本发明涉及一种单刃铝用铣刀,包括刀杆和刀头,所述刀头上设置有一个螺旋形排屑槽,所述排屑槽的螺旋角α为25°或35°,排屑槽延伸至刀头尖端的刀刃处,刀刃为月牙形,刀头外壁面设有刻背,刀头的侧面设置有侧刃。所述刀头表面设置氮化铝钛涂层。所述刀杆端部设有45°的倒角。采用上述结构后本发明加工精确且铣削效果良好。

本发明涉及一种铣刀,特别是一种单刃铝用铣刀。
背景技术
目前现有的铣刀大多数开有多个螺旋状的排屑槽,排屑槽的深度较浅,排屑槽的排屑空间较小,在加工过程中,废屑不容易排出,工件板切削处易产生毛刺,往往不能满足加工要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种加工精确且铣削效果良好的单刃铝用铣刀。
实现本发明目的的技术方案如下:
一种单刃铝用铣刀,包括刀杆和刀头,所述刀头上设置有一个螺旋形排屑槽,所述排屑槽的螺旋角α为25°或35°,排屑槽延伸至刀头尖端的刀刃处,刀刃为月牙形,刀头外壁面设有刻背,刀头的侧面设置有侧刃。
所述刀头表面设置氮化铝钛涂层。
所述刀杆端部设有45°的倒角。
采用上述结构后本发明加工精确且铣削效果良好。

由图1可知本发明单刃铝用铣刀包括刀杆1和刀头2,所述刀头2上设置有一个螺旋形排屑槽3,所述排屑槽3的螺旋角α为25°或35°,排屑槽3延伸至刀头2尖端的刀刃4处,刀刃4为月牙形,刀头2外壁面设有刻背5,刀头2的侧面设置有侧刃6。所述刀头2表面设置氮化铝钛涂层。所述刀杆1端部设有45°的倒角。

1.一种单刃铝用铣刀,包括刀杆(1)和刀头(2),其特征在于:所述刀头(2)上设置有一个螺旋形排屑槽(3),所述排屑槽(3)的螺旋角α为25°或35°,排屑槽(3)延伸至刀头(2)尖端的刀刃(4)处,刀刃(4)为月牙形,刀头(2)外壁面设有刻背(5),刀头(2)的侧面设置有侧刃(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种单刃铝用铣刀,其特征在于:所述刀头(2)表面设置氮化铝钛涂层。
