本发明公开了一种应用于可弯曲显示装置的背板,所述背板设置有至少一条与所述背板相贴合的加强片,所述加强片以所述背板的长度中轴线左右对称,且所述加强片在所述长度中轴线的方向上的宽度由中间向两侧递减,所述长度中轴线为垂直于所述背板长度方向且平行于所述背板宽度方向的中轴线,通过本申请实施例提供的背板,解决了现有技术中显示设备在弯曲时,背板容易出现上凸或下凹等弯曲缺陷,影响显示设备的外观和显示效果。

Description

一种应用于可弯曲显示装置的背板和曲面电视
技术领域
本发明涉及显示领域,尤其涉及一种应用于可弯曲显示装置的背板和曲面电视。
背景技术
目前,曲面显示设备因其内凹曲面显示屏与人体眼球弧面的视觉特征相适应,有益于避免视觉疲劳,且凹面显示屏可视角广,临场感强,3D效果好等优势,越来越被消费者接受和喜欢。
曲面显示设备常见如曲面电视,是在平面电视的基础上进行改进,曲面电视的显示面板,背光模组中的光学部件等均为曲面状态,为了配合曲面的显示屏和光学部件,同样背板也必须是曲面状态,现有技术通常使用高强度金属材质制成的可弯曲支架对背板进行固定,采用电机,杠杆配合楔形垫块使背板弯曲进而带动显示屏和背光模组等部件弯曲。
但本申请发明人在实现本申请实施例中发明技术方案的过程中,发现上述技术至少存在如下技术问题:
曲面显示设备在实现弯曲的过程中,通常是通过施力机构对显示设备的背板两侧施加推力使得背板向前弯曲,由于背板本身的材质密度无法做到完全均匀,因此在弯曲过程中,尤其是大尺寸的显示设备,材质密度大小相差较大的部位容易出现不规律的变形,并且如果背板在弯曲时受力不均匀也会使上述不规律的变形出现的可能性加大,本申请发明人通过实物和模型仿真发现,背板在受力弯曲时容易出现如下较为明显的弯曲缺陷,如背板中间固定两边受推力使背板局部出现下凹或者上凸,如图1背板101相对于水平线的弯曲缺陷示意图所示,M代表下凹,N代表上凸,显示设备在弯曲时候的弧线效果较差,这些不良的弯曲状态都会影响外观和显示设备的显示效果。
发明内容
本申请实施例通过提供一种背板,解决了现有技术中曲面显示设备弯曲过程中容易出现上凸或者下凹等缺陷,可使曲面显示设备弯曲弧线平滑,避免影响外观及显示效果。
本申请实施例提供了一种应用于可弯曲显示装置的背板,所述背板一侧设置有至少一条加强片,所述加强片以所述背板的长度中轴线左右对称,且所述加强片在所述长度中轴线的方向上的宽度由中间向两侧递减,所述长度中轴线为垂直于所述背板长度方向且平行于所述背板宽度方向的中轴线。
此外,本申请实施例还提供了一种曲面电视,包括如上所述的背板。
本申请实施例中提供的一个或多个技术方案,至少具有如下技术效果或优点:
由于在背板一侧设置至少一条加强片,并且加强片相对于背板的长度中轴线左右对称,并且加强片在长度中轴线的方向上的宽度由宽变窄,相对于现有技术,由于本专利申请在背板一侧面设计了宽度由中间向两侧递减的加强条,背板在弯曲时除了受到施力机构的推力,还会受到加强条的张力的影响,这样背板的受力会相对均匀,由于加强条的保护作用,通过实物测量和仿真分析结果看背板的弯曲弧度得到了优化,如图2所示的CAE软件仿真结果示意图,在仿真测试中,通过取背板的长度中轴线一侧的半个区域,并且将该半个区域分为平均150个测试点,逐点测量之后得出变形曲线,可以看出变形形状是顺滑的,弯曲的形状也近似是圆弧型。

具体实施方式
本申请实施例通过提供一种应用于可弯曲显示装置的背板,解决了现有技术中曲面显示设备在弯曲时,背板容易出现上凸或下凹等弯曲缺陷,避免影响曲面显示设备的外观和显示效果。
为了更好的理解上述技术方案,下面将结合说明书附图以及具体的实施方式对上述技术方案进行详细的说明。
本申请实施例提供的一种应用于可弯曲显示装置的背板,如图3所示,主要应用于可弯曲的显示装置中,背板101既可以是平面状态,也可以是弯曲状态,故本申请实施例提供的背板可应用于曲率固定的显示设备中,也可以应用于曲率可变的显示设备,该显示设备可以是电视机、电脑或者平板电脑或者手机等等,背板101设置有至少一条与背板101相贴合的加强片102,加强片102以背板101的长度中轴线103呈左右对称,且加强片102在长度中轴线103的方向上的宽度由中间向两侧递减,长度中轴线103为垂直于背板101长度方向且平行于背板101宽度方向的中轴线。
加强片102与背板101相贴合是为了保证背板在弯曲时,背板上的弯曲部位受到加强片102的张力影响,进而把加强片102的力施加到背板101上,通过加强片102的着力保证背板101弯曲顺滑。
通常,加强片102设置于背板101远离显示屏幕的一侧面,当然也可以设置在背板101靠近显示平面的一侧面,也可以在两个侧面都设置加强片,本申请在此不做限定,可根据不同的曲面显示设备自由设置。
对于曲率可调的显示装置,背板101基于平面显示的设计方法,而按照曲面呈现使用状态,与平面显示设备相似,背板101的主体可以采用较为常规的平整的不锈钢板,当然也不限于其他铝板、铁板等金属材质,也可以是塑料材质等,这些材料具有良好的可弯折性能,可以实现背板的弯曲,背板101在弯曲时,可以采样转轴、杠杆搭配电机等等实现施力弯曲,本申请保护的重点在于背板上加强片的设计,因此背板的弯曲实现方式在此不再赘述。
较佳的可在背板101的背面特定位置焊接若干条加强片102,为保证背板的左右弯曲状态相似,加强片102以背板101的长度中轴线103呈左右对称,这样,以长度中轴线103为轴,背板101的左右两边的弯曲状态就变得较为相同,使最终呈现的背板弯曲弧线较为对称,而加强片102在长度中轴线103的方向上的宽度由中间向两侧递减,通过本申请发明人通过CAE仿真及实际测试验证后得出的结果,如图2所示,通过仿真图可以看出具有加强片的背板,其各部位受力均匀,弯曲弧度平滑。
当然,加强片102的最佳位置、厚度以及大小可以根据曲面显示设备的不同进行调整。
相对于现有技术,本申请提供的背板可以应用于液晶曲面显示产品中,也可以应用于自发光曲面显示产品中,通过本实施例所述的技术方案,保证背板弯曲时的圆弧顺滑,使背板在弯曲过程中减少折弯和凸包出现的可能性,降低不良品的出现率,另外,本申请还具有如下其他优点,一方面,通过本申请提供的背板,只要在产品使用过程中设计合理,可以不需要经过复杂的测试曲率的工装和设备,简化测试程序节省人工检验成本,另一方面,通过本申请提供的背板,为使背板弯曲,可以在背板两侧施力,也可以在其他部位施力,有加强片102的保护,可以不需要专门设计制造保护曲面背板的辅助工装,方便曲面显示设备的生产准备,产品周转以及提高产能。
优选的,根据CAE仿真以及实际产品测试结果,对于常见的55寸的显示设备,如果加强片的数量大于等于六条,那么每条加强片102的厚度在该0.6mm~1.5mm较佳,如果低于0.6mm,那么加强片102对弯曲弧度的控制较弱,达不到理想的顺滑效果,如果高于1.5mm,加强片102的控制力过大,背板弯曲需要克服较厚的加强片的弯曲强度限制,一方面也是节约成本,避免材料浪费,另一方面在这个厚度范围内,才能保证背板的弯曲效果最佳,需要理解的是,加强片的厚度需要根据产品的尺寸和加强片的数量确定,并非额定值。
优选的,容易理解,为了保证整个背板各个部分的弯曲平滑,加强片102的长度与背板101的长度相等最佳,在实际使用中,如果在背板101上设置多个加强片102,加强片102也可以一长一短设置,在此不做限定,另外,多个加强片102的大小和厚度可以不相当,如果设置在背板101上的施力机构较为靠上,那么在背板101靠上的位置可以多设置几条加强片102即可。
优选的,如图4~6所示的几种形状的加强片102,加强片102的形状可以为梭型,即类似两端较尖,中间较粗如枣核的形状,也可以为弯月型,还可以是椭圆形等等,只要满足加强片以长度中轴线左右对称及宽度递减的特征即可。
优选的,加强片102的材料弯曲强度大于背板101的材料弯曲强度,由现有技术可知,材料的弯曲强度是指材料在弯曲负荷作用下破裂或达到规定挠度时能承受的最大应力,加强片102的材料弯曲强度大于背板101的材料弯曲强度可以保证背板101在由平面折弯的过程中更多的受到加强片102的应力影响,进一步减少背板下凹和凸包产生的可能性。
优选的,如图3所示,加强片102的数量大于3条,示例的,加强片102共有6条,且加强片102沿所述背板101的宽度方向间隔排列,通常为了保证背板101的各个部位的弯曲不会差异较大,加强片102的间隔设置可以使背板的受力均匀。
优选的,加强片102可以以点焊或者铆接或者螺钉连接的方式固定在背板101上,优选方式为点焊,点焊固定简单有效,并且极牢固,可以保证加强片102在弯曲过程中不会轻易脱离背板101,此外,加强片102还可以采用如铆接,螺钉等方式与背板101连接。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题还可以采样以下技术方案实现,依据前述实施例提供的加强片102的基础上,如图7所示背板101的一种平面状态示意图,背板101上设置有由两条弯月形的的第一加强片201和第二加强片202,第一加强片201和第二加强片202以背板101的宽度中轴线203相互呈镜像对称,宽度中轴线203为垂直于背板101宽度方向且平行于背板101长度方向的中轴线。
以宽度中轴线203呈镜像对称,可以保证背板101的上下受力保持平衡,另外,第一加强片201和第二加强片202可以结合于一体成为一个组合型的大的加强片。
此外,优选的,为了进一步节省材料,可以在加强片102中心部位设置一凹部,凹部的形状与加强片102的外轮廓相匹配,这样,既可以满足节省材料的目的,也可以满足加强片102的基本特征,保证背板的弯曲顺滑。
较佳的,基于以上实施例提供的方案,加强片102的材料优选为不锈钢,因为不锈钢的材料弯曲强度较好,并且抗疲劳强度高,疲劳强度是指金属材料在无限多次交变载荷作用下而不破坏的最大应力,因此在应用于曲率可调的显示设备如电视机时,可以弯曲多次,不会轻易断裂,以便于多次重复使用,当然加强片102的材质还可以选用钛钢、殷钢或者其他具有较强弯曲性能和抗疲劳性能的合金等等,在此不做限制。
本申请还提供了一种曲面电视,该电视包含以上实施例提供的背板,该种类型的曲面电视可以为曲率固定的电视机,也可以是曲率可调的电视机,在弯曲过程中,可通过以上实施例提供的背板保证曲面电视弯曲弧线平滑,不会出现上凸或者下凹等弯曲缺陷。
尽管已描述了本发明的优选实施例,但本领域内的技术人员一旦得知了基本创造性概念,则可对这些实施例作出另外的变更和修改。所以,所附权利要求意欲解释为包括优选实施例以及落入本发明范围的所有变更和修改。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (11)

1.一种应用于可弯曲显示装置的背板,其特征在于,所述背板上设置有至少一条与所述背板相贴合的加强片,所述加强片以所述背板的长度中轴线左右对称,且所述加强片在所述长度中轴线的方向上的宽度由中间向两侧递减,所述长度中轴线为垂直于背板长度方向且平行于背板宽度方向的中轴线。
2.如权利要求1所述的背板,其特征在于,所述加强片的长度与所述背板的长度相等。
3.如权利要求1所述的背板,其特征在于,所述加强片的形状为梭型。
4.如权利要求1所述的背板,其特征在于,所述加强片的形状为弯月型。
5.如权利要求3所述的背板,其特征在于,所述加强片的材料弯曲强度大于所述背板的材料弯曲强度。
6.如权利要求5所述的背板,其特在在于,所述加强片的数量大于3条,且所述加强片沿所述背板的宽度方向间隔排列。
7.如权利要求6所述的背板,其特征在于,所述加强片以点焊或者铆接或者螺钉连接的方式固定在所述背板上。
8.如权利要求7所述的背板,其特征在于,所述背板上设置有由两条弯月形的第一加强片和第二加强片,所述第一加强片和所述第二加强片以所述背板的宽度中轴线相互呈镜像对称,所述宽度中轴线为垂直于所述背板宽度方向且平行于所述背板长度方向的中轴线。
9.如权利要求1所述的背板,其特征在于,所述加强片中心设置有一凹部,所述凹部的形状与所述加强片的外轮廓相匹配。
10.如权利要求1所述的背板,其特征在于,所述加强片的材料为不锈钢。
11.一种曲面电视,其特征在于,所述曲面电视包括如权利要求1~10中任一项所述的背板。
