Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及悬吊式天花板系统,并且特别地涉及用于安装天花板边缘装饰的附件。
背景技术
悬吊岛式天花板和拱腹经常在它们的周边或边缘处用长形装饰条带进行修饰以隐藏悬吊式格栅龙骨的端部和贴面板的边缘并且获得期望的视觉效果。已设计出夹子或托架将格栅龙骨的端部连接到装饰条带。美国专利No.4,744,188;5,195,289;5,201,787和7,930,864公开了开发用于该目的的现有技术的夹子。在最后提及的‘864专利中所示的夹子是意图与装饰条带连接的产品的例子,所述装饰条带在它们的被隐藏侧具有安装通道。具有将装饰定位在适当位置的固定螺丝的该现有技术的夹子和其它已知设计会产生问题,即,如果螺丝过紧,导致装饰条带永久地变形。另一已知类型的夹子布置包含独立金属件以在大区域上分布螺丝力,从而最小化装饰的扭曲。包含固定螺丝的夹子的类型使得它们的独立部件和它们的组装的成本增加。存在螺丝会螺纹错扣的风险,特别是在它由天花板格栅安装者组装的情况下。而且,存在当安装者正试图同时将若干元件保持和对准在一起并且试图上紧螺丝时夹子部件会由安装者掉落的潜在问题。由上可知,可以理解需要简化的夹子,其减少所需部件的数量并且避免固定螺丝过紧的可能性。
发明内容
本发明提供一种用于在悬吊式天花板格栅龙骨的端部上安装装饰条带的单件式夹子。该夹子避免随着多个部件的组装产生的成本和复杂性。安装者仅仅需要操作一个元件、即夹子,并且夹子初始可以与装饰条带组装而不需要使用工具。一旦部件被对准,用螺丝起子或类似工具通过简单的类似杠杆的操作导致夹子将装饰锁定就位。
更特别地,一旦在长度方向上定位装饰,通过撬动一体的杠杆和接片使其与关联的安装通道紧密接合而迫使夹子进入锁定位置。这用螺丝起子或类似工具简单地和快速地实现。
公开的夹子在其与格栅龙骨关联的腿部上具有用于在没有独立紧固件的情况下将夹子锁定在格栅龙骨端部上的接片。接片可插入存在于格栅龙骨的连接板中的孔中。当夹子腿部侧向地就座在格栅龙骨上时,可以手动地弯曲接片以将夹子固定在格栅龙骨上。
通过避免单独的夹子部件和紧固件的需要,公开的夹子便于装饰快速地组装在格栅龙骨上。而且,夹子安装需要最少的熟练性和技巧而获得高质量的装配和修饰。

具体实施方式
实施本发明的夹子10具有带垂直腿部11、12的直角托架的大体形状。除了图4中以外,夹子10显示为处于其竖直使用中取向。夹子10优选地是例如.048英寸厚的热浸镀锌钢的金属板的刚性、单件式冲压件。腿部中的第一腿部11适合与格栅龙骨13联结。腿部11是大体平面的,具有用于接收可选的螺丝或铆钉的一对水平间隔孔16。在腿部11的远端处,形成从水平弯曲线18水平地延伸的相对窄的接片17。孔19中断弯曲线18以便于在夹子10的安装期间手动地弯曲接片17。
腿部11、12在竖直角部21处联结。腿部12适合连接已知构造的长形装饰条带20,所述长形装饰条带隐藏岛式天花板的周边处或拱腹处的侧向间隔平行格栅龙骨13和天花板贴面板的端部。腿部12具有主要区域22,所述主要区域具有由用作加强元件的竖直凸起26、27中断的平面部分23。狭槽28、29和狭缝31形成并且围绕中心杠杆32。杠杆32在其相对侧通过将描述的用作组合支点或活动铰链的槽岸或连接板33连接到主要区域22的其它部分。
杠杆32的下端在向前方向上偏移以形成在主要区域22的前方的悬挂接片34。沿着腿部12的上边缘形成在主要区域22的前方并且与杠杆接片34共面的直立接片36。竖直狭槽37邻近角部21形成于腿部12中。
所示的装饰条带20在现有技术中是已知的并且表示将由天花板设计者选择的各种横截面形状。装饰条带20是铝挤出物,典型地长度为10英尺,在使用中通常被隐藏的其后侧38上具有彼此面对的一对相对的纵向延伸通道39、41。
所示的格栅龙骨13是副龙骨并且具有呈倒T的形式的常规横截面,通常被称为T形格栅。其它格栅龙骨横截面构造可以与夹子10一起使用。所示的格栅龙骨13具有上部增强球管46,从球管悬挂的竖直连接板47,以及在连接板的底部的水平凸缘48。格栅龙骨13包括已知构造的端部连接器49,所述端部连接器一般用于通常在主龙骨的共同狭槽中与另一副龙骨的相同连接器联结。所示的副龙骨包括在连接器49的后方的分度孔51。副龙骨通常将在平行对准下具有2英尺或4英尺的中心间隔,或者工业米制当量。夹子10安装在每个副龙骨13的端部上以共同支撑装饰条带20。在最简单的情况下,夹子10通过将其端部连接器49插入竖直狭槽37中和通过分度孔51插入接片17并且使腿部11抵靠格栅龙骨连接板47的侧面而安装在格栅龙骨13上。通过向上弯曲接片17将夹子10在格栅龙骨13上锁定就位,如图7中所示。腿部11的竖直高度是成比例调节的,从而紧密地配合在格栅龙骨球管46的下侧和格栅龙骨凸缘48的顶部之间使得夹子相对于格栅龙骨13适当地定位或分度。
装饰条带20可以在两步过程中安装在夹子10上。首先通过将上部安装通道39下降到上部夹子接片或保持件36上将装饰条带20悬挂在夹子10上。在该初始步骤期间,中心杠杆32处于图5中所示的位置,其中上端53移位到腿部12的主要区域22的后方。由悬挂接片或保持件34表示的杠杆32的下端在最后位置的前方和上方,在最后位置它位于与上部接片36相同的竖直平面中并且竖直地最远离上部接片。夹子10可以由供应商提供图5中所示的杠杆32的移位位置。
通过上部接片36就座在上部装饰条带通道39中,例如可以利用与槽岸33上方的杠杆的中心的凹陷接触的螺丝起子,手动地推动杠杆32,直到上端53接触重叠在狭缝31上的腿部12的一部分。杠杆32的该运动将下部接片34摆动到下部装饰条带通道41中以将装饰条带20临时地捕获在夹子10上。在这时可以进行条带20的长度方向调节。当条带20的纵向位置正确时,杠杆32被迫回到腿部12的主要区域22的平面中,导致下部接片34竖直向下地远离上部接片36移动并且由此通过干涉配合将接片锁定到相应的通道41、39。图6A是狭缝31的几何形状的大幅放大横截面图。优选地,有一些夸张地如图6A中所示,狭缝31从夹子腿部12的后面到前面向上地倾斜。杠杆32在槽岸33上枢转,槽岸用作活动铰链。狭缝31的底切或倾斜几何形状以及通过将夹子比例调节成对于通道到通道尺寸过大而产生的干涉配合防止杠杆意外地移动回到其初始位置,其中杠杆离开主要区域22的平面。扁平刀片螺丝起子(未示出)可以用于将杠杆从其初始平面外状态扳动或撬动到最后位置,其中它与主要区域22的剩余部分共面。螺丝起子的刀片插入中心狭槽29中以允许该撬动动作。除了用作活动铰链以外,槽岸33用作支点并且导致由悬挂接片34表示的杠杆的下部部分摆动到下部装饰条带通道41中。当杠杆32的上端53被推动到腿部12的主要或平面部分的狭缝表面的中心上时,由狭缝几何形状导致的干涉强烈地抵抗杠杆的反向或解锁运动。
夹子10可以与小于完整长度并且不具有上面详细所述的端部的主龙骨或副龙骨一起使用。在该情况下,接片17可以弯曲回到腿部11的剩余部分的平面中并且孔16可以接收自攻螺丝或铆钉以将腿部11固定到所述格栅龙骨的连接板。小突起54可以在接片34、36中被冲压以改善装饰条带20上的夹子10的保持力。
将显而易见的是本公开作为例子并且可以通过增加、修改或删除细节进行各种变化而不脱离包含在本公开中的教导的合理范围。所以本发明不限于本公开的特定细节,除非以下权利要求必须这样限制的程度。
Claims (7)
1.一种用于将长形装饰条带安装在悬吊式天花板的格栅龙骨的端部上的夹子,所述夹子在使用中在平面图中具有由两个交叉腿部形成的直角构造,所述腿部中的一个腿部适合于侧向地邻接格栅龙骨的端部并且所述腿部中的另一腿部适合于接合所述装饰条带,所述另一腿部具有相对延伸的上部和下部保持件以便接收到所述装饰条带的上部和下部相对通道中,所述保持件朝着和远离彼此相对地可移动,以及用于使所述保持架彼此远离移动的扳动装置,所述扳动装置允许所述保持件占据缩回位置,在所述缩回位置它们能够经过相对通道之间,所述扳动装置构造和布置成将所述保持件选择性地保持在延伸位置,在所述延伸位置,它们摩擦地锁定到所述装饰条带的相对通道上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的夹子,其中所述扳动装置包括枢转支撑杠杆,所述枢转支撑杠杆可以被手动地扳动到与周围夹子结构干涉配合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的夹子,其中所述扳动装置与所述夹子的主体成一体地形成,由此所述夹子包括单件式构造。
4.根据权利要求1所述的夹子,其中所述扳动装置包括由形成所述夹子的金属板主体冲压的杠杆,所述杠杆由同时用作支点和活动铰链的槽岸区域支撑在所述主体上,所述杠杆具有形成所述保持件中的一个的关联接片。
5.根据权利要求4所述的夹子,其包括狭槽以便接收用于将所述杠杆扳动到锁定位置的螺丝起子的扁平刀片。
6.根据权利要求1所述的夹子,其中所述一个腿部包括远离所述另一腿部的可弯曲接片,所述可弯曲接片适合于插入格栅龙骨的连接板中的孔中并且其后弯曲以将所述一个腿部锁定到所述格栅龙骨上。
7.根据权利要求6所述的夹子,其中所述另一腿部包括竖直狭槽以便接收由所述接片锁定在所述一个腿部上的格栅龙骨的端部连接器。
