本发明是涉及食品,更具体的说是一种提高抵抗力米粉。
背景技术
当前人类亚健康人群占总人数的75%,患病者占20%,健康人群占5%。亚健康人群大部分因摄入营养不均衡所致,给人类身体带来巨大的伤害。亚健康是患病的前兆,也是病原体的潜伏期。亚健康给人类带来许多负面的影响,生活质量差,易疲劳,工作效率低,记忆力下降,容颜不好,无创造力,易转变为慢性病患者,造成患病,甚至死亡。
随着现在社会快速发展,人们工作节奏快,压力大,对饮食营养无暇顾及,甚至经常不吃早餐,亦忽略了锻炼,使得人们的抵抗能力下降,易患病。
