技术领域
本发明属于兽药技术领域,具体涉及一种增加仔猪体重的中草药发酵提取液及其制备方法。
背景技术
仔猪断奶的时间大致为30日龄,断奶后仔猪通过母乳而获得对疾病的抵抗力将迅速减少,而自身的疾病防御系统尚未建立起来。又加之此时仔猪生长发育快, 物质代谢旺盛, 但仔猪消化道发育不全,免疫力低下,又受到饲料、环境应激等因素的影响,,容易造成仔猪厌食、下痢、生长受阻、失重甚至死亡。
目前解决这种问题的办法主要是在仔猪日粮中大量滥用抗菌促生长药物,但此法的弊端也随之日益显露出来。长期使用抗生素类的添加剂,不但使细菌耐药现象愈演愈烈,最重要的是抗菌药物在畜产品中的残留,影响了畜产品的品质,对环境和人类的健康造成极大的威胁。
中草药最为我国的传统药物,在养殖业亦发挥了重大的作用。现代药理学证明很多中药材具有抗病原微生物、抗寄生虫、抗其他病原体、抗肿瘤、抗炎及增强免疫功能等功效。故其作为饲料添加剂具有无残留,调整胃肠道机能、促生长、抗病、保健等功能,深入开发研究对养殖业的发展具有重要意义。国外对益生菌的研究起始于 70 年代,起初只是以提高动物生产性能为主要目的。随着畜牧业的发展,学者发现益生菌不但可以提供机体营养物质和生长刺激因子,促进机体生长,而且能提高机体抗病能力,防治疾病。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种增加仔猪体重的中草药发酵提取液,该增加仔猪体重的中草药发酵提取液属于天然药物,无毒副作用,更无药物残留,不但能够起到防治疾病的作用,而且提高动物的免疫力。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
本发明提供一种增加仔猪体重的中草药发酵提取液,是由中药的提取液加入嗜酸乳杆菌密闭厌氧发酵而成,其中所述中药由以下重量份的组分组成:黄连1~15份、白头翁3~15份、麦芽3~15份、神曲1~10份、党参1~10份、茯苓1~9份、白术1~6份和甘草1~5份。
所述增加仔猪体重的中草药发酵提取液,是由中药的提取液加入嗜酸乳杆菌密闭厌氧发酵而成,其中所述中药由以下重量份的组分组成:黄连1~10份、白头翁3~8份、麦芽5~12份、神曲3~10份、党参1~8份、茯苓2~7份、白术1~5份和甘草1~3份。
所述增加仔猪体重的中草药发酵提取液,是由中药的提取液加入嗜酸乳杆菌密闭厌氧发酵而成,其中所述中药由以下重量份的组分组成:黄连8份、白头翁5份、麦芽10份、神曲7份、党参8份、茯苓3份、白术5份和甘草3份。
一种增加仔猪体重的中草药发酵提取液的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)将中药黄连、白头翁、麦芽、神曲、党参、茯苓、白术和甘草烘干、粉碎为100目粉末备用;
(2)按照配方量取步骤(1)中药粉末加入5~6倍量中药粉末量的水煎煮提取,煎煮1小时过滤得滤液;药渣加入5~6倍药渣量的水煎煮提取,煎煮0.5小时过滤得滤液,合并滤液备用;
(3)取嗜酸乳杆菌作为菌种进行斜面菌种培养,将斜面培养产生的悬浮液在对应的培养基内厌氧扩大培养,至对数生长期菌落数高于1.0×1010CFU/mL时止,得对应的菌液;
(4)按重量比取步骤(3)嗜酸乳杆菌菌液加入步骤(2)所得滤液中,嗜酸乳杆菌菌液与中药液的重量比1:(20~25),于常温下密闭厌氧发酵24~30小时,分装,即得增加仔猪体重的中草药发酵提取液。
本发明选用原料的功效如下:
黄连:清热燥湿,泻火解毒。现代药理学证明黄连具有抗菌、抗病毒,抗炎,健胃,影响心、血管系统,兴奋或抑制平滑肌,利胆等功效。
白头翁:本品为治痢要药;用于湿热泻痢、热毒泻痢之发热、腹痛、下痢脓血、里急后重等证。现代药理学证明白头翁具有抗病原微生物、抗阿米巴原虫、抗其他病原体、抗肿瘤、抗炎及增强免疫功能等功效。
麦芽:行气消食,健脾开胃,退乳消胀。主治食积不消,玩腹胀痛,脾虚食少。
神曲:消食行气,健脾止泻、解表。主治食积不消,胃纳不佳。
党参:补中益气,健脾益肺。主治脾肺虚弱,气短心悸,食少便溏等。
茯苓:利水渗湿,健脾宁心。主治水肿尿少,痰饮眩悸,脾虚食少,便溏泄泻等。
白术:健脾益气,燥湿利水,止汗,安胎。主治脾虚食少,腹胀泄泻等等。
甘草:补脾益气,清热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛,调和诸药。
嗜酸乳杆菌:抑制病原微生物的在肠道的繁殖,增强免疫力,从而达到新的微生态平衡,使机体康复。促进营养物质的吸收,提高饲料转化率,还可以补充VB,产生天然抗生素和非特异性免疫因子,提高机体免疫力。
在本发明中可提高断奶仔猪存活率,显著提高仔猪体重、防治疾病。
与现有技术相比,本发明取得的有益效果:
1. 本发明中草药发酵提取液属于天然药物,无毒副作用,更无药物残留,不但能够起到防治疾病的作用,而且可以提高动物的免疫力。
2. 本发明通过嗜酸乳杆菌的加入可以调整胃肠道菌群平衡,增强机体的免疫力,减少疾病的发生,促进生长,提高畜禽日增重,改善畜产品的质量。
3. 本发明采用中药与益生菌的结合有显著的经济效益和社会效益。
用法用量:混饮,本品每瓶1000mL兑水2000kg,连用2~3天;用于治疗时使用量加倍。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步的描述,但并不限制本发明的内容。
实施例1
一种增加仔猪体重的中草药发酵提取液,是由中药的提取液加入嗜酸乳杆菌密闭厌氧发酵而成,其中所述中药由以下重量份的组分组成:黄连1~15份、白头翁3~15份、麦芽3~15份、神曲1~10份、党参1~10份、茯苓1~9份、白术1~6份和甘草1~5份。
一种增加仔猪体重的中草药发酵提取液的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)将中药黄连、白头翁、麦芽、神曲、党参、茯苓、白术和甘草烘干、粉碎为100目粉末备用;
(2)按照配方量取步骤(1)中药粉末加入5~6倍量中药粉末量的水煎煮提取,煎煮1小时过滤得滤液;药渣加入5~6倍药渣量的水煎煮提取,煎煮0.5小时过滤得滤液,合并滤液备用;
(3)取嗜酸乳杆菌作为菌种进行斜面菌种培养,将斜面培养产生的悬浮液在对应的培养基内厌氧扩大培养,至对数生长期菌落数高于1.0×1010CFU/mL时止,得对应的菌液;
(4)按重量比取步骤(3)嗜酸乳杆菌菌液加入步骤(2)所得滤液中,嗜酸乳杆菌菌液与中药液的重量比1:(20~25),于常温下密闭厌氧发酵24~30小时,分装,即得增加仔猪体重的中草药发酵提取液。
实施例2
一种增加仔猪体重的中草药发酵提取液,是由中药的提取液加入嗜酸乳杆菌密闭厌氧发酵而成,其中所述中药由以下重量份的组分组成:黄连8份、白头翁5份、麦芽10份、神曲7份、党参8份、茯苓3份、白术5份和甘草3份。
本实施例与实施例1制备方法相同。
实施例3
一种增加仔猪体重的中草药发酵提取液,是由中药的提取液加入嗜酸乳杆菌密闭厌氧发酵而成,其中所述中药由以下重量份的组分组成:黄连10份、白头翁3份、麦芽7份、神曲5份、党参3份、茯苓6份、白术4份和甘草1份。
本实施例与实施例1制备方法相同。
实施例4
一种增加仔猪体重的中草药发酵提取液,是由中药的提取液加入嗜酸乳杆菌密闭厌氧发酵而成,其中所述中药由以下重量份的组分组成:黄连7份、白头翁3份、麦芽8份、神曲6份、党参5份、茯苓7份、白术4份和甘草2份。
本实施例与实施例1制备方法相同。

一种增加仔猪体重的中草药发酵提取液,是由中药的提取液加入嗜酸乳杆菌密闭厌氧发酵而成,其中所述中药由以下重量份的组分组成:黄连15份、白头翁4份、麦芽3份、神曲10份、党参1份、茯苓9份、白术6份和甘草1份。
本实施例与实施例1制备方法相同。

一种增加仔猪体重的中草药发酵提取液,是由中药的提取液加入嗜酸乳杆菌密闭厌氧发酵而成,其中所述中药由以下重量份的组分组成:黄连13份、白头翁5份、麦芽5份、神曲7份、党参3份、茯苓6份、白术5份和甘草2份。
本实施例与实施例1制备方法相同。
实施例7
一种增加仔猪体重的中草药发酵提取液,是由中药的提取液加入嗜酸乳杆菌密闭厌氧发酵而成,其中所述中药由以下重量份的组分组成:黄连11份、白头翁6份、麦芽7份、神曲5份、党参4份、茯苓8份、白术3份和甘草3份。

本实施例与实施例1制备方法相同。
实施例10
一种增加仔猪体重的中草药发酵提取液,是由中药的提取液加入嗜酸乳杆菌密闭厌氧发酵而成,其中所述中药由以下重量份的组分组成:黄连5份、白头翁3份、麦芽5份、神曲10份、党参8份、茯苓2份、白术4份和甘草2份。
本实施例与实施例1制备方法相同。
下面以具体实验说明本发明的效果:
1 材料和方法:
1.1试验品:本发明中草药发酵提取液。对照品:中草药提取液
1.2 试验动物:仔猪。
1.3 试验设计
随机选择11个养殖场的30日龄的断奶仔猪各30头。养殖场1饮水喂食本发明实施例2的产品,养殖场2饮水喂食本发明实施例3的产品,养殖场3混饲本发明实施例4的产品,依次类推,养殖场10饮水喂食中草药提取液,养殖场11做空白对照。每天观察仔猪的临床变化,并进行记录,试验结果见表1。
1.4 临床试验结果
以上试验数据经过 t 检验,中草药发酵提取液的三个组的平均日增重与中草药提取液组和空白对照组差异极显著(P <0.01)。说明经过发酵的中草药提取液与单纯的中草药提取液相比,在仔猪增重方面有很大的优势。证明本发明很有价值。
Claims (4)
1.一种增加仔猪体重的中草药发酵提取液,其特征在于:是由中药的提取液加入嗜酸乳杆菌密闭厌氧发酵而成,其中所述中药由以下重量份的组分组成:黄连1~15份、白头翁3~15份、麦芽3~15份、神曲1~10份、党参1~10份、茯苓1~9份、白术1~6份和甘草1~5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述增加仔猪体重的中草药发酵提取液,其特征在于:是由中药的提取液加入嗜酸乳杆菌密闭厌氧发酵而成,其中所述中药由以下重量份的组分组成:黄连1~10份、白头翁3~8份、麦芽5~12份、神曲3~10份、党参1~8份、茯苓2~7份、白术1~5份和甘草1~3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述增加仔猪体重的中草药发酵提取液,其特征在于:是由中药的提取液加入嗜酸乳杆菌密闭厌氧发酵而成,其中所述中药由以下重量份的组分组成:黄连8份、白头翁5份、麦芽10份、神曲7份、党参8份、茯苓3份、白术5份和甘草3份。
4. 一种如权利要求1所述增加仔猪体重的中草药发酵提取液的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
(1)将中药黄连、白头翁、麦芽、神曲、党参、茯苓、白术和甘草烘干、粉碎为100目粉末备用;
(2)按照配方量取步骤(1)中药粉末加入5~6倍量中药粉末量的水煎煮提取,煎煮1小时过滤得滤液;药渣加入5~6倍药渣量的水煎煮提取,煎煮0.5小时过滤得滤液,合并滤液备用;
(3)取嗜酸乳杆菌作为菌种进行斜面菌种培养,将斜面培养产生的悬浮液在对应的培养基内厌氧扩大培养,至对数生长期菌落数高于1.0×1010CFU/mL时止,得对应的菌液;
(4)按重量比取步骤(3)嗜酸乳杆菌菌液加入步骤(2)所得滤液中,嗜酸乳杆菌菌液与中药液的重量比1:(20~25),于常温下密闭厌氧发酵24~30小时,分装,即得增加仔猪体重的中草药发酵提取液。
