Abstract

一种燃气燃烧器的燃气和空气预混装置，包括喷嘴，其特征在于：还包括一座体、预混管和驱动装置，所述座体包括底座、导向套和喷嘴座，导向套和喷嘴座分别设置在底座的两端，预混管设置在导向套内并滑动配合，喷嘴设置在喷嘴座上，喷嘴的轴线和导向套的轴线重合；喷嘴的出气端与预混管的进气端相对且之间有间隙；驱动装置设置在导向套上，驱动装置驱动预混管。由于采用这样的结构，通过调整喷嘴的出气端和预混管的进气端之间的间隙，使喷嘴喷出的燃气卷吸间隙周围的空气一起进入预混管，燃气和空气在预混管内预混；操作驱动装置可以调节喷嘴的出气端和预混管的进气端的间隙，从而达到调节空气引射能力的目的，使燃烧器燃烧效果达到最佳状态。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种家用燃气燃烧器用的装置。
背景技术
目前现有技术，一种燃气燃烧器包括炉头座、分火器和喷嘴，所述炉头包括出气座和引射管，喷嘴与引射管相对。喷嘴包括轴向的燃气孔和与燃气孔相连通的径向空气孔。存在问题是：燃气和空气的比例不能或不方便调节，使燃气不能达到最佳混合效果充分燃烧。
发明内容
本发明的目的是：提供一种燃气燃烧器的燃气和空气预混装置，它不仅可以预混，而且还能调整燃气和空气的混合比例。
本发明是这样实现的：一种燃气燃烧器的燃气和空气预混装置，包括喷嘴，其特殊之处在于：还包括一座体、预混管和驱动装置，
所述座体包括底座、导向套和喷嘴座，导向套和喷嘴座分别设置在底座的两端，预混管设置在导向套内并滑动配合，喷嘴设置在喷嘴座上，喷嘴的轴线和导向套的轴线重合；喷嘴的出气端与预混管的进气端相对且之间有间隙；驱动装置设置在导向套上，驱动装置驱动预混管。

所述的一种燃气燃烧器的燃气和空气预混装置，其特殊之处在于：所述喷嘴包括头部、连接部和贯通头部和连接部的导气腔，连接部插入喷嘴座上的沿长度方向的导气孔内，导气孔另一端设置有进气接口；
所述导气腔由进气端到出气端依次为圆筒形腔、圆锥台形腔、喉腔和出气腔，出气腔的直径大于喉腔的直径。

本发明一种燃气燃烧器的燃气和空气预混装置，由于采用这样的结构，通过调整喷嘴的出气端和预混管的进气端之间的间隙，使喷嘴喷出的燃气卷吸间隙周围的空气一起进入预混管，燃气和空气在预混管内预混；操作驱动装置可以调节喷嘴的出气端和预混管的进气端的间隙，从而达到调节空气引射能力的目的，使燃烧器燃烧效果达到最佳状态。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。
如图1、图2、图3所示，一种燃气燃烧器的燃气和空气预混装置，包括喷嘴1，还包括一座体2、预混管3和驱动装置4，
所述座体2包括底座21、导向套22和喷嘴座23，导向套22和喷嘴座23分别设置在底座21的两端，预混管3设置在导向套22内并滑动配合，喷嘴1设置在喷嘴座23上，喷嘴1的轴线和导向套22的轴线重合；喷嘴1的出气端与预混管3的进气端相对且之间有间隙；驱动装置4设置在导向套22上，驱动装置驱动预混管3沿导向套22的轴线移动。
所述驱动装置4包括齿轮41、设置在所述预混管3上的齿条42、设置在所述预混管22上并与预混管22连通的一端开口的容置腔43、盖板44和驱动杆45，
所述齿轮41枢接在容置腔43内，齿轮41与齿条42啮合；驱动杆45与齿轮41的轴固定连接；驱动杆45穿过容置腔43开口上的盖板44。
所述齿轮41的轴一端与容置腔43封闭端的壁板枢接，驱动杆45与盖板44上的轴孔枢接。驱动杆45的端部设置有旋转钮46。
调节喷嘴1的出气端与预混管3的进气端之间可以调节燃气和空气的比例。
所述导向套22的悬空端有接口5，接口5底部的导向套22的端面上有环形凹槽6。
所述预混管3的外表面上有导轨，所述导向套22内壁上有导向槽，导轨与导向槽配合。保持预混管3沿直线移动，防止预混管3转动。预混管3上导轨为花键齿，导向套22上导向槽为花键槽。
如图5所示，所述喷嘴1包括头部11、连接部12和贯通头部11和连接部12的导气腔13，连接部12插入喷嘴座23上的沿长度方向的导气孔内，导气孔另一端设置有进气接口7；
所述导气腔13由进气端到出气端依次为圆筒形腔131、圆锥台形腔132、喉腔133和出气腔134，出气腔134的直径大于喉腔133的直径。喉腔133与圆锥台形腔的顶圆端连接接通。
如图6所示，8是燃气燃烧器，81是燃气燃烧器8的炉头上的二个引射管。
使用时，本发明的接口5插入引射管81内，引射管81的端部嵌入环形凹槽6内。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优先实施方式。应当指出的是，对于本领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明原理的情况下，还可以作出若干改进和变型，这也视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种燃气燃烧器的燃气和空气预混装置，包括喷嘴，其特征在于：还包括一座体、预混管和驱动装置，
所述座体包括底座、导向套和喷嘴座，导向套和喷嘴座分别设置在底座的两端，预混管设置在导向套内并滑动配合，喷嘴设置在喷嘴座上，喷嘴的轴线和导向套的轴线重合；喷嘴的出气端与预混管的进气端相对且之间有间隙；驱动装置设置在导向套上，驱动装置驱动预混管；
所述导向套的悬空端有接口，接口底部的导向套的端面上有环形凹槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种燃气燃烧器的燃气和空气预混装置，其特征在于：所述驱动装置包括齿轮、设置在所述预混管上的齿条、设置在所述预混管上并与预混管连通的容置腔、盖板和驱动杆，
所述齿轮枢接在容置腔内，齿轮与齿条啮合；驱动杆与齿轮的轴固定连接；驱动杆穿过容置腔开口上的盖板。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种燃气燃烧器的燃气和空气预混装置，其特征在于：所述齿轮的轴一端与容置腔封闭端的壁板枢接，驱动杆与盖板上的轴孔枢接。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的一种燃气燃烧器的燃气和空气预混装置，其特征在于：所述喷嘴包括头部、连接部和贯通头部和连接部的导气腔，连接部插入喷嘴座上的沿长度方向的导气孔内，导气孔另一端设置有进气接口。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种燃气燃烧器的燃气和空气预混装置，其特征在于：所述导气腔由进气端到出气端依次为圆筒形腔、圆锥台形腔、喉腔和出气腔，出气腔的直径大于喉腔的直径。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种燃气燃烧器的燃气和空气预混装置，其特征在于：所述预混管的外表面上有导轨，所述导向套内壁上有导向槽，导轨与导向槽配合。
