Abstract

本发明涉及一种两刃圆鼻立铣刀,包括刀杆与刀头,所述刀头设有两个侧切削刃以及两个相对应的端刃,所述侧切削刃呈螺旋状,所述侧切削刃的螺旋角为44°,所述侧切削刃与端刃之间设置圆弧过渡,所述圆弧的半径R为2.5mm,所述端刃的端刃第一后角为5°,端刃第二后角为14°,端刃前角为8°,所述侧切削刃之间设有螺旋状排屑槽。所述刀头表面设置氮化铝钛涂层。采用上述结构后本发明排屑更加顺畅,侧切削刃与端刃设置圆弧过渡铣刀加工时因刀尖过于锋利而发生崩刃的现象,增加了铣刀的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种铣刀,特别是一种两刃圆鼻立铣刀。
背景技术
机械加工中,需要采用铣刀对不同的工件铣削出端面、斜面、沟槽和台阶面。现有的立铣刀在对工件进行铣削时,铣削出的金属屑不易排出,容易堵在刀具和加工面的附近,影响工件的加工精度及质量,同时也会对刀具产生一定的磨损,降低刀具的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种排屑容易、不易产生崩刃、提高生产效率的两刃圆鼻立铣刀。
实现本发明目的的技术方案如下:
一种两刃圆鼻立铣刀,包括刀杆与刀头,所述刀头设有两个侧切削刃以及两个相对应的端刃,所述侧切削刃呈螺旋状,所述侧切削刃的螺旋角为44°,所述侧切削刃与端刃之间设置圆弧过渡,所述圆弧的半径R为2.5mm,所述端刃的端刃第一后角为5°,端刃第二后角为14°,端刃前角为8°,所述侧切削刃之间设有螺旋状排屑槽。所述刀头表面设置氮化铝钛涂层。
采用上述结构后本发明排屑更加顺畅,侧切削刃与端刃设置圆弧过渡铣刀加工时因刀尖过于锋利而发生崩刃的现象,增加了铣刀的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
由图1至图3可知本发明一种两刃圆鼻立铣刀,包括刀杆1与刀头2,所述刀头2设有两个侧切削刃3以及两个相对应的端刃4,所述侧切削刃3呈螺旋状,所述侧切削刃3的螺旋角为44°,所述侧切削刃3与端刃4之间设置圆弧过渡,所述圆弧的半径R为2.5mm,所述端刃4的端刃第一后角6为5°,端刃第二后角7为14°,端刃前角8为8°,所述侧切削刃3之间设有螺旋状排屑槽5。所述刀头2表面设置氮化铝钛涂层。

1.一种两刃圆鼻立铣刀,包括刀杆(1)与刀头(2),其特征在于:所述刀头(2)设有两个侧切削刃(3)以及两个相对应的端刃(4),所述侧切削刃(3)呈螺旋状,所述侧切削刃(3)的螺旋角为44°,所述侧切削刃(3)与端刃(4)之间设置圆弧过渡,所述圆弧的半径R为2.5mm,所述端刃(4)的端刃第一后角(6)为5°,端刃第二后角(7)为14°,端刃前角(8)为8°,所述侧切削刃(3)之间设有螺旋状排屑槽(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的两刃圆鼻立铣刀,其特征在于:所述刀头(2)表面设置氮化铝钛涂层。
