本发明公开了一种具有高效吸附功效的复合粉剂,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:凹凸棒土50-60、硅藻土10-20、稻壳粉25-30、正硅酸乙酯4-10、无水乙醇2-3、25%氨水4-5、硅酸钾钠0.4-1、硫酸亚铁铵0.1-0.2、偏硼酸0.5-1、去离子水80-100、碳酸锆铵1-2。本发明的粉剂吸附力强,可以有效吸附空气中的甲醛。天然、无毒、无味。环保性能好,是一种天然的环保级产品,无有害化学物挥发,不危害使用者身体健康。
Description
技术领域
本发明主要涉及吸附剂领域,尤其涉及一种具有高效吸附功效的复合粉剂。
背景技术
当前市场上的甲醛吸附剂大部分都是以活性炭为主。生活中的甲醛不仅存在于空气中(甲醛极易溶于水)因而空气湿度中的水份里也含有相当部分的甲醛,而活性炭的吸湿动力很弱,因此整体环境里的甲醛吸附就有了非常明显的局限性。
发明内容
本发明目的就是提供一种具有高效吸附功效的复合粉剂。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种具有高效吸附功效的复合粉剂,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
凹凸棒土50-60、硅藻土10-20、稻壳粉25-30、正硅酸乙酯4-10、无水乙醇2-3、25%氨水4-5、硅酸钾钠0.4-1、硫酸亚铁铵0.1-0.2、偏硼酸0.5-1、去离子水80-100、碳酸锆铵1-2。
一种如权利要求1所述的具有高效吸附功效的复合粉剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将偏硼酸加入到30-35倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,加入硅藻土、稻壳粉,搅拌混合20-24小时,取出烘干,得活化料;
(2)将活化料在350-380℃下进行炭化处理,得到炭化料;
(3)将炭化料与凹凸棒土混合,球磨均匀,得磨料;
(4)将无水乙醇与硫酸亚铁铵混合,30-35℃下搅拌混合1-2分钟,滴加氨水,滴加完毕后搅拌混合至常温,得醇氨溶液;
(5)将正硅酸乙酯加入到剩余的去离子水中,搅拌均匀后滴加上述醇氨溶液,滴加完毕后加入上述磨料和剩余各原料,100-200转/分搅拌分散30-40分钟,脱水,造粒,粒径为2-4mm,即得所述具有高效吸附功效的复合粉剂。
本发明的优点是:
本发明的粉剂吸附力强,可以有效吸附空气中的甲醛。天然、无毒、无味。环保性能好,是一种天然的环保级产品,无有害化学物挥发,不危害使用者身体健康。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种具有高效吸附功效的复合粉剂,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
凹凸棒土60、硅藻土20、稻壳粉30、正硅酸乙酯10、无水乙醇3、25%氨水4、硅酸钾钠0.4、硫酸亚铁铵0.2、偏硼酸0.5、去离子水100、碳酸锆铵1。
一种具有高效吸附功效的复合粉剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将偏硼酸加入到35倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,加入硅藻土、稻壳粉,搅拌混合24小时,取出烘干,得活化料;
(2)将活化料在380℃下进行炭化处理,得到炭化料;
(3)将炭化料与凹凸棒土混合,球磨均匀,得磨料;
(4)将无水乙醇与硫酸亚铁铵混合,35℃下搅拌混合2分钟,滴加氨水,滴加完毕后搅拌混合至常温,得醇氨溶液;
(5)将正硅酸乙酯加入到剩余的去离子水中,搅拌均匀后滴加上述醇氨溶液,滴加完毕后加入上述磨料和剩余各原料,200转/分搅拌分散30分钟,脱水,造粒,粒径为2-4mm,即得所述具有高效吸附功效的复合粉剂。
Claims (2)
1.一种具有高效吸附功效的复合粉剂,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
凹凸棒土50-60、硅藻土10-20、稻壳粉25-30、正硅酸乙酯4-10、无水乙醇2-3、25%氨水4-5、硅酸钾钠0.4-1、硫酸亚铁铵0.1-0.2、偏硼酸0.5-1、去离子水80-100、碳酸锆铵1-2。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的具有高效吸附功效的复合粉剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将偏硼酸加入到30-35倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,加入硅藻土、稻壳粉,搅拌混合20-24小时,取出烘干,得活化料;
(2)将活化料在350-380℃下进行炭化处理,得到炭化料;
(3)将炭化料与凹凸棒土混合,球磨均匀,得磨料;
(4)将无水乙醇与硫酸亚铁铵混合,30-35℃下搅拌混合1-2分钟,滴加氨水,滴加完毕后搅拌混合至常温,得醇氨溶液;
(5)将正硅酸乙酯加入到剩余的去离子水中,搅拌均匀后滴加上述醇氨溶液,滴加完毕后加入上述磨料和剩余各原料,100-200转/分搅拌分散30-40分钟,脱水,造粒,粒径为2-4mm,即得所述具有高效吸附功效的复合粉剂。
