本发明涉及塑料的技术领域,具体涉及一种再生塑料,目的在于发明一种再生塑料原料,以重新应用于生产生活。其组分按质量百分比包括废旧塑料:30%-80%,重质碳酸钙:10%-60%,白炭黑:1%-10%,增塑剂:5%-10%;废旧塑料为再生EVA、再生PE、再生PVC、再生PP其中的一种或任意几种任意比例的混合,白炭黑还可以是蛭石、云母、滑石粉中的一种或几种,增塑剂是指乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯、磷酸酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯中的一种或几种。本发明将废弃的塑料回收再生并重新利用,可以有效地节约资源、保护环境。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料的技术领域,具体涉及一种再生塑料。
背景技术
目前,包括聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物等一系列塑料,几乎遍及工农业生产和人民生活的各方面。然而由于这些塑料难以降解,废弃之后只能填埋或焚烧,对土地和空气造成极大的污染。所以很有必要制备出再生塑料,一方面做到废物再利用,另一方面有效地保护了环境。
发明内容
发明目的:在于发明一种可再生塑料,从而变废为宝、节约资源、保护环境。
技术方案:一种再生塑料,按质量百分比包括如下组分:废旧塑料:30%-80% ,重质碳酸钙:10%-60%,白炭黑:1%-10%,增塑剂:5%-10%。
所述的废旧塑料为再生EVA、再生PE、再生PVC、再生PP其中的一种或任意几种任意比例的混合。
所述的白炭黑还可以是蛭石、云母、滑石粉中的一种或几种。
所述的增塑剂是指乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯、磷酸酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯中的一种或几种。
有益效果:本发明将废弃的塑料回收再生并重新利用,可以有效地节约资源、保护环境。
具体实施方式
(1)先将占总质量百分比30%-80%的废旧塑料洗净,加入10%-60%的重质碳酸钙放在破碎机中粉碎。
(2)向粉碎后的混合物中加入1%-10%的白炭黑和5%-10%的增塑剂,加热并搅拌至熔融状态。
(3)将混合液投入螺杆式注塑机挤出粒料,即制得再生塑料粒子。

1.一种再生塑料,其特征在于:按质量百分比包括如下组分:废旧塑料:30%-80% ,重质碳酸钙:10%-60%,白炭黑:1%-10%,增塑剂:5%-10%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种再生塑料,其特征在于:所述的废旧塑料为再生EVA、再生PE、再生PVC、再生PP其中的一种或任意几种任意比例的混合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种再生塑料,其特征在于:所述的白炭黑还可以是蛭石、云母、滑石粉中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种再生塑料,其特征在于:所述的增塑剂是指乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯、磷酸酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯中的一种或几种。
