背景技术
肾亏指肾脏功能减弱，需要根据不同的症状调治，肾之阴阳俱虚，肾气化生不足，症见四肢水肿、滑精、早泄，尿后滴沥不尽，小便次数多而清，腰膝酸软，听力减退，气短，四肢不温，脉细弱等，治以补肾为主；目前，国内外补肾的药物急剧上升，但是常常效果不明显或带有一定的副作用，有害于人体健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗肾亏水肿的中药汤剂。
为了实现上述目的本发明采用如下技术方案：
治疗肾亏水肿的中药汤剂，其组成原料的重量份为：骨碎补3.5-4.5、没药5-6、莲蓬壳8-10、大腹皮3-5、茵陈5-6、石斛2-4、覆盆子4-6、菟丝子6-8、锁阳2-4、熟地黄5-7、白术7-8、肉苁蓉2-4、淫羊藿1-3、白茅根5-7、葎草3-5、蒲黄2-4、芡实5-7、大麦苗6-8、长距鸭头兰1-2、冷水花1-2和铁树叶3-4。

大麦苗为禾本科植物大麦的幼苗；长距鸭头兰为双子叶植物药兰科植物长距鸭头兰的块根；冷水花为荨麻科冷水花属植物；铁树叶为龙舌兰科植物朱蕉的叶。
用量及用法：服用本发明的中药汤剂，每日一剂，15天为一疗程，一般2-3个疗程即可治愈。

实施例1：治疗肾亏水肿的中药汤剂，其组成原料的重量份（g）为：骨碎补4、没药5.5、莲蓬壳9、大腹皮4、茵陈5.5、石斛3、覆盆子5、菟丝子7、锁阳3、熟地黄6、白术7.5、肉苁蓉3、淫羊藿2、白茅根6、葎草4、蒲黄3、芡实6、大麦苗7、长距鸭头兰1.5、冷水花1.5和铁树叶3.5。
用量及用法：服用本发明的中药汤剂，每日一剂，15天为一疗程，一般2-3个疗程即可治愈。
典型病例：
病例1：习某，男，41岁，近半年一直自觉腰酸、燥热、盗汗、虚汗、头晕、耳鸣，近一个月加重并出现四肢水肿，肿处按之凹陷，胸闷气短，中药认为肾亏水肿，服用本发明的中药汤剂，每日一剂，服用两个疗程后，水肿明显消肿，头不晕，耳不鸣，继续服用两个疗程，诸症全消，治愈。
病例2：陈某，男，54岁，近一年来常感眩晕耳鸣、形体消瘦、失眠多梦，伴有盗汗、阳痿、性欲亢进和遗精早泄等症状，近一周加重并出现全身水肿，小便少，色红，大便干，舌淡苔薄，脉沉弦，服用本发明的中药汤剂，每日一剂，连服1个疗程，水肿消失，继续服用三个疗程，诸症全消。
病例3：孟某，女，48岁，近三个出现经少、经闭、崩漏、不孕、尿短赤黄等症状，去医院检查确诊为肾亏，近日出现四肢水肿，服用消肿药多次，无效，后服用本发明的中药汤剂，每日一剂，连服一周，水肿明显减轻，继续服用两个疗程，症状几乎消失。

1.一种治疗肾亏水肿的中药汤剂，其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为：骨碎补3.5-4.5、没药5-6、莲蓬壳8-10、大腹皮3-5、茵陈5-6、石斛2-4、覆盆子4-6、菟丝子6-8、锁阳2-4、熟地黄5-7、白术7-8、肉苁蓉2-4、淫羊藿1-3、白茅根5-7、葎草3-5、蒲黄2-4、芡实5-7、大麦苗6-8、长距鸭头兰1-2、冷水花1-2和铁树叶3-4。
