量的混合体,其中分子量1000~3000的占聚氨酯总重量的10~25%,分子量30000~80000的占聚氨酯总重量35~50%,分子量100000~150000的占聚氨酯总重量的25%~40%。
所述海藻酸盐为海藻酸钠。
所述壳聚糖的脱乙酰度≥92%。
所述大蒜挥发油的制备方法为:所述大蒜挥发油的制备方法为:将大蒜去皮,洗净,捣碎,加入2~6倍量的水,在60~120℃下发酵2小时,水蒸气蒸馏0.5小时,分离油层,即得大蒜挥发油。
一种含有大蒜挥发油的亲水性聚氨酯压敏胶的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)聚氨酯的制备
将聚四氢呋喃二醇加入反应器中,在100~120℃下熔融减压除水,在65~70℃和常压下,按异氰酸酯基/醇羟基摩尔比为115:210的投料比加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,并加入丁酮作为溶剂,在80~85℃下反应1.5~2 h,然后向体系中加入用丁酮溶解的胺类扩链剂,反应2h,经减压除去丁酮溶剂,出料,得到聚氨酯粗品,备用;
(2)含有大蒜挥发油的亲水性聚氨酯压敏胶的制备
将步骤(1)制备的聚氨酯粗品与海藻酸盐在开炼机中混炼30~40分钟,再将壳聚糖、大蒜挥发油和柠檬酸三丁酯添加进去继续混炼10~20分钟,使其均匀分散,然后用平板硫化机在硫化温度为40~48℃,硫化时间为2~4s,硫化压强为6~7MPa的条件下热压成所需厚度的压敏胶。
本发明的有益效果为:该含有大蒜挥发油的亲水性聚氨酯压敏胶具有抗感染、促进伤口愈合等疗效,对人体无毒、无刺激性、无过敏性、无剥落反应,是安全可靠的医用压敏胶,具有明显的经济效益。

实施例1
(1)聚氨酯的制备
将聚四氢呋喃二醇加入反应器中,在100℃下熔融减压除水,在65℃和常压下,按异氰酸酯基/醇羟基摩尔比为115:210的投料比加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,并加入丁酮作为溶剂,在80℃下反应1.5h,然后向体系中加入用丁酮溶解的胺类扩链剂,反应2h,经减压除去丁酮溶剂,出料,得到聚氨酯粗品,备用;
(2)含有大蒜挥发油的亲水性聚氨酯压敏胶的制备

实施例2
(1)聚氨酯的制备
将聚四氢呋喃二醇加入反应器中,在105℃下熔融减压除水,在66℃和常压下,按异氰酸酯基/醇羟基摩尔比为115:210的投料比加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,并加入丁酮作为溶剂,在82℃下反应1.6 h,然后向体系中加入用丁酮溶解的胺类扩链剂,反应2h,经减压除去丁酮溶剂,出料,得到聚氨酯粗品,备用;
(2)含有大蒜挥发油的亲水性聚氨酯压敏胶的制备
将步骤(1)制备的聚氨酯粗品32份与海藻酸盐45份在开炼机中混炼32分钟,再将壳聚糖15份、大蒜挥发油1份和柠檬酸三丁酯3份添加进去继续混炼13分钟,使其均匀分散,然后用平板硫化机在硫化温度为42℃,硫化时间为3s,硫化压强为6MPa的条件下热压成所需厚度的压敏胶。
实施例3
(1)聚氨酯的制备
将聚四氢呋喃二醇加入反应器中,在110℃下熔融减压除水,在68℃和常压下,按异氰酸酯基/醇羟基摩尔比为115:210的投料比加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,并加入丁酮作为溶剂,在84℃下反应1.8 h,然后向体系中加入用丁酮溶解的胺类扩链剂,反应2h,经减压除去丁酮溶剂,出料,得到聚氨酯粗品,备用;
(2)含有大蒜挥发油的亲水性聚氨酯压敏胶的制备
将步骤(1)制备的聚氨酯粗品36份与海藻酸盐50份在开炼机中混炼35分钟,再将壳聚糖20份、大蒜挥发油5份和柠檬酸三丁酯4份添加进去继续混炼16分钟,使其均匀分散,然后用平板硫化机在硫化温度为45℃,硫化时间为4s,硫化压强为7MPa的条件下热压成所需厚度的压敏胶。
实施例4
(1)聚氨酯的制备
将聚四氢呋喃二醇加入反应器中,在120℃下熔融减压除水,在70℃和常压下,按异氰酸酯基/醇羟基摩尔比为115:210的投料比加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,并加入丁酮作为溶剂,在85℃下反应2 h,然后向体系中加入用丁酮溶解的胺类扩链剂,反应2h,经减压除去丁酮溶剂,出料,得到聚氨酯粗品,备用;
(2)含有大蒜挥发油的亲水性聚氨酯压敏胶的制备
将步骤(1)制备的聚氨酯粗品40份与海藻酸盐55份在开炼机中混炼40分钟,再将壳聚糖25份、大蒜挥发油10份和柠檬酸三丁酯5份添加进去继续混炼20分钟,使其均匀分散,然后用平板硫化机在硫化温度为48℃,硫化时间为4s,硫化压强为7MPa的条件下热压成所需厚度的压敏胶。
病例:
对20例皮肤溃烂患者采用含有大蒜挥发油的亲水性聚氨酯压敏胶贴于患处,取得良好效果。对象:男14例,女6例,年龄42~76(平均59)岁。皮肤溃烂出现的时间2天~2个星期,平均形成时间8天,均发生在腿部。治疗方法:用典伏棉球进行溃烂面周围皮肤消毒,盐水反复冲洗后,将压敏胶贴于患处,每天换药1 次。疗效标准:1周左右溃烂面完全恢复正常,不留疤痕为痊愈; 1周左右溃烂面结痂、干燥为显效;连续用药2个星期溃烂面无改变为无效。结果:20 例中痊愈16例,显效3例,无效1例。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节。

Claims (6)

1.一种含有大蒜挥发油的亲水性聚氨酯压敏胶,其特征在于,按重量份计,包括如下组分:聚氨酯30~40份,海藻酸盐40~55份,壳聚糖10~25份,大蒜挥发油0.1~10份及柠檬酸三丁酯2~5份;所述聚氨酯由聚四氢呋喃二醇与异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯缩合得到。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有大蒜挥发油的亲水性聚氨酯压敏胶,其特征在于,聚氨酯是不同分子量的混合体,其中分子量1000~3000的占聚氨酯总重量的10~25%,分子量30000~80000的占聚氨酯总重量35~50%,分子量100000~150000的占聚氨酯总重量的25%~40%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含有大蒜挥发油的亲水性聚氨酯压敏胶,其特征在于,所述海藻酸盐为海藻酸钠。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含有大蒜挥发油的亲水性聚氨酯压敏胶,其特征在于,所述壳聚糖的脱乙酰度≥92%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的含有大蒜挥发油的亲水性聚氨酯压敏胶,其特征在于,所述大蒜挥发油的制备方法为:将大蒜去皮,洗净,捣碎,加入2~6倍量的水,在60~120℃下发酵2小时,水蒸气蒸馏0.5小时,分离油层,即得大蒜挥发油。
6.基于权利要求1所述的含有大蒜挥发油的亲水性聚氨酯压敏胶的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)聚氨酯的制备
将聚四氢呋喃二醇加入反应器中,在100~120℃下熔融减压除水,在65~70℃和常压下,按异氰酸酯基/醇羟基摩尔比为115:210的投料比加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,并加入丁酮作为溶剂,在80~85℃下反应1.5~2 h,然后向体系中加入用丁酮溶解的胺类扩链剂,反应2h,经减压除去丁酮溶剂,出料,得到聚氨酯粗品,备用;
(2)含有大蒜挥发油的亲水性聚氨酯压敏胶的制备
将步骤(1)制备的聚氨酯粗品与海藻酸盐在开炼机中混炼30~40分钟,再将壳聚糖、大蒜挥发油和柠檬酸三丁酯添加进去继续混炼10~20分钟,使其均匀分散,然后用平板硫化机在硫化温度为40~48℃,硫化时间为2~4s,硫化压强为6~7MPa的条件下热压成所需厚度的压敏胶。
