Abstract
本发明属于污水污泥处理技术领域,具体的说是涉及一种市政剩余污泥中铜的去除与回收方法。采用H2O2和乙酸溶液在室温对待处理样品恒温振荡淋滤,使乙酸与待处理样品中铜络合,进而浸出铜能够将其从待处理样品中去除,并得以回收。采用本发明方法其铜回收率为95%。经过处理的污泥达到国家城市污泥农用标准,回收的铜是宝贵的金属资源,最后废液达到国家污水污泥排放二级标准。此方法符合循环经济和绿色环保要求,实现了废弃物的资源循再环利,用有很好的发展利用空间。

[0002] 随着社会经济快速发展和城市化水平的不断提高,工业污水和生活污水的排放量日益增大,污水处理厂污泥产量急剧增加。据有关资料统计,目前美国所累积的干污泥总量已超过1000万吨/年,欧洲各国总计达660万吨/年,日本为240万吨/年左右。^一五”期间,我国的污水处理产业得到了快速发展,污水处理能力及处理率迅速增长,同时也带来了污泥产量的迅速增加。截止到2010年年底,全国城镇污水处理量达到343亿立方米,脱水污泥年产生量接近2200万吨,随着在建的2000多座污水处理厂陆续投入运行,全国年污泥总产生量将很快突破3000万吨。根据中国水网《2011中国污泥处理处置市场分析报告》分析显示,我国污水处理厂所产生的污泥,有80%没有得到妥善处理,污泥随意堆放所造成的污染与再污染问题已经凸显而出,尤其是在我国部分一线大城市,甚至出现了“污泥围城”的严重局面,引起社会各界的广泛关注。
[0003] 市政污泥(Sewage Sludge),据2009年颁布的《城镇污水处理厂污泥处理处置及污染防治技术政策(试行)》相关规定,是指污水处理过程中产生的半固态或固态物质,其是在城市生活污水及工业废水处理过程中所产生的固体废弃物[3]。市政污泥的处理是一个世界性的难题,处置不当容易造成资源浪费和环境的二次污染。从技术角度分析,污泥是一种成分复杂,不稳定的生物资源;但和一般固体废弃物相比,市政污泥具有热值小、易腐烂、有机质含量高,N、P、K和其他微量元素含量丰富等特点,若经过合理的处置及加工,通常可以被循环利用,施用到农田上,既可改善土壤质量,又可提高土地生产力,实现资源、环境和社会等多种价值。早在1995年,世界水环境组织(Water Environment Federat1n, WEF)将污水污泥更名为生物固体(B1solid),这一变更表明对污泥的认识趋向资源性,污泥被认为是一种极富可利用性的二次资源。因此在处置污泥时,资源化是首先考虑的重要原则之一 O

[0006] 然而,污泥中含有重金属元素,限制了污泥在土地上的利用。Gasco等对西班牙的城市污泥组成及农用分析研究后指出,应重点关注重金属的影响;Singh等指出,施用不同比例污泥的玉米地,引起土壤和玉米中重金属的增加;巴基斯坦的Jamali等分析了利用污泥改良后土壤中种植的小麦中重金属的累积情况,指出小麦籽粒中的重金属含量与污泥中可交换态重金属含量呈极显著相关关系;李琼等通过田间试验指出,高剂量施用污泥土壤中。等重金属含量明显增加访研究发现植物体中重金属的含量大都与施用堆肥土壤中有效性重金属的含量相关,相比而言,堆肥施用土壤中2!!的含量最高,且活性较强,最易被植物吸收。
[0007] 因此,污泥土地前需要进行相应的处理,以降低其生态风险。同时铜等是宝贵的金属资源,如能回收再利用,将会变废为宝。因此,污泥中重金属去除与回收是一种符合循环经济和绿色环保要求的技术方法。
发明内容
[0008] 本发明的目的在于一种市政剩余污泥中铜的去除与回收方法。
[0009] 为实现上述目的,本发明采用技术方案为:
[0010] 一种市政剩余污泥中铜的去除与回收方法,采用!!202和乙酸溶液在室温对待处理样品恒温振荡淋滤,使乙酸与待处理样品中铜络合,进而浸出铜能够将其从待处理样品中去除,并得以回收。
[0011] 进一步的说,将上述经!!202和乙酸淋洗后待处理样品进行固液分离,收集液体部分即污泥浸出液于室温下加入三价铁和二价铁溶液,并在邱为7.5-8.5,污泥浸出液中^3+/12+=5-15 (1为污泥浸出液的二价离子总的统称)的条件下,使淋洗液中铁氧体共沉淀进而将铜得以回收再利用。

[0017] 本发明的技术原理:本发明利用乙酸能够与铜发生络合反应,从固体污泥中浸出铜迅02能够在反应体系中产生活性羟基等自由基,与污泥中的铁氧化合物或溶液中铁离子发生类?6社011氧化反应,耦合去除铜;向浸出液中加入和生成氢氧化物沉淀,然后沉淀物脱水分解,逐渐转化为铁氧体,浸出液中待去除离子占据部分?#+的位置,均匀地混杂到铁氧体晶格中去,形成了特殊的铁氧体。

[0019] 1.本发明利用加有双氧水的乙酸溶液去除污水处理厂污泥中的重金属铜,而后采用改进铁氧体共沉淀法,用石灰乳溶液做中和剂,从污泥的乙酸浸出液中回收铜。利用本发明方法重金属。去除率和回收率高,操作简单,经过处理的污泥达到国家城市污泥农用标准,回收的铜是宝贵的金属资源,最后废液达到国家污水污泥排放二级标准。此方法符合循环经济和绿色环保要求,实现了废弃物的资源循再环利,用有很好的发展利用空间。
[0020] 2.本发明利用易降解的、成本较低的乙酸加双氧水,有效去除污泥中⑶。利用有机弱酸去除污泥中重金属在不破坏污泥结构的条件下,高效淋滤去除重金属,有较好的发展前景。
[0021] 3.本发明采用改进铁氧体共沉淀法回收污泥浸出液中的铜,反应可在常温下进行,反应时间短,使能量消耗明显下降;无须通入空气,简化了工艺流程;用石灰乳溶液作中和剂,解决了铁氧体共沉淀法用似0¾作中和剂成本高的问题,经济效益和环境效益显著。
[0022] 4.采用本发明的去除方式铜淋滤去除率91%以上,铜的回收率达到95%。经过处理的污泥达到国家城市污泥农用标准,回收铜后的废液达到国家污水污泥排放二级标准。
[0023] 5.本发明提供的方法,操作简单、经济实用、安全可靠。反应在室温下进行,无需外援加热,与其他传统投加无机酸和其他溶剂的化学浸提技术相比,节约成本,且操作不会产生无极酸而产生生产事故。

[0025] 下述实施例中所采用的污泥的定量分析,污泥采集、处理和铜总量、化学形态测定:所处理的污泥为污水处理厂剩余活性污泥,污泥从污水处理厂采集后放置在阴凉处自然风干、研磨粉碎、过筛,置于电烘箱中,在1051温度下烘3小时,至恒重,然后移入干燥器中待用。采用册消解,火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定;用1688161'连续提取方法分析。的形态变化,用工⑶-似测定数据。污泥中铜的总量为4386.2呢/¾,严重超过国家《农用污泥中污染物控制标准》(⑶4284-88);铜的形态组成为:水溶可交换态65.1呢/敁,占总量的1.48% ;碳酸盐结合态761^/如,占总量的1.73% ;硫化物及有机结合态3559^/如,占总量的81.14%,残渣态686.地/敁,占总量的15.64%。

Claims (7)
1.一种市政剩余污泥中铜的去除与回收方法,其特征在于:采用H2O2和乙酸溶液在室温对待处理样品恒温振荡淋滤,使乙酸与待处理样品中铜络合,进而浸出铜能够将其从待处理样品中去除,并得以回收。
2.按权利要求1所述的市政剩余污泥中铜的去除与回收方法,其特征在于: 将上述经H2O2和乙酸淋洗后待处理样品进行固液分离,收集液体部分即污泥浸出液于室温下加入三价铁和二价铁溶液,并在pH为7.5-8.5,污泥浸出液中Fe3+/M2+=5-15的条件下,使淋洗液中铁氧体共沉淀进而将铜得以回收再利用。
3.按权利要求1所述的市政剩余污泥中铜的去除与回收方法,其特征在于:所述待处理样品污泥、H2O2和乙酸溶液的固/液/液质量体积比为1: (1.8-2.2): (40-60),在25-30°C、pH为2.5-3.5,并以150_250rpm转速下恒温振荡淋滤3_4h。
4.按权利要求3所述的市政剩余污泥中铜的去除与回收方法,其特征在于:所述双氧水加入量为乙酸加入量的1.5-2.5%% (体积比)。
5.按权利要求1、3或4所述的市政剩余污泥中铜的去除与回收方法,其特征在于:乙酸的摩尔浓度为2-3mol/L。
6.按权利要求2所述的市政剩余污泥中铜的去除与回收方法,其特征在于:所述污泥浸出液于25-35°C下加入三价铁和二价铁溶液,并加入石灰乳溶液调pH为7.5-8.5,使淋洗液中Fe3+/M2+=5-15,进而于150_250rpm转速下恒温振荡反应l_2h,从而将淋洗液中铁氧体共沉淀中铜得以回收再利用。
7.按权利要求2或6所述的市政剩余污泥中铜的去除与回收方法,其特征在于:所述三价铁溶液浓度为0.1-0.15mol/L, 二价铁溶液浓度为0.05-0.07mol/L ;所述三价铁溶液为FeCl3 ;二价铁溶液为FeS04。
