本发明涉及中药技术领域，具体涉及一种治疗眩晕症的中药组合物及制备方法和应用。
背景技术
眩晕是一种主观的感觉异常。可分为两类：一为旋转性眩晕，多由前庭神经系统及小脑的功能障碍所致，以倾倒的感觉为主，感到自身晃动或景物旋转。二为一般性眩晕，多由某些全身性疾病引起，以头昏的感觉为主，感到头重脚轻。目前缺少有效的治疗药物。
发明内容
发明目的：为了解决上述问题，本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗眩晕症的中药组合物及制备方法和应用。
技术方案：本发明的目的是通过如下的方案实现的：
一种治疗眩晕症的中药组合物，它由如下重量份数的原料制备得到：猪獠参15份、野黄麻10份、木香10份、丹参20份、决明子30份、银柴胡20份、当归20份、牡蛎20份、川芎12份、枳实15份、茯神20份、甘草12份。
所述治疗眩晕症的中药组合物在制备治疗眩晕症的药物中的应用。
本发明中猪獠参为兰科植物小舌唇兰的全草，拉丁名：Platanthera minor(Miq.)Reichb.F.，养阴润肺，益气生津。用于咳痰带血，咽喉肿痛，病后体弱，神经衰弱，遗精，头晕。野黄麻为椴树科黄麻属植物假黄麻Corchorus acutangulus Lam.，以全草入药，清热利湿，消肿拔毒。用于中暑发热，痢疾，咽喉疼痛；外用治疮疖肿毒。其余药物均符合药典标准或记载在中药大辞典中。
有益效果：本发明能养阴清热、镇静安神、活血通络，制得的药物能够安全有效治疗眩晕症。
具体实施方式
以下通过实施例形式，对本发明的上述内容再作进一步的详细说明，但不应将此理解为本发明上述主题的范围仅限于以下的实例，凡基于本发明上述内容所实现的技术均属于本发明的范围。
1.制备实施例
1.1称取猪獠参15g、野黄麻10g、木香10g、丹参20g、决明子30g、银柴胡20g、当归20g、牡蛎20g、川芎12g、枳实15g、茯神20g、甘草12g，加10倍量水，煎煮2小时，过滤；滤渣加8倍量水，煎煮1小时，过滤；合并滤液，浓缩，干燥，装入胶囊壳，即得符合正常成人1天用量的胶囊剂。用于治疗眩晕症。口服，每日分早晚两次服用。
1.2称取猪獠参15g、野黄麻10g、木香10g、丹参20g、决明子30g、银柴胡20g、当归20g、牡蛎20g、川芎12g、枳实15g、茯神20g、甘草12g，加10倍量水，煎煮2小时，过滤；滤渣加8倍量水，煎煮1小时，过滤；合并滤液，浓缩，干燥，加淀粉，按常规工艺制粒，即得符合正常成人1天用量的颗粒剂。用于治疗眩晕症。口服，每日分早晚两次服用。
1.3称取猪獠参15g、野黄麻10g、木香10g、丹参20g、决明子30g、银柴胡20g、当归20g、牡蛎20g、川芎12g、枳实15g、茯神20g、甘草12g，加10倍量水，煎煮2小时，过滤；滤渣加8倍量水，煎煮1小时，过滤；合并滤液，浓缩，干燥，加淀粉，按常规工艺制粒，压片，即可制得符合正常成人1天用量的片剂。用于治疗眩晕症。口服，每日分早晚两次服用。
2.本发明对眩晕症的临床研究
2.1一般资料：发明人2012年5月-2013年12月间共收集60例眩晕症的门诊患者，年龄45-66岁，病程1-4月。随机分为：治疗组30例，空白组30例。两组年龄、病情等资料无显著性差异，具有可比性。
2.2诊断标准：
2.2.1头晕目眩，视物旋转，轻者闭目即止，重者如坐车船，甚则仆倒。
2.2.2可伴恶心呕吐，眼球震颤，耳鸣耳聋，汗出，面色苍白等。
2.2.3慢性起病逐渐加重，或急性起病，或反复发作。
2.2.4测血压，查血色素，红细胞计数及心电图，电测听，脑干诱发电位，眼震电图及颈椎X线摄片，经颅多普勒等有助明确诊断。有条件做CT、磁共振检查。
2.2.5应注意除外肿瘤、严重血液病等。
2.2.6证候分类
2.2.6.1风阳上扰：眩晕耳鸣，头痛且胀，易怒，失眠多梦，或面红目赤，口苦。舌红，苔黄，脉弦滑。
2.2.6.2痰浊上蒙：头重如裹，视物旋转，胸闷作恶，呕吐痰涎。苔白腻，脉弦滑。
2.2.6.3气血亏虚：头晕目眩，面色淡白，神倦乏力，心悸少寐。舌淡，苔薄白，脉弱。
2.2.6.4肝肾阴虚：眩晕久发不已，视力减退，少寐健忘，心烦口干，耳鸣，神倦乏力，腰酸膝软。舌红，苔薄，脉弦细。
2.3试验方法
2.3.1治疗组口服本发明按照具体实施例1.1制得的胶囊，早晚各一次。疗程15天。
2.3.2空白组口服安慰剂胶囊，早晚各一次。疗程15天。
2.4疗效标准与治疗结果
2.4.1疗效标准
痊愈：症状、体征及有关实验室检查基本正常。好转：症状及体征减轻，实验室检查有改善。无效：症状无改变。
2.4.2治疗统计结果见表1。

2.5典型病例
张某，男，48岁，头晕目眩，伴恶心呕吐汗出，面色苍白，耳鸣，神倦乏力，心悸少寐。舌淡，苔薄白，脉弱。经诊断为气血亏虚型眩晕症，口服本发明按照具体实施例1.1制得的胶囊，早晚各一次，15天后症状、体征及有关实验室检查基本正常。

1.一种治疗眩晕症的中药组合物，其特征在于，它由如下重量份数的原料制备得到：猪獠参15份、野黄麻10份、木香10份、丹参20份、决明子30份、银柴胡20份、当归20份、牡蛎20份、川芎12份、枳实15份、茯神20份、甘草12份。
