本发明涉及一种倒池机,具体的说是一种在海参育苗过程中使用的转塔式倒池机,属于倒池机结构技术领域。一种转塔式倒池机,特征在于包括通过转轮(10)安装在主架(6)上的主臂(1),主臂(1)的上部安装有驱动吊杆(1)上下运动的主气缸(5),主臂(1)的一端安装有保持整个主臂(1)稳定并且由配重移动气缸(7)调节移动的配重(8)。本发明一种转塔式倒池机,能够在主架上旋转,并且通过气缸驱动吊杆上下运动减少了人力物力,省时省力,提高了工作效率,主架能够移动,可以根据需要将整个装置移动到需要的位置,减少了轨道的安装,降低了成本,具有广阔的市场前景。

本发明涉及一种倒池机,具体的说是一种在海参育苗过程中使用的转塔式倒池机,属于倒池机结构技术领域。
背景技术  
在海参育苗中,每隔几天要进行一次倒池过程,以便使水质清新,利于海参成长。以前都是由人工把筐从一个池倒向另一池,费时费力,工作效率低;后来市场上出现了一种桥式倒池机,虽然工作效率提高了,但成本相对较高,安装麻烦。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述已有技术存在的不足,提供一种安装方便、使用简单、工作效率高的转塔式倒池机。
本发明的一种转塔式倒池机,特殊之处在于包括通过转轮10安装在主架6上的主臂4,所述主臂4上分别安装有主气缸5和配重移动气缸7,所述主臂4的一侧设有用于与筐体挂接固定、由所述主气缸5输出连接并驱动其上下运动的吊杆1,所述主臂4的另一侧设有用于保障整个主臂1稳定性、由所述配重移动气缸7输出连接并驱动其上下运动的配重8;
所述主架6的下方安装有便于移动的轮子;
所述主气缸5通过吊绳3连接有吊杆1;
所述吊杆1上设有用于与筐体挂接固定的钓钩2以及控制吊杆1的拉杆11;
所述配重移动气缸7通过配重滑车9连接有配重8。
本发明一种转塔式倒池机,能够在主架上旋转,并且通过气缸驱动吊杆上下运动减少了人力物力,省时省力,提高了工作效率,主架能够移动,可以根据需要将整个装置移动到需要的位置,减少了轨道的安装,降低了成本,具有广阔的市场前景。

具体实施方式
以下参照附图,给出本发明的具体实施方式,用来对本发明的构成进行进一步说明,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
一种转塔式倒池机,参考图1,包括通过转轮10安装在主架6上的主臂4,主臂4的上部安装有驱动吊杆1上下运动的主气缸5,主臂1的一端安装有保持整个主臂4稳定并且由配重移动气缸7调节移动的配重8;
所述主架6的下方安装有便于移动的轮子;
所述主气缸5通过吊绳3连接有吊杆1;
所述吊杆1上设有钩住筐的钓钩2以及控制吊杆1的拉杆11;
所述配重移动气缸7通过配重滑车9连接有配重8。
本发明在使用时把整个装置推到需要倒池的池子上方,按动主气缸5的气阀,将吊杆1放入池中,操作拉杆11将钓钩2钩住筐体,然后再按动主气缸5的气阀,将吊杆1升起,再把整个装置推到下一个池子上方,按动主气缸5的气阀放下吊杆1即将筐放入池中,完成一次倒池过程,在整个运动过程中,如果主臂4不稳定,调节配重移动气缸7的气阀移动配重8来稳定整个装置,当需要倒另外一排池时,通过转轮10将主臂旋转180°即可。
本发明一种转塔式倒池机,能够在主架上旋转,并且通过气缸驱动吊杆上下运动减少了人力物力,省时省力,提高了工作效率,主架能够移动,可以根据需要将整个装置移动到需要的位置,减少了轨道的安装,降低了成本,具有广阔的市场前景。

1.一种转塔式倒池机,特征在于包括通过转轮(10)安装在主架(6)上的主臂(4),所述主臂(4)上分别安装有主气缸(5)和配重移动气缸(7),所述主臂(4)的一侧设有用于与筐体挂接固定、由所述主气缸(5)输出连接并驱动其上下运动的吊杆(1),所述主臂(4)的另一侧设有用于保障整个主臂(1)稳定性、由所述配重移动气缸(7)输出连接并驱动其上下运动的配重(8)。
2.如权利要求1所述一种转塔式倒池机,其特征在于所述主架(6)的下方安装有便于移动的轮子。
3.如权利要求1所述一种转塔式倒池机,其特征在于所述主气缸(5)通过吊绳(3)连接有吊杆(1)。
4.如权利要求1所述一种转塔式倒池机,其特征在于所述吊杆(1)上设有用于与筐体挂接固定的钓钩(2)以及控制吊杆(1)的拉杆(11)。
5.如权利要求1所述一种转塔式倒池机,其特征在于所述配重移动气缸(7)通过配重滑车(9)连接有配重(8)。
