技术领域
本发明涉及汽车粉末涂料。
背景技术
     目前,随着全球工业的飞速发展,造成的环境问题也日益突出。如何开展环境保护工作已成为亟待人们研究的重要课题。环境意识强烈的一些西方国家已经开发研究出具有低挥发性有机物的汽车涂料,并大量投入生产和运用。随着汽车行业的不断发展,为了美化汽车的涂膜外观,减轻其造成的环境污染,改进汽车喷涂技术显得尤为重要。
对于汽车粉末涂料来说,粉末涂料的细度在10至80微米之间能达到的效果是最好的,且其分布范围越窄,产生的效果越好。
发明内容
为了使粉末涂料的耐候性好,提高粉末涂料的韧性,本发明提供了一种耐候汽车粉末涂料。
为达到上述目的,耐候汽车粉末涂料,按重量份数计,由50-60份的硅丙树脂、1-2份环氧树脂、10-20份钛白粉、2-5份铁红、1-5份有机硅、0.8-2份固化剂、0.5-1份稳定剂和2-3份流平剂组成。
进一步的,所述的固化剂为脂肪族聚酰胺型胺。
进一步的,所述的稳定剂为N-取代的大环三嗪-HALS。
进一步的,所述的流平剂选用二甲基硅氧烷。
本发明的有益效果是:加入有机硅既能降低环氧树脂内应力,又能改善环氧树脂韧性、耐高温性等性能,从而使粉末涂料的韧性和耐高温性能好;在本发明中,硅丙树脂与有机硅的作用,能提高涂料的耐候性。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明进行进一步详细说明。
耐候汽车粉末涂料,按重量份数计,由50-60份的硅丙树脂、1-2份环氧树脂、10-20份钛白粉、2-5份铁红、1-5份有机硅、0.8-2份固化剂、0.5-1份稳定剂和2-3份流平剂组成。所述的固化剂为脂肪族聚酰胺型胺。所述的稳定剂为N-取代的大环三嗪-HALS。所述的流平剂选用二甲基硅氧烷。
实施例1。
耐候汽车粉末涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤,
(1)按重量份数计,将50份的硅丙树脂、1份环氧树脂、10份钛白粉、2份铁红、1份有机硅、0.8份固化剂、0.5份稳定剂和2份流平剂混合均匀。
(2)采用双螺杆挤出机在100℃ -120℃挤压成型,通过粉碎后得到粉末涂料。
实施例2。
耐候汽车粉末涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤,
(1)按重量份数计,将60份的硅丙树脂、2份环氧树脂、20份钛白粉、5份铁红、5份有机硅、2份固化剂、1份稳定剂和3份流平剂混合均匀。
(2)采用双螺杆挤出机在100℃ -120℃挤压成型,通过粉碎后得到粉末涂料。
实施例3。
耐候汽车粉末涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤,
(1)按重量份数计,将55份的硅丙树脂、1.5份环氧树脂、15份钛白粉、4份铁红、3份有机硅、1.3份固化剂、0.8份稳定剂和2.5份流平剂混合均匀。
(2)采用双螺杆挤出机在100℃ -120℃挤压成型,通过粉碎后得到粉末涂料。

1.耐候汽车粉末涂料,其特征在于:按重量份数计,由50-60份的硅丙树脂、1-2份环氧树脂、10-20份钛白粉、2-5份铁红、1-5份有机硅、0.8-2份固化剂、0.5-1份稳定剂和2-3份流平剂组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐候汽车粉末涂料,其特征在于:所述的固化剂为脂肪族聚酰胺型胺。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐候汽车粉末涂料,其特征在于:所述的稳定剂为N-取代的大环三嗪-HALS。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐候汽车粉末涂料,其特征在于:所述的流平剂选用二甲基硅氧烷。
