用于滑动凸轮气门机构的主轴,所述主轴至少在位于其下方的凸轮从动件的轴向区域中设有在其长度上一致的轴向齿部,在每个待切换的凸轮从动件上安置有滑动凸轮件并且在每个非待切换的凸轮从动件上安置有在轴向上不可移动的、具有分别与主轴的轴向齿部互补的内齿部的凸轮件。
背景技术
这类主轴从期刊“auto motor und sport(汽车与运动)”的第24/2011期,第1页的Extraheft的“technik profi”,右方得知。在该处公开了滑动凸轮气门机构,经由所述滑动凸轮气门机构在V8气缸中仅能够切断气缸的一部分。在此,每个凸轮从动件、此处即拉杆,就冲程而言由各一个在轴向上固定地设置在主轴上的凸轮件来加载并且经由内齿部在主轴的轴向齿部上伸展。在此作为主轴的无齿部的纵向部段来说明的轴颈没有齿部并且用于将主轴相对于气缸盖支撑。
主轴的终归也在轴向不能移动的凸轮件的区域中连续的轴向齿部有助于大批量的经济的可制造性。因此清楚的是:在轴向上不能移动的凸轮件必须通过适当的措施与主轴连接,其中可以看出,这些凸轮件在一侧止挡在主轴的环形凸缘上。
为了将不能移动的凸轮件锁止在其上,通常专家意图通过螺丝连接或者销连接固定这些凸轮件,所述螺丝连接或者销连接不利地与所述凸轮件的基圆相交。也考虑压紧或收缩连接或者内高压成形(充气)。根据构型,凸轮件也不能够在主轴的整个长度上从其端部之一处推开,从而必须考虑主轴的所构成的形状。
发明内容
因此目的是,提出一种如上所述的主轴,在轴向上不能移动的凸轮件非常简单且可靠地保持在所述主轴上,使得整个主轴构造是成本适宜的。
根据本发明,该目的通过如下方式实现:为了将相应的凸轮件固定在其与主轴的轴向齿部啮合的内齿部的部段中,设有至少一个轴向止动环。在此尤其优选的是,在凸轮件和主轴中分别设有环形槽,在所述环形槽中借助于例如径向向外作用的预张力、以桥接这两个构件之间的环面的方式配合有卡圈。
因此存在滑动凸轮气门机构的具有非常简单且可靠地固定的不能移动的凸轮件的主轴。
根据本发明的一个适宜的改进方案,主轴应是一件式的、即非组装的。这降低了其成本。清楚的是:这种其凸轮件会从一端推开的主轴,由于在另一端上例如配合有用于凸轮轴调节装置的法兰或者用于燃料喷射泵的偏心轮等,不必设有环形凸缘并且必须设有连续相同的轴向齿部。
主轴也能够设有完全连续的轴向齿部,这在生产上是尤其有利的。轴颈处的齿区域在该情况下能够例如或者以套筒来包封或者后续地磨掉。
作为卡圈能够使用标准化的大批量生产的产品。特别地,考虑多边形的或者圆形线环。然而裂开的(开槽的)盘也是可以考虑的。

所示出的是用于滑动凸轮气门机构的一件式的主轴1的部段。除了示意性示出的轴承区域7和端部部段8之外,该主轴1具有一致的轴向齿部2,例如凸轮轴调节装置能够用法兰安装到所述端部部段8上。在位于所述主轴下方的、未示出的可切换的凸轮从动件的轴向区域中示出滑动凸轮件3,所述滑动凸轮件经由其内齿部4轴向可移动地在主轴1的轴向齿部2上移动。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于滑动凸轮气门机构的主轴(1),所述主轴(1)至少在位于其下的凸轮从动件的轴向区域中设有在其长度上一致的轴向齿部(2),在所述轴向齿部上,对于每个待切换的所述凸轮从动件安置滑动凸轮件(3)并且对于每个非待切换的凸轮从动件安置在轴向上不能移动的凸轮件(11),所述在轴向上不能移动的凸轮件具有分别与所述主轴(1)的所述轴向齿部(2)互补的内齿部(4,5),并且其中为了将相应的所述凸轮件(11)固定在其与所述主轴(1)的所述轴向齿部(2)啮合的内齿部(5)的部段中,设有至少一个轴向止动环(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的主轴,其中所述主轴(1)以一件式非组装的形式存在。
3.根据权利要求1所述的主轴,其中所述主轴(1)的所述轴向齿部(2)以如下方式基本上在轴向是连续的,
或者a)除了壁光滑的轴承区域(7),
或者b)除了壁光滑的轴承区域(7)并且除了其端部部段(8)中的至少一个。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的主轴,其中在所述主轴(1)的无齿部的端部部段(8)上使用轴承法兰来安置凸轮轴调节装置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的主轴,其中在所述凸轮件(11)的所述内齿部(5)的部段中环绕有环形槽(9),所述环形槽与所述主轴(1)的所述轴向齿部(2)中的环形槽(10)在径向上相对置,在所述环形槽(9,10)中配合有所述轴向止动环(6)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的主轴,其中所述轴向止动环(6)是卡圈如圆线环或者多边形环,或者卡盘,所述卡圈或者卡盘在安装时或者借助于径向的预张力向外在所述凸轮件(11)的所述环形槽(9)中伸展或者借助于径向的预张力向内在所述主轴(1)的所述环形槽(10)中伸展。
