本发明涉及一种推杆,尤其是用于泵或压缩机,该推杆具有类似于管的壳体,在该壳体的驱动侧的环形端缘中在直径上相对地安置有两个从壳体的外侧面缩入的扁平部,在扁平部中支承有承载滚轮的销柱,其中,壳体的内侧面轴向上在滚轮的下方被单独的桥接件横穿,桥接件的从动侧的端缘用作推杆随动件的贴靠部,并且桥接件一方面轴向上朝着驱动侧的环形端缘的方向贴靠在扁平部的下侧上,以及另一方面朝着壳体的从动侧的环形端缘的方向被固定在内侧面上的保险环贴靠。
背景技术
这样的推杆,在这里用于加载内燃机的高压燃料泵的泵活塞,由DE 10 2006 057 246 A1,图1A-图1C得到。推杆的桥接件可以在轴向和径向上轻微运动,这就导致了不期望的噪声,简言之会导致发出啪嗒声。此外发现,盘状的桥接件相对较薄,并因此也许不再能承担当前高压燃料泵的高负载。然而,却不能装配设计得过厚的桥接件。此外,在径向上几乎填满推杆的桥接件仅允许例如在定性控制的内燃机的高压燃料泵中使用推杆的情况下的柴油的相对较差的介质渗透。
发明内容
因此,本发明的任务在于提出一种如开头所述那样的推杆,该推杆低噪音地工作并且能承担高负载。
根据本发明,该任务以如下方式得以解决,即,桥接件通过保险环在轴向和径向上无间隙压紧地保持在壳体中。
因此,推杆不存在上面提到的缺点。桥接件经由卡环相对简单地在径向和轴向上压紧。在此,特别优选的是,如提出的那样,为了实现桥接件与壳体的内侧面之间的径向压紧,保险环的钩状地朝着推杆的轴向方向弯曲的张卡端部彼此分开地延伸。然而,也能想到的是在该位置上应用独立的楔形物或类似物。
尤其当桥接件如在本发明的扩展方案中设置的那样地作为梁存在时,最终使张卡端部作用在呈弧面状或呈圆形区段状的空隙中并且使桥接件-壳体系统径向上伸出地彼此压紧。以简单的方式补偿了存在的间隙。
在例如冲制的桥接件的呈梁状的设计方案中,该桥接件可以相对简单地通过倾斜的安放或推入来进行装配,并且配设有增大了的高度。能够侧向地沿着桥接件来实现例如柴油燃料/润滑介质的相对较大的体积流。
轴向地保持保险环的简便的措施是另外的从属权利要求的主题。因此,保险环要么可以安置在从壳体的内侧面向内伸出的保持凸起部上,要么可以安置在壳体的内侧面中的环形槽中。在保持凸起部的情况下有利的是,保持凸起部例如a)构造为从壳体的外侧面出发的压印部/材料贯穿部(Materialdurchstellung),b)构造为在壳体内侧面上的承托部,或c)构造为在壳体的内侧面上的焊接点或钎焊点或类似物。
在对本发明的其它具体说明中,保持凸起部可以构造为扣合凸鼻或类似于扣合凸鼻地构造,卡环放置在所述保持凸起部的类似于顶棚的上侧上。
标准化的轴向固定元件,例如圆形金属丝卡环被考虑作为卡环,之后仅将其端部弯折。然而,也可以考虑多种其它打开的环形件形状,甚至式非标准化的环形件。
根据提出的推杆应该用于至少间接地加载定性控制或定量控制的内燃机的燃料喷射泵的泵活塞。同样地,可以考虑在内燃机的阀传动装置中使用,或者在轴向或径向活塞压缩机或各自的泵中使用。

具体实施方式
示出了用于内燃机的高压燃料泵的推杆1。推杆1具有类似于管状的或者说类似于环状的壳体2,在壳体的驱动侧的环形端缘3中在直径上相对地安置有两个从壳体2的外侧面4缩入的扁平部5。在每个扁平部5中都容纳有承载被滚动支承的滚轮6的销柱7的端部。滚轮6用于运作凸轮或者偏心轮或它们的组件。
壳体2的内侧面8轴向上在滚轮6下方被梁状的且相对是厚壁的桥接件9横穿,该桥接件的从动侧的端缘10用作作为推杆随动件的泵活塞的贴靠部。
梁状的桥接件9轴向上朝着驱动侧的环形端缘3的方向保持在扁平部5的弓弦状的下侧13上。在朝着壳体2的相对置的从动侧的环形端缘11的方向上,设置有固定在内侧面8上的保险环12,其中,桥接件9无间隙地轴向压紧在保险环与扁平部5的下侧13之间。周向分布的保持凸起部15用于固定保险环12,所述保持凸起部是从壳体2的外侧面4缩入的扣合凸鼻。
如由图2可知,保险环12的张卡端部(Sprengende)16呈钩状地在轴向方向上弯曲。张卡端部处于壳体2的内侧面8与在桥接件9的端部端缘20上的削平部17之间的类似于圆形区段的空隙18内。因此,由于卡环12并且准确地说是其张卡端部16的径向向外作用的预紧力,实现了桥接件9的简单的径向压紧。
如由图3和图5最容易看出的那样,桥接件9在其另一端部端缘19的那侧上凸鼻状地横穿壳体2,从而同时得到用于推杆1相对其引导部的简单的防扭转。因此,可以省去单独的防扭转主体。
总而言之,桥接件9在轴向和径向上压紧地保持在壳体2中。不再出现由于桥接件9的轴向可运动性而发出啪嗒声的噪音。

Claims (7)

2.根据权利要求1所述的推杆,其特征在于,为了实现轴向压紧,所述桥接件(9)夹紧在所述保险环(12)的上侧(14)与所述扁平部(5)的下侧(13)之间,所述保险环(12)要么安置在从所述壳体(2)的内侧面(8)伸入的保持凸起部(15)上,要么安置在所述壳体(2)的内侧面(8)中的环形槽中。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的推杆,其特征在于,为了在所述桥接件(9)与所述壳体(2)的内侧面(8)之间实现径向压紧,所述保险环(12)的呈钩状地沿着所述推杆(1)的轴向方向弯曲的张卡端部(16)彼此分开地延伸。

6.根据权利要求2所述的推杆,其特征在于,在所述保持凸起部(15)的情况下,所述保持凸起部要么a)作为从所述壳体(2)的外侧面(4)出发的压印部/材料贯穿部存在,要么b)作为在所述壳体(2)的内侧面(8)上的承托部存在,要么c)作为在所述壳体(2)的内侧面(8)上的焊接点或钎焊点存在。
7.根据权利要求2所述的推杆,其特征在于,在所述保持凸起部(15)的情况下,所述保持凸起部构造为扣合凸鼻。
