Abstract

本发明涉及一种双机KVM共享器显示共享电路,电路包括多路复用器LT6555,通过将来自KVM共享器控制电路的切换信号SEL_A/B接入多路复用器的选择端引脚进行选择多路复用器LT6555的A、B两路输入信号与输出端联通,所述多路复用器的A路、B路输入端的R、G、B三路输入信号分别并联50欧姆电阻接地,所述输出端的R、G、B三路信号分别串联50欧姆的端接电阻到输出,所述A路、B路输入端和输出端的三组R、G、B信号线等长。本发明通过MCU的切换信号在两路视频信号输入通道中选择一路视频信号输出,通过电路参数的设置和布线参数的设计,得到清晰无干扰的2000行模拟视频信号输出。

Description

双机KVM共享器显示共享电路
技术领域
本发明涉及一种应用于民航空中交通管理系统中双机KVM共享器的共享显示电路,具体涉及一种可以支持显示模拟2000行分辨率的显示共享电路。
背景技术
在民航空中交通管理系统中,为保障飞行安全和管制指挥的可靠性,会配备两套工作站主机,一台安装有主用管制指挥系统,另一台装有备份管制指挥系统,这两台主机通过KVM共享器连接,共享一套显示器、键盘、鼠标。民航管制席位的终端显示器都是28寸的方屏显示器,其输出分辨率为2048x2048@60Hz,而它的显示接口一般有两种,一种是DVI(DUAL-LINK)双通道显示接口,另一种是5BNC形式R(红)、G(绿)、B(蓝)、Hs(行同步)、Vs(场同步)的模拟视频信号,由于很多民航专用图形显卡的输出是模拟信号,所以对于KVM(Keyboard Video Mouse)共享器来说支持模拟视频信号的共享是必须的,目前市面上KVM共享器支持的最高模拟分辨率达不到2048x2048@60Hz,如果强行使用会产生拖尾、重影和水波纹等现象,这些会严重影响管制员观察飞机飞行的各种管制信息,对飞行安全产生重大隐患,因此这些现象是不允许出现在管制画面中的。产生这些现象的根本原因是2048x2048@60Hz的超高分辨率视频信号中的R、G、B等颜色信号在传输通路中发生了反射、串扰等现象所致。
目前国外一些KVM共享器显示共享电路中采取了使用晶体管分立元件开关电路来实现显示共享,但由于温度及电磁环境等因素影响,在使用一段时间后由于电参数的漂移会出现偏色、重影等现象。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种双机KVM共享器显示共享电路,通过MCU的切换信号在两路视频信号输入通道中选择一路视频信号输出,通过电路参数的设置和布线参数的设计,得到清晰无干扰的2000行模拟视频信号输出。
本发明的技术方案是:一种双机KVM共享器显示共享电路,包括多路复用器LT6555,通过将来自KVM共享器控制电路的切换信号SEL_A/B接入多路复用器的选择端引脚进行选择多路复用器LT6555的A、B两路输入信号与输出端联通,所述多路复用器的A路、B路输入端的R、G、B三路输入信号分别并联50欧姆电阻接地,所述输出端的R、G、B三路信号分别串联50欧姆的端接电阻到输出,所述A路、B路输入端和输出端的三组R、G、B信号线等长。所述SEL_A/B通道信号为低电平时,输出信号输出A路的R、G、B信号;当SEL_A/B为高电平时,输出信号输出B路的R、G、B信号。所述多路复用器LT6555的2、4、6、8、10引脚通过导线接到模拟地,12、15、19引脚短接后接到负5V电源,13、17、21、24引脚短接后接到5V电源,24引脚通过导线连接电阻后接5V电源,22引脚作为多路复用器LT6555的选择端,23引脚通过导线接到模拟地。所述显示共享电路还包括正5V电源滤波网络和负5V电源滤波网络,正5V电源和负5V电源分别通过正5V电源滤波网络和负5V电源滤波网络连接到多路复用器LT6555的引脚。所述显示共享电路还包括线性正负压转换芯片ADM8660,1引脚和3引脚短接后接到数字地,2引脚接到电解电容C1的正端,4引脚接到电解电容C1的负端,引脚5通过导线连接到电感L1后接到负5V,电解电容C2、C3的负端接电感和负5V电源的公共节点,正端接到数字地,6引脚和7引脚短接后接地,8引脚通过导线接到5V电源。所述显示共享电路的PCB板为四层板层叠结构,包括依次为顶层、地层、电源层和底层,地层和电源层为内电层,顶层和底层为信号走线层,所述PCB的基材CORE和PREPREG层材质为FR-4。所述顶层到地层或者电源层到地层的距离为0.1549mm,所述PCB板信号线的上表面宽度为0.254mm,所述顶层的铜箔厚度为0.018mm。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的可在KVM双机共享器中实现模拟2000行显示的电路,通过输入输出端接电阻参数的设置以及PCB层叠结构、等长参数和2000行视频信号传输阻抗的设计,抑制了2000行视频信号传输过程中的所产生的反射、串扰,消除了拖尾、水波纹等现象,得到了清晰无干扰的2000行视频显示信号。

下面对照附图,通过对实施例的描述,本发明的具体实施方式如所涉及的各构件的形状、构造、各部分之间的相互位置及连接关系、各部分的作用及工作原理、制造工艺及操作使用方法等,作进一步详细的说明,以帮助本领域技术人员对本发明的发明构思、技术方案有更完整、准确和深入的理解。
模拟2000行视频信号的视频传输阻抗为50欧姆,这就要求在信号传输过程中,视频共享传输电路都要满足这个要求,根据这个原则一种可在双机KVM双机共享器中实现模拟2000行显示共享的电路具体实施方式如下:
参见图1,LT6555分为两个输入通道和1个输出通道,IN1A、IN2A、IN3A分别为A路R、G、B信号的输入,IN1B、IN2B、IN3B分别为B路R、G、B信号的输入,OUT1、OUT2、OUT3分别为R、G、B的输出信号,EN为低电平有效信号,当此引脚为低时,输入的信号增益被放大2倍;SELA/B为通道选择信号,当此信号为低电平时,输出信号输出A路的R、G、B信号;当SELA/B为高电平时,输出信号输出B路的R、G、B信号。
参见图2,一种可在双机KVM双机共享器中实现模拟2000行显示共享的电路,包括有多路复用器芯片LT6555芯片,多路复用器芯片LT6555的1、3、5、7、9、11引脚分别通过导线接一个50欧姆的电阻到模拟地,2、4、6、8、10引脚通过导线接到模拟地,12、15、19引脚短接后接到负5V电源,13、17、21、24引脚短接后接到5V电源,20引脚通过导线接一个50欧姆电阻后输出R_OUT信号(红色信号),18引脚通过导线接一个50欧姆电阻后输出G_OUT信号(绿色信号),16引脚通过导线接一个50欧姆电阻后输出B_OUT信号(蓝色信号),24引脚通过导线连接电阻后接5V电源,22引脚作为选择端信号,它的控制信号来自KVM共享器的控制单元,23引脚通过导线接到模拟地;还包括有线性正负压转换芯片ADM8660,1引脚和3引脚短接后接到数字地,2引脚接到电解电容C1的正端,4引脚接到电解电容C1的负端,引脚5通过导线连接到电感L1后接到负5V,电解电容C2、C3的负端接负5V,正端接到数字地,6引脚和7引脚短接后接地,8引脚通过导线接到5V电源;还包括有由电容C3、C4、C5、C6、C7、C8正5V电源滤波网络,C8为电解电容,其正极接5V电源,负极接模拟地;还包括有由电容C9、C10、C11、C12、C13组成的负5V电源滤波网络,C13为电解电容,其正极接模拟地,负极接负5V电源。
一种可在双机KVM双机共享器中实现模拟2000行显示共享电路的PCB板层叠结构,采用四层板,从上至下依次为TOP LAYER(顶层)、GNDPlane(地层)、VCCPlane(电源层)、BOTTOMLAYER(底层);顶层和底层为信号走线层,GNDPlane层和VCCPlane为内电层,作为PCB的信号参考层。CORE和PREPREG层为PCB基材,材质为FR-4。
参见公式1,为PCB板视频传输阻抗的计算公式:
其中,H是指TOP信号层到GNDPlane参考层或VCCPlane参考层到BOTTOM信号层的距离,在本电路中H的值设为0.1549mm,即6.1mil;W为信号线上表面宽度,在本电路中W的值设为0.254mm,即10mil;T为信号层铜箔厚度,在本电路中T的值设为0.018mm;Er介电常数,基材FR-4的介电常数为4.2;将这些值代入传输阻抗计算公式1后得出线宽为10mil的信号线其传输阻抗Zo为50.07欧姆;这样将输入输出的R、G、B信号线线宽设置为10mil,可使其传输阻抗控制在50欧姆。在布线时,将A路、B路以及输出端口的R、G、B信号作等长处理,即这三组信号中的每组R、G、B信号在布线时通过蛇形走线保证它们之间的走线长度的差值小于10mil,这样可以保证每组R、G、B信号传输相位的同步,从而可以抑制信号传输延迟所造成的重影现象。
通过在A路、B路输入端的R、G、B信号分别并联50欧姆端接电阻到地,在输出段的R、G、B信号分别串联50欧姆的端接电阻到输出,将所有R、G、B信号线的传输阻抗控制在50欧姆,并将三组R、G、B信号线作等长处理等方法,可以有效的抑制信号的反射、串扰等现象,从而得到清晰的R、G、B视频传输信号。
上面结合附图对本发明进行了示例性描述,显然本发明具体实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本发明的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种非实质性的改进,或未经改进将本发明的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的,均在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (1)

1.一种双机KVM共享器显示共享电路,其特征在于,包括多路复用器LT6555,通过将来自KVM共享器控制电路的切换信号SEL_A/B接入多路复用器的选择端引脚进行选择多路复用器LT6555的A、B两路输入信号与输出端联通,所述多路复用器的A路、B路输入端的R、G、B三路输入信号分别并联50欧姆电阻接地,所述输出端的R、G、B三路信号分别串联50欧姆的端接电阻到输出,所述A路、B路输入端和输出端的三组R、G、B信号线等长;所述SEL_A/B通道信号为低电平时,输出信号输出A路的R、G、B信号;当SEL_A/B为高电平时,输出信号输出B路的R、G、B信号;所述多路复用器LT6555的2、4、6、8、10引脚通过导线接到模拟地,12、15、19引脚短接后接到负5V电源,13、17、21、24引脚短接后接到5V电源,22引脚作为多路复用器LT6555的选择端,23引脚通过导线接到模拟地;所述显示共享电路还包括正5V电源滤波网络和负5V电源滤波网络,正5V电源和负5V电源分别通过正5V电源滤波网络和负5V电源滤波网络连接到多路复用器LT6555的引脚;所述显示共享电路还包括线性正负压转换芯片ADM8660,1引脚和3引脚短接后接到数字地,2引脚接到电解电容C1的正端,4引脚接到电解电容C1的负端,引脚5通过导线连接到电感L1后接到负5V,电解电容C2、C3的负端接电感和负5V电源的公共节点,正端接到数字地,6引脚和7引脚短接后接地,8引脚通过导线接到5V电源;
所述显示共享电路的PCB板为四层板层叠结构,包括依次为顶层、地层、电源层和底层,地层和电源层为内电层,顶层和底层为信号走线层,所述PCB的基材CORE和PREPREG层材质为FR-4;
