本发明公开一种变形系数小的无碱无捻纱,所述的变形系数小的无碱无捻纱包括最上层的合成纤维层、中间层的浸润剂和最下层的玻璃纤维层组合而成,所述合成纤维层是聚乙烯醇纤维,所述玻璃纤维层是无碱铝硅酸盐玻璃,所述的聚乙烯醇纤维占变形系数小的无碱无捻纱总体分量的51%-60%,所述的浸润剂占变形系数小的无碱无捻纱总体分量的2%-11%,所述的无碱铝硅酸盐玻璃占变形系数小的无碱无捻纱总体分量的37%-39%。本发明提供一种变形系数小的无碱无捻纱,具有耐高温、保温隔热、绝缘、防火和变形系数小等优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种变形系数小的无碱无捻纱。
背景技术
玻璃布 我国生产的玻璃布,分为无碱和中碱两类,国外大多数是E-GLASS无碱玻璃布。玻璃布主要用于生产各种电绝缘层压板、印刷线路板、各种车辆车体、贮罐、船艇、模具等。中碱玻璃布主要用于生产涂塑包装布,以及用于耐腐蚀场合。织物的特性由纤维性能、经纬密度、纱线结构和织纹所决定。经纬密度又由纱结构和织纹决定。经纬密加上纱结构,就决定了织物的物理性质,如重量、厚度和断裂强度等。有五种基本的织纹:平纹plan(类似方格布)、斜纹twill(一般+-45度)、缎纹statin(类似单向布)、罗纹leno(玻璃纤维网格布主要织法)和席纹matts(类似牛津布)。
众所周知,巾被、针织内衣等产品对“柔软”的追求永远是一大主题,为了实现“柔软”,对纱线要求之一就是采用尽量小的捻度,但是,普通纱线过小的捻度会造成纺纱的困难和织造的断头增多,因此,以往实现“柔软”只能平衡纺纱和织造两方面。对纱线捻度的要求选取折衷值。无捻纱的问世为巾被、针织等行业提供了实现“柔软”的另一种全新的解决方案,无捻纱其产品的突出特点就是超强的“柔软”和吸水性。
发明内容
本发明提供一种具有耐高温、保温隔热、绝缘、防火和变形系数小等优点的变形系数小的无碱无捻纱。
本发明的技术方案是:一种变形系数小的无碱无捻纱,所述的变形系数小的无碱无捻纱包括最上层的合成纤维层、中间层的浸润剂和最下层的玻璃纤维层组合而成,所述合成纤维层是聚乙烯醇纤维,所述玻璃纤维层是无碱铝硅酸盐玻璃,所述的聚乙烯醇纤维占变形系数小的无碱无捻纱总体分量的51%-60%,所述的浸润剂占变形系数小的无碱无捻纱总体分量的2%-11%,所述的无碱铝硅酸盐玻璃占变形系数小的无碱无捻纱总体分量的37%-39%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述浸润剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的聚乙烯醇纤维占变形系数小的无碱无捻纱总体分量的57%,所述的浸润剂占变形系数小的无碱无捻纱总体分量的6%,所述的无碱铝硅酸盐玻璃占变形系数小的无碱无捻纱总体分量的37%。
本发明的一种变形系数小的无碱无捻纱,具有耐高温、保温隔热、绝缘、防火和变形系数小等优点。

下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
其中,所述的变形系数小的无碱无捻纱包括最上层的合成纤维层、中间层的浸润剂和最下层的玻璃纤维层组合而成,所述合成纤维层是聚乙烯醇纤维,所述玻璃纤维层是无碱铝硅酸盐玻璃,所述的聚乙烯醇纤维占变形系数小的无碱无捻纱总体分量的51%-60%,所述的浸润剂占变形系数小的无碱无捻纱总体分量的2%-11%,所述的无碱铝硅酸盐玻璃占变形系数小的无碱无捻纱总体分量的37%-39%,所述浸润剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
进一步说明,所述的聚乙烯醇纤维占变形系数小的无碱无捻纱总体分量的57%,所述的浸润剂占变形系数小的无碱无捻纱总体分量的6%,所述的无碱铝硅酸盐玻璃占变形系数小的无碱无捻纱总体分量的37%。
在进一步说明,聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维在工业领域中可用于制作帆布、防水布、滤布、运输带、包装材料、工作服、渔网和海上作业用缆绳。高强度、高模量长丝可用作运输带的骨架材料、各种胶管、胶布和胶鞋的衬里材料,还可制作自行车胎帘子线。由于这种纤维能耐水泥的碱性,且与水泥的粘结性和亲合性好,可代替石棉作水泥制品的增强材料。可与棉混纺,制作各种衣料和室内用品,也可生产针织品。但耐热性差,制得的织物不挺括,且不能在热水中洗涤。此外,在无纺布、造纸等方面也有使用价值。具有很好的机械性能,其强度高、模量高、伸度低。耐酸碱性、抗化学药品性强。耐光性:在长时间的日照下,纤维强度损失率低。耐腐蚀性:纤维埋入地下长时间不发霉、不腐烂、不虫蛀。纤维具有良好的分散性:纤维不粘连、水中分散性好。纤维与水泥、塑料等的亲和性好,粘合强度高。对人体和环境无毒无害。
在进一步说明,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚分子中乙氧基数目可在合成的过程中人为调整,故可制得一系列不同性能和用途的非离子表面活性剂。脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚是最重要的一类非离子表面活性剂。分子中的醚键不易被酸、碱破坏,所以稳定性较高,水溶性较好,耐电解质,易于生物降解,泡沫小。除了在纺织印染行业大量使用外,还大量用于复配低泡液体洗涤剂。脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚与其他表面活性剂的配伍性好。对硬水不敏感,低温洗涤性能好,但随着水温的升高,其溶解度会逐渐降低。在pH为3~11的范围内,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚水解稳定。本发明提供一种变形系数小的无碱无捻纱,具有耐高温、保温隔热、绝缘、防火和变形系数小等优点。

1.一种变形系数小的无碱无捻纱,其特征在于:所述的变形系数小的无碱无捻纱包括最上层的合成纤维层、中间层的浸润剂和最下层的玻璃纤维层组合而成,所述合成纤维层是聚乙烯醇纤维,所述玻璃纤维层是无碱铝硅酸盐玻璃,所述的聚乙烯醇纤维占变形系数小的无碱无捻纱总体分量的51%-60%,所述的浸润剂占变形系数小的无碱无捻纱总体分量的2%-11%,所述的无碱铝硅酸盐玻璃占变形系数小的无碱无捻纱总体分量的37%-39%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的变形系数小的无碱无捻纱,其特征在于:所述浸润剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
