本发明提供一种含有天葵子挥发油的亲水性压敏胶及其制备方法,该压敏胶按重量份计,包括如下组分:聚氨酯50~65份,海藻酸盐20~40份,壳聚糖10~15份,天葵子挥发油0.1~10份和乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯1~4份;所述聚氨酯由聚四氢呋喃二醇与异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯缩合得到。制备方法:包括如下步骤:(1)聚氨酯的制备;(2)含有天葵子挥发油的亲水性聚氨酯压敏胶的制备。该含有天葵子挥发油的亲水性聚氨酯压敏胶具有抗感染、促进伤口愈合等疗效,对人体无毒、无刺激性、无过敏性、无剥落反应,是安全可靠的医用压敏胶,具有明显的经济效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及生物医用压敏胶领域,具体涉及一种含有天葵子挥发油的亲水性压敏胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着医学的进步,临床上对手术技术和辅助材料效果的要求越来越高。现代医学的理念是要最大限度地减少病人的痛苦。最快速度地让病人康复,而且在最大程度的恢复功能的同时,希望外观也能完美地恢复。因此,临床需求的不断增加推动了粘合剂的发展和粘合技术在临床的应用。
压敏胶是一类在压力下产生粘性,在失压后不留残余物的粘合剂,是透皮吸收制剂的主要辅料。
天葵子,是毛茛科植物,提取得到的天葵子挥发油具有清热解毒,消肿散结等功能。但目前尚未有报道指出将天葵子挥发油用于制备压敏胶。
发明内容
基于上述信息,本发明的目的在于提供一种含有天葵子挥发油的亲水性压敏胶,该压敏胶贴于患者患处时,天葵子挥发油缓释挥发抗菌作用,达到治疗的目的,该压敏胶具有无刺激和毒副作用,生物相容性好。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种含有天葵子挥发油的亲水性聚氨酯压敏胶,按重量份计,包括如下组分:聚氨酯50~65份,海藻酸盐20~40份,壳聚糖10~15份,天葵子挥发油0.1~10份和乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯1~4份;所述聚氨酯由聚四氢呋喃二醇与异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯缩合得到。
所述聚氨酯是不同分子量的混合体,其中分子量1000~3000的占聚氨酯总重量的10~25%,分子量30000~80000的占聚氨酯总重量35~50%,分子量100000~150000的占聚氨酯总重量的25%~40%。
所述海藻酸盐为海藻酸钠。
所述壳聚糖的脱乙酰度≥92%。
所述天葵子挥发油的制备方法为:将天葵子洗净,碾碎,过筛,加入2~6倍石油醚,摇匀,在常温下置于室内暗处2~3天,减压回收石油醚,残液自然挥干,得天葵子挥发油。
一种含有天葵子挥发油的亲水性聚氨酯压敏胶的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)聚氨酯的制备
将聚四氢呋喃二醇加入反应器中,在100~120℃下熔融减压除水,在65~70℃和常压下,按异氰酸酯基/醇羟基摩尔比为115:210的投料比加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,并加入丁酮作为溶剂,在80~85℃下反应1.5~2 h,然后向体系中加入用丁酮溶解的胺类扩链剂,反应2h,经减压除去丁酮溶剂,出料,得到聚氨酯粗品,备用;
(2)含有天葵子挥发油的亲水性聚氨酯压敏胶的制备
将步骤(1)制备的聚氨酯粗品与海藻酸盐在开炼机中混炼60~70分钟,再将壳聚糖、天葵子挥发油和乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯添加进去继续混炼25~35分钟,使其均匀分散,然后用平板硫化机在硫化温度为54~62℃,硫化时间为5~8s,硫化压强为4~7MPa的条件下热压成所需厚度的压敏胶。
本发明的有益效果为:该含有天葵子挥发油的亲水性聚氨酯压敏胶具有抗感染、促进伤口愈合等疗效,对人体无毒、无刺激性、无过敏性、无剥落反应,是安全可靠的医用压敏胶,具有明显的经济效益。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。
实施例1
(1)聚氨酯的制备
将聚四氢呋喃二醇加入反应器中,在100℃下熔融减压除水,在65℃和常压下,按异氰酸酯基/醇羟基摩尔比为115:210的投料比加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,并加入丁酮作为溶剂,在80℃下反应1.5h,然后向体系中加入用丁酮溶解的胺类扩链剂,反应2h,经减压除去丁酮溶剂,出料,得到聚氨酯粗品,备用;
(2)含有天葵子挥发油的亲水性聚氨酯压敏胶的制备
将步骤(1)制备的聚氨酯粗品50份与海藻酸盐20份在开炼机中混炼30分钟,再将壳聚糖10份、天葵子挥发油0.1份和乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯1份添加进去继续混炼15分钟,使其均匀分散,然后用平板硫化机在硫化温度为54℃,硫化时间为5s,硫化压强为4MPa的条件下热压成所需厚度的压敏胶。
实施例2
(1)聚氨酯的制备
将聚四氢呋喃二醇加入反应器中,在105℃下熔融减压除水,在66℃和常压下,按异氰酸酯基/醇羟基摩尔比为115:210的投料比加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,并加入丁酮作为溶剂,在82℃下反应1.6 h,然后向体系中加入用丁酮溶解的胺类扩链剂,反应2h,经减压除去丁酮溶剂,出料,得到聚氨酯粗品,备用;
(2)含有天葵子挥发油的亲水性聚氨酯压敏胶的制备
将步骤(1)制备的聚氨酯粗品55份与海藻酸盐42份在开炼机中混炼60分钟,再将壳聚糖11份、天葵子挥发油1份和乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯2份添加进去继续混炼25分钟,使其均匀分散,然后用平板硫化机在硫化温度为56℃,硫化时间为6s,硫化压强为5MPa的条件下热压成所需厚度的压敏胶。
实施例3
(1)聚氨酯的制备
将聚四氢呋喃二醇加入反应器中,在110℃下熔融减压除水,在68℃和常压下,按异氰酸酯基/醇羟基摩尔比为115:210的投料比加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,并加入丁酮作为溶剂,在84℃下反应1.8 h,然后向体系中加入用丁酮溶解的胺类扩链剂,反应2h,经减压除去丁酮溶剂,出料,得到聚氨酯粗品,备用;
(2)含有天葵子挥发油的亲水性聚氨酯压敏胶的制备
将步骤(1)制备的聚氨酯粗品60份与海藻酸盐33份在开炼机中混炼63分钟,再将壳聚糖13份、天葵子挥发油5份和乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯3份添加进去继续混炼33分钟,使其均匀分散,然后用平板硫化机在硫化温度为59℃,硫化时间为7s,硫化压强为6MPa的条件下热压成所需厚度的压敏胶。
实施例4
(1)聚氨酯的制备
将聚四氢呋喃二醇加入反应器中,在120℃下熔融减压除水,在67℃和常压下,按异氰酸酯基/醇羟基摩尔比为115:210的投料比加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,并加入丁酮作为溶剂,在85℃下反应2 h,然后向体系中加入用丁酮溶解的胺类扩链剂,反应2h,经减压除去丁酮溶剂,出料,得到聚氨酯粗品,备用;
(2)含有天葵子挥发油的亲水性聚氨酯压敏胶的制备
将步骤(1)制备的聚氨酯粗品65份与海藻酸盐40份在开炼机中混炼70分钟,再将壳聚糖15份、天葵子挥发油10份和乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯4份添加进去继续混炼35分钟,使其均匀分散,然后用平板硫化机在硫化温度为62℃,硫化时间为8s,硫化压强为7MPa的条件下热压成所需厚度的压敏胶。
病例:
对20例皮肤溃烂患者采用含有天葵子挥发油的亲水性聚氨酯压敏胶贴于患处,取得良好效果。对象:男12例,女8例,年龄56~76(平均66)岁。皮肤溃烂出现的时间2天~2个星期,平均形成时间8天,均发生在腿部。治疗方法:用典伏棉球进行溃烂面周围皮肤消毒,盐水反复冲洗后,将压敏胶贴于患处,每天换药1 次。疗效标准:1周左右溃烂面完全恢复正常,不留疤痕为痊愈; 1周左右溃烂面结痂、干燥为显效;连续用药2个星期溃烂面无改变为无效。结果:20 例中痊愈17例,显效2例,无效1例。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节。

1.一种含有天葵子挥发油的亲水性聚氨酯压敏胶,其特征在于,按重量份计,包括如下组分:聚氨酯50~65份,海藻酸盐20~40份,壳聚糖10~15份,天葵子挥发油0.1~10份和乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯1~4份;所述聚氨酯由聚四氢呋喃二醇与异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯缩合得到。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有天葵子挥发油的亲水性聚氨酯压敏胶,其特征在于,聚氨酯是不同分子量的混合体,其中分子量1000~3000的占聚氨酯总重量的10~25%,分子量30000~80000的占聚氨酯总重量35~50%,分子量100000~150000的占聚氨酯总重量的25%~40%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含有天葵子挥发油的亲水性聚氨酯压敏胶,其特征在于,所述海藻酸盐为海藻酸钠。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含有天葵子挥发油的亲水性聚氨酯压敏胶,其特征在于,所述壳聚糖的脱乙酰度≥92%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的含有天葵子挥发油的亲水性聚氨酯压敏胶,其特征在于,所述天葵子挥发油的制备方法为:将天葵子洗净,碾碎,过筛,加入2~6倍石油醚,摇匀,在常温下置于室内暗处2~3天,减压回收石油醚,残液自然挥干,得天葵子挥发油。
