Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于在先行的机动车(L)和后行的机动车(P2)之间交换信息的方法,其中,所述先行的机动车(L)将由前置摄像机(1)拍摄的图像显示在其车尾(5)的显示装置(2)上。所述方法的特点在于,所述先行的机动车(L)还在所述显示装置(2)上额外显示关于机动车和/或交通状况的信息(B)。因此,能够以简单的方式使得后行的机动车获得交通状况的信息。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于在先行的机动车和后行的机动车之间交换信息的方法和装置,其中,先行的机动车在其车尾的显示装置上显示前置摄像机拍摄的图像。
背景技术
公知的是(参见http://www.engadget.com/2009/12/22/art-lebedevs-transparentius-eliminates-opacity-improves-road-s/和 http://www.artlebedev.com/everything/transparentius),将货车的前置摄像机的图像显示在其车尾的显示装置上,从而使得该货车不再影响后行的车辆的视线。
US7,948,366B2同样公开了,为了将速度变化传递到后行的机动车上借助于刹车灯实施先行的机动车与后行的机动车之间的通讯,从而使得驾驶员能够及时地刹车。
利用上述方法能够提高行驶安全性。
JP3890825B2公开了,读取路牌上的条形码。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,进一步改进行驶安全性。
该目的通过权利要求1限定的方法实现。
按照本发明,当先行的机动车额外地将关于机动车和/或交通状况的信息显示在显示装置上时,对于后行的一个或多个机动车及其驾驶员来说, 能够快速且有效地做出反应且必要时还能够经济地行驶。
比如可以为一个或多个后行的机动车及其驾驶员显示有价值的信息,比如关于超车过程、堵车、制动、危险、街道走向等等的信息。
关于机动车和/或交通状况的信息可以考虑由机动车本身产生的信息,即关于加速度、制动、转弯的信息,但还包括由机动车辅助系统产生的信息,如车道状况(比如平滑度)、车距警示、变道等等。此外,还显示事故、堵车、其他危险、警告牌、道路走向等等的信息。
换句话说,除了公知的“正常”的摄像机图像的显示外,还显示附加信息,而不仅是“风景”或街道。
优选所述信息被显示为可机器读取的编码,从而使得所述信息能够由后行的机动车通过机器自动评价。还可以考虑,所述信息类似于路牌地被显示,从而使得后行的机动车的驾驶员“手动地”获取所述信息。
但当所述信息以可机器读取的形式的编码被显示时,提供了其他的可能性。这样,所述信息可以直接流入一个或多个后行的机动车的机动车辅助系统和控制系统且由此实现了自动化或全自动的处理,比如导入及时的制动。此外,所述信息还可以以类似的方式“链式地”继续传递给其他后行的机动车
因此,总体上明显提高了道路交通的安全性。
在优选的变型中,所述信息被显示为条形码,特别是二维条形码。因此,能够以公知的评价方法来进行读取。甚至还可以考虑借助于现代的移动电话(智能手机)来进行评价。
有利的是,后行的机动车借助于前置摄像机和车载电脑读取且评价显示在显示装置上的关于机动车的信息。
优选显示装置是图形显示界面,根据大屏的计算机显示器种类的不同,其不仅能够显示前置摄像机的图像,还能够显示按照本发明的其他信息,特别是以可由机器读取的形式显示比如二维条形码(以相应的大小)。这种显示装置可以比如是合适的LCD、OLED等等显示装置。
在有利的实施方式中,前置摄像机是移动终端设备的一部分且该终端设备将数据直接或间接地发射到显示装置上。该终端设备在这里可以是智能手机、笔记本电脑或触控平板电脑。该终端设备可以通过合适的接口与机动车电脑本身或与显示装置连接且由此将数据直接或通过机动车电脑间接发送到显示装置上。这可以被用作对内置的前置摄像机的补充,前提是由终端设备摄取一定的信息,或者当不存在前置摄像机时可以完全替代前置摄像机。

具体实施方式
图1示出了交通状况,其中,机动车纵列K由乡间公路S上最前面的小轿车P1、其后面的货车L和最后面行驶的小轿车P2形成。
货车L配有向前定向的前置摄像机1,其摄取行驶方向上的环境的图像。这些图像在货车L背侧上的显示器2或OLED形式的显示装置上播放(参见图2)。
显示器2悬挂在货仓的门5上,从而其能够被很好地看到。其大小大致为门面积的三分之二,从而显示装置具有足够的尺寸使得在其后面行驶的小轿车P2的驾驶员能够很好地观察。
货车L还配有计算机3和机动车辅助系统,计算机与摄像机1连接且相应地控制显示装置2,机动车辅助系统由计算机3供给数据。
现在,如果先行的小轿车P1由于紧急情况突然强烈制动,则该计算机3或机动车辅助系统4识别到该情况且货车L及其驾驶员能够做出反应。
同时,所述信息得到处理且作为二维条形码B以相应的尺寸或者说大小在右下角显示在显示器2上,从而使得后行的小轿车P2能够借助于前置摄像机6和与该前置摄像机连接的计算机7读取且评价该条形码B。
该条形码B包括如下信息:货车L强烈制动且在货车前面行驶的小轿车P1同样强烈制动或停车。
因此,小轿车P2及其驾驶员能够及时地获得小轿车P1紧急制动的信息且及时做出反应(即使是该紧急制动不能够在显示装置2上从图像显示中较好地被识别)以及导入相应的紧急制动。
Claims (10)
1.一种用于在先行的机动车(L)和后行的机动车(P2)之间交换信息的方法,其中,所述先行的机动车(L)将由前置摄像机(1)拍摄的图像显示在其车尾(5)的显示装置(2)上,其特征在于,所述先行的机动车(L)还在所述显示装置(2)上额外显示关于机动车和/或交通状况的信息(B)。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述信息以能够由机器读取的编码(B)的形式显示。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述信息以条形码(B)、特别是二维条形码的形式显示。
4.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述信息来自所述先行的机动车的正在运转的安全系统(4)。
5.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述后行的机动车(P2)借助于前置摄像机(6)和车载电脑(7)读取且评价显示在所述显示装置(2)上的所述信息(B)。
6.如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述后行的机动车基于所评价的信息将所述信息通过显示装置传递给位于其后面的机动车。
7.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述信息还包含警示信息。
8.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述显示装置是图形显示界面。
9.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述前置摄像机(1)是移动终端设备的一部分且所述移动终端设备将数据间接或直接发送到所述显示装置(2)上。
10.一种用于在先行的机动车(L)和后行的机动车(P2)之间交换信息的装置,特别是用于实施如前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述先行的机动车(L)将由前置摄像机(1)拍摄的图像显示在其车尾(5)的显示装置(2)上,其特征在于,所述先行的机动车(L)还在所述显示装置(2)上额外显示关于机动车和/或交通状况的信息(B)。
