技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于室内装修的建筑材料领域,具体属于抗裂石膏板。
背景技术
目前,随着人们生活水平的提高,大多数家庭房屋的装修都要用到石膏板。石膏板是一种轻质、防火的建筑装饰材料,大多数用于室内吊顶。市场上有各种板块形和条形产品,现有的大部分石膏是由聚乙烯醇、胶和水混合成糊状石膏,这些石膏板的石膏材料是一种吸潮吸水的材料,所以在一些产生水气和潮湿的室内环境中使用,使用一段时间后石膏板会松散并脱落,使得原有的造型损坏,破坏了室内的美化环境。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种抗裂石膏板,有效解决了石膏板开裂问题,无甲醛,无污染,保证了石膏板的强度和硬度同时,具有良好的环保功能。
本发明的技术方案如下:
抗裂石膏板,由以下重量份原料组成:10~14份矿石尾砂、40~45份生石灰、2.5-3.5份氧化铁粉末、3.5-4.5份粉煤灰、12~15份硅酸铝纤维、9~11份硅质填料、3~5份熔渣、5~7份聚合物乳液、5~7份氧化钙膨胀剂、90~100份水,其具体的制备方法依次进行以下步骤:
1)、将矿石尾砂、熔渣、硅质填料、硅酸铝纤维经机械粉碎粉末,按配方比例搅拌均匀,然后加入重量比为8-10%的水,然后经成球机制成粒径为2.5-3.5mm的生料球,150-200℃下干燥4-6h;将干燥后的生料球在1350-1550℃下高温焙烧30-40min,即得骨料陶粒,将骨料陶粒、生石灰、氧化铁粉末、氧化钙膨胀剂混合同时加入生石灰重量30-50%的水,搅拌1~2h后输入陈化库陈化,搅拌速度为800-1000rpm,搅拌时间为2~3h,然后晾干得陈化料;
2)、在步骤1)所得到的陈化料中加入聚合物乳液、氧化钙膨胀剂、剩余的水,然后放在搅拌机内搅拌均匀并转运至坯体模具内挤压成型混合搅拌5~8h,制得成型坯料,最后送入干燥窑进行干燥,以40℃/min温度升高到300℃,保持40~60分钟,即得。
本发明利用矿石尾砂、熔渣、硅质填料为原料,生产无甲醛,无污染,保证了石膏板的强度和硬度同时,具有良好的环保功能。同时,加入了氧化钙膨胀剂保证了石膏板长时间使用不开裂,本发明的板材具有质地坚硬,不吸水,防污染,耐酸碱,抗老化,绿色环保,无放射性毒害等优点,可广泛使用在建筑装饰中。
具体实施方式
抗裂石膏板,由以下重量份原料组成:12份矿石尾砂、42份生石灰、3份氧化铁粉末、4份粉煤灰、14份硅酸铝纤维、10份硅质填料、4份熔渣、6份聚合物乳液、6份氧化钙膨胀剂、95份水,其具体的制备方法依次进行以下步骤:
1)、将矿石尾砂、熔渣、硅质填料、硅酸铝纤维经机械粉碎粉末,按配方比例搅拌均匀,然后加入重量比为9%的水,然后经成球机制成粒径为2.5-3.5mm的生料球,150-200℃下干燥4-6h;将干燥后的生料球在1350-1550℃下高温焙烧30-40min,即得骨料陶粒,将骨料陶粒、生石灰、氧化铁粉末、氧化钙膨胀剂混合同时加入生石灰重量30-50%的水,搅拌1~2h后输入陈化库陈化,搅拌速度为800-1000rpm,搅拌时间为2~3h,然后晾干得陈化料;
2)、在步骤1)所得到的陈化料中加入聚合物乳液、氧化钙膨胀剂、剩余的水,然后放在搅拌机内搅拌均匀并转运至坯体模具内挤压成型混合搅拌5~8h,制得成型坯料,最后送入干燥窑进行干燥,以40℃/min温度升高到300℃,保持40~60分钟,即得。

Claims (1)

1.抗裂石膏板,其特征是:由以下重量份原料组成:10~14份矿石尾砂、40~45份生石灰、2.5-3.5份氧化铁粉末、3.5-4.5份粉煤灰、12~15份硅酸铝纤维、9~11份硅质填料、3~5份熔渣、5~7份聚合物乳液、5~7份氧化钙膨胀剂、90~100份水,其具体的制备方法依次进行以下步骤:
1)、将矿石尾砂、熔渣、硅质填料、硅酸铝纤维经机械粉碎粉末,按配方比例搅拌均匀,然后加入重量比为8-10%的水,然后经成球机制成粒径为2.5-3.5mm的生料球,150-200℃下干燥4-6h;将干燥后的生料球在1350-1550℃下高温焙烧30-40min,即得骨料陶粒,将骨料陶粒、生石灰、氧化铁粉末、粉煤灰混合同时加入生石灰重量30-50%的水,搅拌1~2h后输入陈化库陈化,搅拌速度为800-1000rpm,搅拌时间为2~3h,然后晾干得陈化料;
