背景技术
支气管哮喘为临床常见病，可发生于任何年龄，但半数以上在12岁以前发病。临床特点为发作性胸闷、咳嗽，多伴有哮鸣音的呼气性呼吸困难，持续数分钟、数小时或更长，可自行缓解。本病属于中医“哮证”、“痰饮”范畴，其主要病理因素为“痰”，因痰内伏于肺，再感新邪而发。临床上常分为发作期和缓解期。总的治疗原则为宣肺平喘，降气化痰。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术之不足，提供了一种治疗支气管哮喘的中药汤剂，其特征在于它是由下列重量配比的原料药物的组份组成：葶苈子20-30g、炙麻黄6-9g、白果肉6-9g、杏仁6-9g、半夏6-9g、款冬花9-12g、桑白皮12-15g、黄芩9-12g、红花9-12g、枳壳12-15g、炙甘草6-9g。
    优选用量：葶苈子25g、炙麻黄9g、白果肉9g、杏仁9g、半夏9g、款冬花10g、桑白皮12g、黄芩9g、红花12g、枳壳12g、炙甘草6g。
    药理分析：痰涎上壅于肺，致肺气不得宣畅，而见胸闷、咳喘等症，故上述方剂中首选大剂量葶苈子宣肺平喘，利水消肿，为君药。炙麻黄宣肺散邪以平喘，白果敛肺定喘而祛痰，共为臣药。杏仁、半夏、款冬花降气平喘，止咳化痰；桑白皮、黄芩清肺热而降气消痰；红花活血化瘀；枳壳行气宽中除满，共为佐药。甘草调和诸药，为使药。以上药物合用，使肺气得宣，痰热得清，风寒得解，则哮证自愈。
    剂型及用法：本方药剂型为汤剂，水煎服，一日一剂。处方剂量为成人量，小儿酌减。煎煮两遍。头煎加凉水600ml，浸泡两小时，武火煮沸后改文火续煎20分钟，取汁100ml；二煎加热水600ml，武火煮沸后改文火续煎50分钟，取汁100ml。两煎所得药汁混合，早晚饭后两小时各服100ml，温开水送服。服药期间忌食辛辣寒凉食物，预防感冒。
    有益效果：本发明中药具有价格低、疗效好、治愈率高、无毒副作用等优点，以服药30天一疗程为准统计，有效率100%，治愈率72.5%，好转率27.5%。

    实施例1：一种治疗支气管哮喘的中药，是由下列重量配比的原料药物的组份组成：葶苈子20-30g、炙麻黄6-9g、白果肉6-9g、杏仁6-9g、半夏6-9g、款冬花9-12g、桑白皮12-15g、黄芩9-12g、红花9-12g、枳壳12-15g、炙甘草6-9g。
    实施例2：一种治疗支气管哮喘的中药，其中各种原料药物的优选重量配比为：葶苈子25g、炙麻黄9g、白果肉9g、杏仁9g、半夏9g、款冬花10g、桑白皮12g、黄芩9g、红花12g、枳壳12g、炙甘草6g。
    临床疗效总结：
    一、一般资料：共治疗病人24例，其中男性15例，女性9例；年龄5-10岁14例，10-15岁6例，15岁以上4例；病程最长者10年，最短者2年。
    二、诊断标准：
    1、症状：反复发作性胸闷、咳嗽，多伴有哮鸣音的呼气性呼吸困难，持续数分钟或数小时，可自行缓解。
    2、体征：发作时胸廓膨胀，肋间隙饱满，听诊两肺有广泛的哮鸣音，并发感染时有湿罗音，心音减弱。久病有肺气肿特征。
    三、疗效评定标准：
    1、治愈：临床症状消失，一年内不复发。
    2、好转：临床症状减轻，发作次数明显减少。
    四、治疗结果：服药一月为一疗程，轻者一疗程痊愈，重者两疗程痊愈。有效率100%，治愈率72.5%，好转率27.5%。
    五、典型病例：
（0023）    病例1：董××，女，10岁，学生，2010年3月就诊。家长代述患儿两年前因感冒引起支气管哮喘，每年发作数次。发作时呼吸困难、不能平卧，喉中痰鸣。每次发作均需静脉输液或住院治疗才能缓解。本次又发作，症状同前。要求服中药治疗。给予本发明方药服用3剂后，症状明显缓解，继服5剂，症状消失，又巩固治疗一疗程，随访至今再未复发。
    病例2：李××，女，18岁，2012年9月就诊。自述患支气管哮喘已3年之久，反复发作，影响学习。近日又出现胸闷、喘息，故来诊，要求服中药治疗。给予本发明方药服用两周症状明显减轻，继服两周巩固治疗，1年后随访未复发。

2.根据权利要求1所述治疗支气管哮喘的中药汤剂，其特征在于：将上述各组份头煎加凉水600ml，浸泡两小时，武火煮沸后改文火续煎20分钟，取汁100ml；二煎加热水600ml，武火煮沸后改文火续煎50分钟，取汁100ml；两煎所得药汁混合。
