背景技术
陶瓷切削工具具备了高硬度、高密度、耐高温,抗磁化、抗氧化、耐腐蚀性强、化学稳定性好、高耐磨性等特点,是高速钢等传统切削工具良好的替代品,解决了钼、镍等资源稀缺的问题。但是目前陶瓷切削材料还是存在成本较高,韧性不够、脆性大、硬度参差不齐、散热性差、自润滑性不好等问题,需要解决。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高韧性陶瓷刀材料及其制备方法,该陶瓷成本低廉,工艺简单,整体性能优异,该材料制做的刀具,断裂韧性、抗弯强度、硬度和抗磨损性能好,寿命长,性价比合理。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种高韧性陶瓷刀材料,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:硅藻土0.4-0.5、桐油2-3、锂辉石3-4、高岭土3-4、卡拉胶2-3、莫来石晶须4-6、Cr粉1.5-1.8、纳米碳化钛33-38、纳米氮化钛40-45、碳化硅10-14、去离子水适量、聚丙烯酸1-1.4、聚乙二醇0.7-1.2、乙二醇适量、耐磨助剂3-4;
所述耐磨助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:纳米石墨0.3-0.5、磷酸锆1-1.3、纳米氧化锆1-1.3、氧化钙0.4-0.5、氢氧化镁0.4-0.6、磷酸1-2、二硫化钼1-2、氧化铝2-3、高岭土0.4-0.8、丙烯酸酯1-2、过硫酸铵0.2-0.3、纳米碳0.7-0.9、水10-12、聚乙二醇0.4-0.6;制备方法为:将丙烯酸酯、聚乙二醇加入水中,搅拌均匀,再加入氧化钙、氢氧化镁、磷酸、氧化铝、高岭土、过硫酸铵,加热至70-80℃,搅拌反应20-30分钟,再加入其他剩余成分,搅拌10-20分钟,超声分散6-8分钟,过滤,烘干,粉碎,过40目筛,在氮气氛围下,1380-1440℃下煅烧30-40分钟,粉碎,过40目筛,即得。

(1)将硅藻土、高岭土、Cr粉、碳化硅混合,球磨,过300目筛,得到颗粒;

(3)将桐油、卡拉胶与前两步得到的颗粒混合,加入23-28%重量份的去离子水、3-5%重量份的乙二醇,混合成泥状,送入球磨机中球磨2-3个小时,干燥,送入煅烧炉中,在800-900℃下煅烧1-2小时,取出粉碎,过200目筛,得到颗粒;
(4)将第(3)步得到的颗粒与其他剩余成分混合,取混合材料的3-4倍重量份的去离子水,加入聚丙烯酸、聚乙二醇,搅拌均匀,加入混合材料,球磨2-3小时,在110-120℃下烘干,过40目筛,在1680-1740℃下热压,热压压力为25-30MPa,热压时间为50-60分钟,即得。

所述耐磨助剂由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:纳米石墨0.4、磷酸锆1.2、纳米氧化锆1.2、氧化钙0.5、氢氧化镁0.5、磷酸1.5、二硫化钼1.5、氧化铝2.5、高岭土0.6、丙烯酸酯1.5、过硫酸铵0.2、纳米碳0.8、水11、聚乙二醇0.5;制备方法为:将丙烯酸酯、聚乙二醇加入水中,搅拌均匀,再加入氧化钙、氢氧化镁、磷酸、氧化铝、高岭土、过硫酸铵,加热至75℃,搅拌反应25分钟,再加入其他剩余成分,搅拌15分钟,超声分散7分钟,过滤,烘干,粉碎,过40目筛,在氮气氛围下,1400℃下煅烧35分钟,粉碎,过40目筛,即得。
所述高韧性陶瓷刀材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将硅藻土、高岭土、Cr粉、碳化硅混合,球磨,过300目筛,得到颗粒;
(2)将纳米碳化钛、纳米氮化钛、锂辉石、莫来石晶须混合,球磨,过250目筛,得到颗粒;
(3)将桐油、卡拉胶与前两步得到的颗粒混合,加入25%重量份的去离子水、4%重量份的乙二醇,混合成泥状,送入球磨机中球磨2.5个小时,干燥,送入煅烧炉中,在850℃下煅烧1.5小时,取出粉碎,过200目筛,得到颗粒;
(4)将第(3)步得到的颗粒与其他剩余成分混合,取混合材料的3.5倍重量份的去离子水,加入聚丙烯酸、聚乙二醇,搅拌均匀,加入混合材料,球磨2.5小时,在115℃下烘干,过40目筛,在1710℃下热压,热压压力为27MPa,热压时间为56分钟,即得。
实验数据:
该实施例陶瓷的维氏硬度为96GPa,抗弯强度为1170MPa,断裂韧性为15MPa·m1/2

Claims (1)

1.一种高韧性陶瓷刀材料,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:硅藻土0.4-0.5、桐油2-3、锂辉石3-4、高岭土3-4、卡拉胶2-3、莫来石晶须4-6、Cr粉1.5-1.8、纳米碳化钛33-38、纳米氮化钛40-45、碳化硅10-14、去离子水适量、聚丙烯酸1-1.4、聚乙二醇0.7-1.2、乙二醇适量、耐磨助剂3-4;
所述耐磨助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:纳米石墨0.3-0.5、磷酸锆1-1.3、纳米氧化锆1-1.3、氧化钙0.4-0.5、氢氧化镁0.4-0.6、磷酸1-2、二硫化钼1-2、氧化铝2-3、高岭土0.4-0.8、丙烯酸酯1-2、过硫酸铵0.2-0.3、纳米碳0.7-0.9、水10-12、聚乙二醇0.4-0.6;制备方法为:将丙烯酸酯、聚乙二醇加入水中,搅拌均匀,再加入氧化钙、氢氧化镁、磷酸、氧化铝、高岭土、过硫酸铵,加热至70-80℃,搅拌反应20-30分钟,再加入其他剩余成分,搅拌10-20分钟,超声分散6-8分钟,过滤,烘干,粉碎,过40目筛,在氮气氛围下,1380-1440℃下煅烧30-40分钟,粉碎,过40目筛,即得。
