Description
Technical field
The present invention relates to the packaging that formed by sheet material and the method for the production of described packaging.
Background technology
Openly wrap for the tubular bag (turbular-bag) of rod-shaped products (as chocolate bars) in US-A-2011/0266180, described tubular bag bag is made up of membranaceous packing. Before described bag has, packaging side, comprises the rear packaging side of longitudinal seam, and transverse to two transverse seams of described longitudinal seam, described transverse seam is set up each other at a certain distance. Two regions (each there is separable longitudinal seam) of separating be arranged at described before packaging side two fringe regions in, the region of described separation is formed can partly from the unlatching label of described bag dismounting.
Described bag is formed by such step, launch the planar flexible packaging material web from feed roller, fold described coiled material and cut off described coiled material to form center packaging material web bar and two the side packaging material web bars being positioned at packaging material web bar both sides, described center.By to the packaging material web row replacement stress in the region that described center packaging material web bar is overlapping with described two side packaging material web bars, described multiple are sealed separably via the cold adhesive bar being applied to side, are formed separable longitudinal sealing structure thus on front packaging side.Subsequently, packing are around wrapping up in bag by packaged product, and the longitudinal seam at rear packaging side place by another wing shape hermetically-sealed construction (fin seal) form is sealed.
Disclosed in US-A-2011/0266180, bag and method have such defect, packaging material web bar must be cut away from coiled material and use packaging material web bar subsequently again, cause the complicated of manufacturing process.Particularly, before using packaging material web bar again, the Accurate align of described multiple must be performed. In addition, there is extra longitudinal seam in the rear packaging side of bag, stackability (stackability) and visual appearance (optical appearance) impact can be had and cause the material consumption of increase packaging product.
The open a kind of chocolate packaging of WO-A-88/00562, described chocolate pack two transverse sealed seams having on its front side and on rear side of it on a transverse sealed seams.Described two sealing joints in front side are formed by such mode, folded wrapping materials and being within it sealed by two-layer packing. An each side (flank) in these two sealing joints can be provided to the line of rupture of packing, and when packaging is unlocked, material is torn along described line of rupture.Alternatively, the edge forming the folding line of described two transverse sealed seams on front side can be cut off can open packaging by the hermetically-sealed construction peeling off described folding line.
The shortcoming also with the transverse sealed seams formed on rear side of it is being packed disclosed in WO-A-88/00562.This extra seam affects the visual appearance of packaging product, hinders multiple packaging arrange with stacking configuration and cause the increase of material consumption. In addition, the transverse sealed seams before packing side arranged both must be provided to cut channel or line of rupture, thus makes production process complicated.
Summary of the invention
The present invention is made in view of the problem confirmed above, and the object of this invention is to provide there is raising can the packaging of stackability, described packaging makes packing consumption reduce. In addition, the object of the invention is the method being provided for the such packaging of production. These targets are reached by the method for the packaging with the technical characteristic of claim 1 and the technical characteristic with claim 15.Preferred embodiment of the present invention follows dependent claims.
The invention provides a kind of packaging formed by sheet material, wherein said packaging comprises the first sealing area extended in a first direction and the second sealing area extended in a second direction, described second direction is arranged essentially parallel to described first direction, described first and second sealing areas with the first distance by interval. In addition, described packaging is included in the 3rd sealing area that third direction extends and the 4th sealing area extended in fourth direction, described third direction is substantially perpendicular to described first and second directions, described fourth direction is arranged essentially parallel to described third direction, described third and fourth sealing area with second distance by interval. Two or more each at least two layer segments comprising described sheet material in described sealing area, described two layer segments are joined together at least in part, described first and second sealing areas are arranged on the first side of described packaging, and the second side of the described packaging relative with described first side is formed by the continuous print part of described sheet material.
In this article, term " continuous print part " is defined as the part of the sheet material formed by one piece material. Also namely, described continuous print part is configured in an uninterrupted manner, does not comprise any connection seam or analogue, is joined together in two parts of described connection seam or analogue place material.
In packaging according to the present invention, because the second side of packaging is formed by the continuous print part of sheet material, so packaging can be placed stably on plane surface, and multiple packaging can easily be arranged over each other in a stacked fashion. In addition, due in the second side of packaging without any connection seam or other materials connected structure (joint), manufacturing packaging needs less packing, thus material consumption is reduced. In addition, because the second side of packaging is not from any structure that surface of package is outstanding, the visual appearance of packaging is significantly improved.
Packaging of the present invention can be formed by single sheets.By this way, the manufacture of packaging can be simplified and material consumption can be maintained at minimum further.
Described sheet material can be made up of flexible material. The flexible material of any type can be used to sheet material.Such as, described flexible material can be, film, paper tinsel, coiled material or the analogue be such as made up of plastics, metal, paper etc.
Alternatively, described sheet material can be made up of semi-rigid or rigid material, as carboard (cardboard), cardboard or analogue.
The thickness of described sheet material can from 0.1 to 1.0mm, the preferably scope of 0.3 to 0.8mm.Described packaging can use the manufacture of Traditional Packing forming device, as vertical or horizontal filling water-tight equipment.
Packaging of the present invention can be, such as, and bag, little flat bag (pouch) or analogue, and the liquid or solid material comprising any type wherein can be used to.Particularly, described packaging can be used to sheathing foodstuff product, as sweet food (sweets), chocolate, cookies (cookies), biscuit, matrix sugar (gum), candy (candy), nut, appetizing snacks (savoury snacks), coffee bean, coffee powder etc.
First and second sealing areas eachly can comprise at least two layer segments of sheet material, and described two layer segments are joined together at least in part.In one embodiment, each at least two layer segments comprising sheet material in described sealing area, described two layer segments are joined together at least in part.In addition, one in described sealing area, two, three or all can comprise three or more layer segments of sheet material.By this way, the rigidity of sealing area can be strengthened further.Particularly, the first and second sealing areas can comprise three or more layer segments of sheet material, and described three or more layer segments can be joined together at least in part.
In this article, term " the first distance " is defined as the distance substantially on third direction between the center of the first sealing area and the center of the second sealing area.Term " second distance " is defined as the distance in a first direction substantially between the 3rd sealing area center and the 4th sealing area center.
First to fourth sealing area can be arranged like this, to such an extent as to the first distance is substantially equal to, is greater than or less than second distance. The outward flange of the first and/or second sealing area can be arranged like this to meet to the corresponding outward flange of the first side of packaging.Alternatively, the outward flange of the first and/or second sealing area can be arranged like this so that spaced apart to the corresponding outward flange of the first side of packaging on third direction. Also namely, the outward flange of the first and/or second sealing area can extend beyond the predetermined distance of the corresponding outward flange of the first side, or can be arranged at inside these outward flanges, opens within a predetermined distance with described marginating compartment.
First and second sealing areas can extend to the 4th sealing area from the 3rd sealing area. But alternatively, the first and second sealing areas can only extend along the part of the second distance between the third and fourth sealing area.Third and fourth sealing area can extend to the second sealing area from the first sealing area.
In one embodiment, first and second sealing areas can be arranged on the first side of packaging in a centered manner, that is, the distance to such an extent as on third direction between the outward flange of the corresponding vicinity of the first side of the outward flange of the first sealing area and packaging is substantially equal to the distance on third direction between the outward flange of the corresponding vicinity of the first side of the outward flange of the second sealing area and packaging. In another embodiment, first and second sealing areas can be arranged on the first side of packaging in off-centered mode, namely, by this way, the distance to such an extent as on third direction between the outward flange of the corresponding vicinity of the first side of the outward flange of the first sealing area and packaging is different from the distance on third direction between the outward flange of the corresponding vicinity of the first side of the outward flange of the second sealing area and packaging.
In addition, packaging can be so configured, to such an extent as to will be packaged product or multiple product will be arranged in packaging in placed in the middle or off-centered mode.
First sealing area can be arranged at the center of the first side of packaging, that is, the distance to such an extent as between the center of the first side of the inward flange of the first sealing area and the packaging on third direction on third direction is zero substantially.Second sealing area can be arranged at the center of the first side of packaging, that is, the distance to such an extent as between the center of the first side of the inward flange of the second sealing area and the packaging on third direction on third direction is zero substantially.
First sealing area can be arranged the center of first side of departing from packaging, that is, the distance to such an extent as between the center of the first side of the inward flange of the first sealing area and the packaging on third direction on third direction is greater than zero.Second sealing area can be arranged the center of first side of departing from packaging, that is, the distance to such an extent as between the center of the first side of the inward flange of the second sealing area and the packaging on third direction on third direction is greater than zero.
First and second sealing areas can be arranged at the center of the first side of packaging.First and second sealing areas can be arranged the center of first side of departing from packaging.First sealing area can be arranged at the center of the first side of packaging, and the second sealing area can be arranged the center of first side of departing from packaging.First sealing area can be arranged the center of first side of departing from packaging, and the second sealing area can be arranged at the center of the first side of packaging.
First sealing area and/or the second sealing area can be arranged like this, to such an extent as to described first sealing area and/or the second sealing area lie on the first side of packaging at least partly substantially. This part of first sealing area and/or the second sealing area is passable, such as, by using adhesives (as by using Acrylic Foam Tape or hot melt adhesive (hot-glue)), by thermal welding or similar, is attached to packaging.
By this way, the first sealing area of the first side from packaging and/or the amount of the protrusion of the second sealing area can be reduced, thus strengthen packaging further can stackability.Particularly, during packaging is opened and sealed, the first sealing area and/or the second sealing area can be kept to be flat substantially. In addition, the unlatching of packaging and the rigidity of sealing area again can be strengthened.
When sealed package again; being attached to packaging at least partly and can helping the sealing area again that aligns of first sealing area and/or the second sealing area; and reduce the formation of impression (crease) or gauffer in the first sealing area and/or the second sealing area, thus the sealing again providing failure-free airtight and the protection improved further packaging product.
First sealing area and/or the second sealing area can be arranged like this, to such an extent as to by make the first sealing area and/or the second sealing area outward-dipping on the direction being parallel to the third and fourth direction, described first sealing area and/or the second sealing area lie on the first side of packaging at least partly substantially.Particularly, the first and second sealing areas can be made in the opposite direction outward-dipping, and described direction is parallel to the third and fourth direction.
First sealing area can also comprise the line of weakness extended in a first direction, and described line of weakness helps customer to open packaging.Particularly, described line of weakness contributes to the first sealing area is broken along first direction, to such an extent as to forms being torn at least partly of the sheet material of the first side of packaging, is provided to the entrance of pack content.
Described line of weakness can be the perforation and/or score line and/or cut channel or analogue that extend in a first direction.Particularly, the first sealing area can be provided with the form of folded part, and in described folded part, the edge of folding line cuts away by the part or all of extension in a first direction along the first sealing area. This configuration enables packaging especially easily open.On the other hand, if perforation and/or score line are used as line of weakness, it can serve as packs for determining the infringement evident feature structure (tamper evidence feature) whether being compromised (such as, be previously unlocked and again closed).
In one embodiment, the second sealing area is formed two of sheet material substantially parallel edge part offices. Thus, the outward flange of the second sealing area is configured by the marginal portion of sheet material and thus is open along the extension of the second sealing area in a second direction.By this way, the opening process of packaging is simplified further.Particularly, if the second sealing area is configured by this way and the first sealing area comprises the line of weakness extended in a first direction, the bar of the sheet material extended in a first direction is defined between the outward flange of the second sealing area and the line of weakness of the first sealing area. When opening packaging, this partly or entirely can be removed from packaging by peeling off in a first direction, is provided to the entrance of pack content thus.
The bar of described sheet material can be arranged at the center of the first side of packaging, that is, the distance between the center of the center of described bar to such an extent as on third direction and the first side of the packaging on third direction on third direction is zero substantially. The bar of sheet material can be arranged the center of first side of departing from packaging, that is, the distance between the center of the center of described bar to such an extent as on third direction and the first side of the packaging on third direction on third direction is greater than zero.
In addition, because the second sealing area is formed two of sheet material substantially parallel edge part offices, thus have in a second direction along the outward flange of the opening of its extension, extra line of weakness need not be provided in the second sealing area to provide convenient for opening packaging. Therefore, the process manufacturing packaging is simplified further.
First and second sealing areas can be so configured, to such an extent as to after unlatching packaging, the remainder of the first and second sealing areas contributes to pack content to be retained in packaging.Particularly, the first and second sealing areas can be so configured, to such an extent as in order to remove pack content, the remainder of described first and second sealing areas must be moved away from each other by customer on third direction.
Such as, by being chosen as enough little by the first distance between the first and second sealing areas, the such ability being packaged in and retaining its content after it is opened can be obtained.Particularly, the first distance can be so selected, to such an extent as on third direction the first and second sealing areas inward flange between distance be zero substantially. In this case, after packaging is opened, pack content is retained in safely within packaging. In order to enter the inside of packaging, the remainder of the first and second sealing areas can be moved away from each other by customer.
In one embodiment, two substantially parallel marginal portions of sheet material are joined together to form wing shape hermetically-sealed construction at least in part, that is, the sealing joints of wing shape form.Such configuration allows the formation of hermetically-sealed construction simple and reliable especially in the second sealing area.
In sealing area, at least two layer segments of sheet material can use the method for any applicable type or material to be bonded together at least in part, if thermal welding, bonding (cohesive) material, adhesive material are (as pressure sensitive adhesive, such as, cold seal), or analogue.Particularly, in each in the first and second sealing areas, at least two layer segments of sheet material can pass through resealable adhesives (as pressure sensitive adhesive, such as, cold seal) and are bonded together with adhering at least in part.In this case, by using resealable adhesives the part of tearing of packing to be attached, packaging can be sealed after unlatching again again.
If packaging is used to sheathing foodstuff product, as sweet food, chocolate, cookies, biscuit, matrix sugar, candy, nut, appetizing snacks, coffee bean, coffee powder etc., this configuration of the first and second sealing areas is particularly advantageous. In this case, the resealable function of packaging allows food product to be thereby reliably protected with contact-free surrounding environment, thus increases the shelf life of product.
Packaging can be so configured, to such an extent as to it can be crushed at least in part (collapse), that is, folded, or like this, and is sealed after some of pack content remove from packaging again.
In the 3rd sealing area and/or the 4th sealing area, at least two layer segments of sheet material can pass through resealable adhesives (as pressure sensitive adhesive, such as, cold seal) and are bonded together with adhering at least in part.By this way, the 3rd sealing area and/or the 4th sealing area can contribute to the resealable of packaging.Particularly, resealable adhesives is provided in sealing area to allow especially effectively and the sealing again of failure-free packaging first, second, third and/or the 4th.
Alternatively, in the 3rd sealing area, at least two layer segments of sheet material can be bonded together at least in part by heat-sealing, bonding material or analogue. In addition, in the 4th sealing area, at least two layer segments of sheet material can pass through resealable adhesives (as pressure sensitive adhesive, such as, cold seal), are bonded together at least in part by heat-sealing, bonding material or analogue.
