本发明涉及一种甲基异氰酸酯热熔材料的制备,包括:甲苯二异氰酸酯10-30份,二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯30-50份,聚醚二元醇40-50份,PN-4010-15份,过氧化二苯甲酰30-50份,三聚磷酸钠10-30份,加入到反应釜中,110-130度搅拌120分钟,二月桂酸二丁基锡0.1-0.3份加入到反应釜中,继续搅拌60分钟,混合均匀出料即可。

本发明涉及一种甲基异氰酸酯热熔材料的制备,属于材料领域。
背景技术
 反应型聚氨酯热熔胶是一种通常在室温下为固体,但在加热情况下发生熔融,在成为液体或流体状态下进行涂布,在冷却时粘接被粘物,通过进一步与空气中或被粘基材上的水分发生进一步固化交联反应,从而获得高的粘结强度的胶黏剂。因为其优异的环保性、耐溶剂性、耐高温性,高粘结强度,被越来越多的应用,尤其是自动施胶设备的出现,大规模生产线,如汽车、服装纺织、制鞋等行业均有应用。
发明内容
本发明提供一种甲基异氰酸酯热熔材料的制备,包括:甲苯二异氰酸酯10-30份,二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯30-50份,聚醚二元醇40-50份,PN-40 10-15份,过氧化二苯甲酰30-50份,三聚磷酸钠10-30份,加入到反应釜中,110-130度搅拌120分钟,二月桂酸二丁基锡0.1-0.3份加入到反应釜中,继续搅拌60分钟,混合均匀出料即可。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明制备的聚氨酯材料开放时间短、附着力优异、制备工艺简单。

实施例1
甲苯二异氰酸酯10份,二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯30份,聚醚二元醇40份,PN-40 10份,过氧化二苯甲酰30份,三聚磷酸钠10份,加入到反应釜中,110度搅拌120分钟,二月桂酸二丁基锡0.1份加入到反应釜中,继续搅拌60分钟,混合均匀出料即可。
实施例2
甲苯二异氰酸酯30份,二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯50份,聚醚二元醇40份,PN-40 15份,过氧化二苯甲酰50份,三聚磷酸钠30份,加入到反应釜中,130度搅拌120分钟,二月桂酸二丁基锡0.3份加入到反应釜中,继续搅拌60分钟,混合均匀出料即可。
实施例3
甲苯二异氰酸酯20份,二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯40份,聚醚二元醇50份,PN-40 10份,过氧化二苯甲酰30份,三聚磷酸钠20份,加入到反应釜中,120度搅拌120分钟,二月桂酸二丁基锡0.1份加入到反应釜中,继续搅拌60分钟,混合均匀出料即可。

1.本发明涉及一种甲基异氰酸酯热熔材料的制备,包括:甲苯二异氰酸酯10-30份,二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯30-50份,聚醚二元醇40-50份,PN-40 10-15份,过氧化二苯甲酰30-50份,三聚磷酸钠10-30份,加入到反应釜中,110-130度搅拌120分钟,二月桂酸二丁基锡0.1-0.3份加入到反应釜中,继续搅拌60分钟,混合均匀出料即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种甲基异氰酸酯热熔材料,反应温度为110-130度。
