随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对穿着物也越来越重视,涤棉布也是属于纺织面料的一种,现有的涤棉布在使用时不具备防水的功能,往往涤棉布需要使用在不同地方,而水源难免会进入,影响使用者穿着。

为实现上述防水功能的目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种防水涤棉布,包括涤棉布本体,所述涤棉布本体包括经线和纬线,所述涤棉布本体由经线和纬线呈经纬垂直交织而成,所述经线包括过氯乙烯纤维层、酚醛纤维层和三聚氰胺纤维层,所述纬线包括聚氯乙烯纤维层、甲壳素纤维层和岩棉纤维层。
优选的,所述过氯乙烯纤维层的底部与酚醛纤维层的顶部通过聚氨酯胶粘剂连接,所述酚醛纤维层的底部与三聚氰胺纤维层的顶部通过聚氨酯胶粘剂连接。
优选的,所述过氯乙烯纤维层的厚度为0.1mm~0.3mm,所述酚醛纤维层的厚度为0.12mm~0.35mm,所述三聚氰胺纤维层的厚度为0.13mm~0.14mm。

在使用时,经线2包括过氯乙烯纤维层201、酚醛纤维层202和三聚氰胺纤维层203,设置了过氯乙烯纤维层201,过氯乙烯纤维层201具备防水、防腐、防潮、防霉等性能,过氯乙烯纤维层201具有适应范围广、耐候性、抗酸性、变形、使用寿命长、拉伸强度高和延伸率大,设置了酚醛纤维层202,酚醛纤维层202具有良好的耐酸性能,尺寸稳定性好、耐化学腐蚀、难燃、耐火焰穿透、遇火无洒落物和防水性能好,设置了三聚氰胺纤维层203,三聚氰胺纤维层203具有防水、防潮、防腐蚀的效果,硬度大、耐磨、耐热性、表面平滑光洁和容易维护清洗,通过上述结构的配合,达到了防水功能的优点,解决了现有的涤棉布在使用时不具备防水的功能,往往涤棉布需要使用在不同地方,而水源难免会进入,影响使用者穿着的问题。

Claims (5)
1.一种防水涤棉布,包括涤棉布本体(1),其特征在于:所述涤棉布本体(1)包括经线(2)和纬线(3),所述涤棉布本体(1)由经线(2)和纬线(3)呈经纬垂直交织而成,所述经线(2)包括过氯乙烯纤维层(201)、酚醛纤维层(202)和三聚氰胺纤维层(203),所述纬线(3)包括聚氯乙烯纤维层(301)、甲壳素纤维层(302)和岩棉纤维层(303)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水涤棉布,其特征在于:所述过氯乙烯纤维层(201)的底部与酚醛纤维层(202)的顶部通过聚氨酯胶粘剂连接,所述酚醛纤维层(202)的底部与三聚氰胺纤维层(203)的顶部通过聚氨酯胶粘剂连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水涤棉布,其特征在于:所述过氯乙烯纤维层(201)的厚度为0.1mm~0.3mm,所述酚醛纤维层(202)的厚度为0.12mm~0.35mm,所述三聚氰胺纤维层(203)的厚度为0.13mm~0.14mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水涤棉布,其特征在于:所述聚氯乙烯纤维层(301)的底部与甲壳素纤维层(302)的顶部通过聚氨酯胶粘剂连接,所述甲壳素纤维层(302)的底部与岩棉纤维层(303)的顶部通过聚氨酯胶粘剂连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水涤棉布,其特征在于:所述聚氯乙烯纤维层(301)的厚度为0.1mm~0.2mm,所述甲壳素纤维层(302)的厚度为0.1mm~0.25mm,所述岩棉纤维层(303)的厚度为0.15mm~0.3mm。
