Description
本发明涉及一种排气涡轮增压器并且涉及一种用于组装排气涡轮增压器的方法。
已知的排气涡轮增压器通常具有一个可旋转地安装在轴承壳体中的轴。一个涡轮机叶轮被安装在该轴的一端上。一个压缩机叶轮被安装在该轴的另一端上。该轴从该轴承壳体中在涡轮机侧也在压缩机侧伸出,并且在该轴与该轴承壳体或该轴承壳体的轴承壳体盖之间需要密封。例如,在该压缩机侧,通常为此目的使用了多个密封垫圈。所述多个密封垫圈具有多个所谓的油离心盘。所述油离心盘保护该密封件尤其是活塞环免受来自该轴承壳体内部的润滑油的直接撞击。

根据本发明,没有使用带有形成于其上的油离心盘的分开的密封垫圈。根据本发明,轴承衬套的内圈在轴向方向上伸长的程度使得其伸出超过该轴承衬套的外圈。以此方式,有可能使油离心环直接安排在该轴承衬套内圈的外圆周上。根据本发明提供的是,该内圈在该涡轮机侧和压缩机侧都是伸长的并且在各自情况下一个油离心盘被安排在该内圈的伸出部分上。
还优选提供的是在该内圈的伸出部分上直接形成一个密封件以用于在该内圈与该轴承壳体或该轴承壳体的轴承壳体盖之间提供密封件。尤其是在该压缩机侧,该密封件直接被安装在该内圈的伸出部分上。
如以上所述,在该涡轮机侧情况类似的是该轴承衬套的内圈被设计成长于该外圈。以此方式,也有可能使得在该涡轮机侧在该内圈上形成这种油离心盘。在该涡轮机侧,相对于该轴承壳体的这种密封优选地在该轴与该轴承壳体之间产生。这意味着,在这一侧该密封件被直接安装在该轴上。

5.如权利要求3所述的排气涡轮增压器,其中该密封件(13)包括至少一个密封圈和/或活塞环。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的排气涡轮增压器,其中,在面向该压缩机叶轮(7)的一侧上,该油离心盘(12)是安排在该内圈(9)的伸出部分(11)上的,并且其中,在面向该涡轮机叶轮(6)的一侧上,另一个油离心盘(15)是安排在该内圈(9)的另一个伸出部分(14)上的。
7.如权利要求3所述的排气涡轮增压器,其中,在面向该压缩机叶轮(7)的一侧上,该油离心盘(12)是安排在该内圈(9)的伸出部分(11)上的,并且其中,在面向该涡轮机叶轮(6)的一侧上,另一个油离心盘(15)是安排在该内圈(9)的另一个伸出部分(14)上的。
8.如权利要求7所述的排气涡轮增压器,其中,在面向该压缩机叶轮(7)的一侧上,该密封件(13)是安装在该伸出部分(11)上的以便提供相对于该轴承壳体(2)的、具体是相对于该轴承壳体盖(4)的密封,并且其中,在面向该涡轮机叶轮(6)的一侧上,另一个密封件(16)是安装在该轴(5)上的以便提供相对于该轴承壳体(2)的密封。
9.如权利要求7所述的排气涡轮增压器,其中,在面向该涡轮机叶轮(6)的一侧上,另一个密封件(16)是安装在该伸出部分(14)上的以便提供相对于该轴承壳体(2)的密封。
10.一种用于组装排气涡轮增压器(1)的方法,该方法包括按陈述顺序的以下步骤:
-提供一个具有外圈(8)和内圈(9)的轴承衬套(3),该内圈被安装成相对于该外圈(8)是可旋转的,其中该内圈(9)在轴向方向上伸出超过该外圈(8),并且一个油离心盘(12)和一个密封件(13)被安排在该内圈(9)的伸出部分(11)上,
-将一个轴承壳体盖(4)安装到该轴承衬套(3)上,从而使得该轴承壳体盖(4)与该轴承衬套(3)借助于该密封件(13)来固定到彼此,并且
-将由轴承衬套(3)和轴承壳体盖(4)构成的这个组装单元(19)安装在该排气涡轮增压器(1)的一个轴承壳体(2)中。
