本发明提供一种含有蓍草挥发油的亲水性压敏胶及其制备方法,该压敏胶按重量份计,包括如下组分:聚氨酯36~46份,海藻酸盐34~50份,壳聚糖6~12份,蓍草挥发油0.1~10份和N,N’-二对苯二胺1~4份;所述聚氨酯由聚四氢呋喃二醇与异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯缩合得到。制备方法:包括如下步骤:(1)聚氨酯的制备;(2)含有蓍草挥发油的亲水性聚氨酯压敏胶的制备。该含有蓍草挥发油的亲水性聚氨酯压敏胶具有抗感染、促进伤口愈合等疗效,对人体无毒、无刺激性、无过敏性、无剥落反应,是安全可靠的医用压敏胶,具有明显的经济效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及生物医用压敏胶领域,具体涉及一种含有蓍草挥发油的亲水性压敏胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着医学的进步,临床上对手术技术和辅助材料效果的要求越来越高。现代医学的理念是要最大限度地减少病人的痛苦。最快速度地让病人康复,而且在最大程度的恢复功能的同时,希望外观也能完美地恢复。因此,临床需求的不断增加推动了粘合剂的发展和粘合技术在临床的应用。
压敏胶是一类在压力下产生粘性,在失压后不留残余物的粘合剂,是透皮吸收制剂的主要辅料。
蓍草,是菊科蓍属植物,提取得到的蓍草挥发油具有抑菌抗炎、解毒消肿等功能。但目前尚未有报道指出将蓍草挥发油用于制备压敏胶。
发明内容
基于上述信息,本发明的目的在于提供一种含有蓍草挥发油的亲水性压敏胶,该压敏胶贴于患者患处时,蓍草挥发油缓释挥发抗菌作用,达到治疗的目的,该压敏胶具有无刺激和毒副作用,生物相容性好。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种含有蓍草挥发油的亲水性聚氨酯压敏胶,按重量份计,包括如下组分:聚氨酯36~46份,海藻酸盐34~50份,壳聚糖6~12份,蓍草挥发油0.1~10份和N,N’-二对苯二胺1~4份;所述聚氨酯由聚四氢呋喃二醇与异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯缩合得到。
所述聚氨酯是不同分子量的混合体,其中分子量1000~3000的占聚氨酯总重量的10~25%,分子量30000~80000的占聚氨酯总重量35~50%,分子量100000~150000的占聚氨酯总重量的25%~40%。
所述海藻酸盐为海藻酸钠。
所述壳聚糖的脱乙酰度≥92%。
所述蓍草挥发油的制备方法为:将蓍草洗净,晒干,置于超临界二氧化碳萃取釜中,萃取压力为23~25MPa,萃取温度50℃,分离压力7~8MPa,分离温度50℃,每次提取4h,得到蓍草挥发油。
一种含有蓍草挥发油的亲水性聚氨酯压敏胶的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)聚氨酯的制备
将聚四氢呋喃二醇加入反应器中,在100~120℃下熔融减压除水,在65~70℃和常压下,按异氰酸酯基/醇羟基摩尔比为115:210的投料比加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,并加入丁酮作为溶剂,在80~85℃下反应1.5~2 h,然后向体系中加入用丁酮溶解的胺类扩链剂,反应2h,经减压除去丁酮溶剂,出料,得到聚氨酯粗品,备用;
(2)含有蓍草挥发油的亲水性聚氨酯压敏胶的制备
将步骤(1)制备的聚氨酯粗品与海藻酸盐在开炼机中混炼40~50分钟,再将壳聚糖、蓍草挥发油和N,N’-二对苯二胺添加进去继续混炼18~26分钟,使其均匀分散,然后用平板硫化机在硫化温度为48~56℃,硫化时间为4~6s,硫化压强为5~7MPa的条件下热压成所需厚度的压敏胶。
本发明的有益效果为:该含有蓍草挥发油的亲水性聚氨酯压敏胶具有抗感染、促进伤口愈合等疗效,对人体无毒、无刺激性、无过敏性、无剥落反应,是安全可靠的医用压敏胶,具有明显的经济效益。

以下对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。
实施例1
(1)聚氨酯的制备
将聚四氢呋喃二醇加入反应器中,在100℃下熔融减压除水,在65℃和常压下,按异氰酸酯基/醇羟基摩尔比为115:210的投料比加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,并加入丁酮作为溶剂,在80℃下反应1.5h,然后向体系中加入用丁酮溶解的胺类扩链剂,反应2h,经减压除去丁酮溶剂,出料,得到聚氨酯粗品,备用;
(2)含有蓍草挥发油的亲水性聚氨酯压敏胶的制备
将步骤(1)制备的聚氨酯粗品36份与海藻酸盐34份在开炼机中混炼40分钟,再将壳聚糖6份、蓍草挥发油0.1份和N,N’-二对苯二胺1份添加进去继续混炼18分钟,使其均匀分散,然后用平板硫化机在硫化温度为48℃,硫化时间为4s,硫化压强为5MPa的条件下热压成所需厚度的压敏胶。
实施例2
(1)聚氨酯的制备
将聚四氢呋喃二醇加入反应器中,在105℃下熔融减压除水,在66℃和常压下,按异氰酸酯基/醇羟基摩尔比为115:210的投料比加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,并加入丁酮作为溶剂,在82℃下反应1.6 h,然后向体系中加入用丁酮溶解的胺类扩链剂,反应2h,经减压除去丁酮溶剂,出料,得到聚氨酯粗品,备用;
(2)含有蓍草挥发油的亲水性聚氨酯压敏胶的制备
将步骤(1)制备的聚氨酯粗品39份与海藻酸盐40份在开炼机中混炼44分钟,再将壳聚糖8份、蓍草挥发油1份和N,N’-二对苯二胺2份添加进去继续混炼21分钟,使其均匀分散,然后用平板硫化机在硫化温度为50℃,硫化时间为4s,硫化压强为6MPa的条件下热压成所需厚度的压敏胶。
实施例3
(1)聚氨酯的制备
将聚四氢呋喃二醇加入反应器中,在110℃下熔融减压除水,在68℃和常压下,按异氰酸酯基/醇羟基摩尔比为115:210的投料比加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,并加入丁酮作为溶剂,在84℃下反应1.8 h,然后向体系中加入用丁酮溶解的胺类扩链剂,反应2h,经减压除去丁酮溶剂,出料,得到聚氨酯粗品,备用;
(2)含有蓍草挥发油的亲水性聚氨酯压敏胶的制备
将步骤(1)制备的聚氨酯粗品42份与海藻酸盐45份在开炼机中混炼47分钟,再将壳聚糖10份、蓍草挥发油5份和N,N’-二对苯二胺3份添加进去继续混炼24分钟,使其均匀分散,然后用平板硫化机在硫化温度为53℃,硫化时间为5s,硫化压强为7MPa的条件下热压成所需厚度的压敏胶。
实施例4
(1)聚氨酯的制备
将聚四氢呋喃二醇加入反应器中,在120℃下熔融减压除水,在70℃和常压下,按异氰酸酯基/醇羟基摩尔比为115:210的投料比加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,并加入丁酮作为溶剂,在85℃下反应2 h,然后向体系中加入用丁酮溶解的胺类扩链剂,反应2h,经减压除去丁酮溶剂,出料,得到聚氨酯粗品,备用;
(2)含有蓍草挥发油的亲水性聚氨酯压敏胶的制备
将步骤(1)制备的聚氨酯粗品46份与海藻酸盐50份在开炼机中混炼50分钟,再将壳聚糖12份、蓍草挥发油10份和N,N’-二对苯二胺4份添加进去继续混炼26分钟,使其均匀分散,然后用平板硫化机在硫化温度为56℃,硫化时间为6s,硫化压强为7MPa的条件下热压成所需厚度的压敏胶。
病例:
对20例皮肤溃烂患者采用含有蓍草挥发油的亲水性聚氨酯压敏胶贴于患处,取得良好效果。对象:男13例,女7例,年龄52~78(平均65)岁。皮肤溃烂出现的时间2天~2个星期,平均形成时间8天,均发生在腿部。治疗方法:用典伏棉球进行溃烂面周围皮肤消毒,盐水反复冲洗后,将压敏胶贴于患处,每天换药1 次。疗效标准:1周左右溃烂面完全恢复正常,不留疤痕为痊愈; 1周左右溃烂面结痂、干燥为显效;连续用药2个星期溃烂面无改变为无效。结果:20 例中痊愈19例,显效1例,无效0例。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节。

1.一种含有蓍草挥发油的亲水性聚氨酯压敏胶,其特征在于,按重量份计,包括如下组分:聚氨酯36~46份,海藻酸盐34~50份,壳聚糖6~12份,蓍草挥发油0.1~10份和N,N’-二对苯二胺1~4份;所述聚氨酯由聚四氢呋喃二醇与异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯缩合得到。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有蓍草挥发油的亲水性聚氨酯压敏胶,其特征在于,聚氨酯是不同分子量的混合体,其中分子量1000~3000的占聚氨酯总重量的10~25%,分子量30000~80000的占聚氨酯总重量35~50%,分子量100000~150000的占聚氨酯总重量的25%~40%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含有蓍草挥发油的亲水性聚氨酯压敏胶,其特征在于,所述海藻酸盐为海藻酸钠。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含有蓍草挥发油的亲水性聚氨酯压敏胶,其特征在于,所述壳聚糖的脱乙酰度≥92%。
