本发明公开了一种周效磺胺的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:1)甲氧基乙酸甲酯与草酸二乙酯反应生成3-甲氧基-2-氧代丁二酸甲乙酯;2)在甲醇钠的存在下,将2-甲氧基-丙二酸甲乙酯与甲酰胺反应,加水,回收有水甲醇,甩干出料后干燥,获得环合物;3)使环合物与三氯氧磷在65℃回流,保温反应3小时,生成4,6-二氯-5-甲氧基嘧啶;4)将4,6-二氯-5-甲氧基嘧啶与对氨基磺酰胺钠发生缩合反应生成4-(对氨基苯磺酰胺基)-5-甲氧基-6-氯嘧啶;5)将4-(对氨基苯磺酰胺基)5-甲氧基-6-氯嘧啶投入反应釜中,再加甲醇、固体氢氧化钠,缓慢升温至60℃,保温反应2.5小时,得周效磺胺成品。本发明生产的周效磺胺收率高。

本发明涉及周效磺胺的生产工艺。
背景技术
现有的周效磺胺的生产工艺,收率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种周效磺胺的生产工艺,其生产的周效磺胺收率高。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种周效磺胺的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)在固体乙醇钠的存在下,使15质量份甲氧基乙酸甲酯与32.3质量份草酸二乙酯反应生成3-甲氧基-2-氧代丁二酸甲乙酯,并进一步脱羰,再经分馏塔减压分馏回收低沸物,分去低沸物后,不经过分馏塔,直接冷却剩余反应液即得纯度大于等于96%的2-甲氧基-丙二酸甲乙酯;
2)在甲醇钠的存在下,将2-甲氧基-丙二酸甲乙酯与甲酰胺反应,加水,回收有水甲醇,甩干出料后干燥,获得环合物;
3)使环合物与三氯氧磷在65℃回流,保温反应3小时,生成4,6-二氯-5-甲氧基嘧啶;
4)将4,6-二氯-5-甲氧基嘧啶与对氨基磺酰胺钠发生缩合反应生成4-(对氨基苯磺酰胺基)-5-甲氧基-6-氯嘧啶;
5)将4-(对氨基苯磺酰胺基)5-甲氧基-6-氯嘧啶投入反应釜中,再加甲醇、固体氢氧化钠,缓慢升温至60℃,保温反应2.5小时,得周效磺胺成品。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种周效磺胺的生产工艺,其生产的周效磺胺收率高。

下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
本发明具体实施的技术方案是:
一种周效磺胺的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)在固体乙醇钠的存在下,使15质量份甲氧基乙酸甲酯与32.3质量份草酸二乙酯反应生成3-甲氧基-2-氧代丁二酸甲乙酯,并进一步脱羰,再经分馏塔减压分馏回收低沸物,分去低沸物后,不经过分馏塔,直接冷却剩余反应液即得纯度大于等于96%的2-甲氧基-丙二酸甲乙酯;
2)在甲醇钠的存在下,将2-甲氧基-丙二酸甲乙酯与甲酰胺反应,加水,回收有水甲醇,甩干出料后干燥,获得环合物;
3)使环合物与三氯氧磷在65℃回流,保温反应3小时,生成4,6-二氯-5-甲氧基嘧啶;
4)将4,6-二氯-5-甲氧基嘧啶与对氨基磺酰胺钠发生缩合反应生成4-(对氨基苯磺酰胺基)-5-甲氧基-6-氯嘧啶;
5)将4-(对氨基苯磺酰胺基)5-甲氧基-6-氯嘧啶投入反应釜中,再加甲醇、固体氢氧化钠,缓慢升温至60℃,保温反应2.5小时,得周效磺胺成品。

1.周效磺胺的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)在固体乙醇钠的存在下,使15质量份甲氧基乙酸甲酯与32.3质量份草酸二乙酯反应生成3-甲氧基-2-氧代丁二酸甲乙酯,并进一步脱羰,再经分馏塔减压分馏回收低沸物,分去低沸物后,不经过分馏塔,直接冷却剩余反应液即得纯度大于等于96%的2-甲氧基-丙二酸甲乙酯;
2)在甲醇钠的存在下,将2-甲氧基-丙二酸甲乙酯与甲酰胺反应,加水,回收有水甲醇,甩干出料后干燥,获得环合物;
3)使环合物与三氯氧磷在65℃回流,保温反应3小时,生成4,6-二氯-5-甲氧基嘧啶;
