本发明公开了一种制鞋用焊接机,包括机座和设置在机座上的可旋转的焊接台,在机座一侧设置有机架,所述机架上设置有垂直方向的滑轨,滑轨上安装有支架;滑轨上还安装有定位块;支架对称的两个边各设置有一个第一导轨,其中一个第一导轨上设置有第一滑块,第一滑块上设置有伺服电机,在第一滑块上还设置有第二导轨,第二导轨上设置有第二滑块,第二滑块上设置有伺服电机,第二滑块的下方设置有焊接枪,第二滑块上还固定有排风管。本发明能够解决现有技术的不足,通过设置旋转的焊接台和可在二维平面上移动的焊接枪,减小了机器的占地面积,拓展了焊接方式,实用性强。

技术领域
本发明涉及焊接技术领域,尤其是一种制鞋用焊接机。 
背景技术
随着科学技术的发展,市场上出现了很多自动焊接机。这种焊接机可以对工件进行批量焊接,效率高,节约大量的劳动力。但是,现在市场上的焊接机通常只能在一维的方向上进行焊接,并且占地面积较大,限制了焊接机的推广应用。 
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种制鞋用焊接机,能够解决现有技术的不足,通过设置旋转的焊接台和可在二维平面上移动的焊接枪,减小了机器的占地面积,拓展了焊接方式,实用性强。 
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案如下:一种制鞋用焊接机,包括机座和设置在机座上的可旋转的焊接台,焊接台下方设置有电机,在机座一侧设置有机架,所述机架上设置有垂直方向的滑轨,滑轨上安装有支架,支架下方连接有一个运动元件;滑轨上还安装有定位块;支架对称的两个边各设置有一个第一导轨,其中一个第一导轨上设置有第一滑块,第一滑块上设置有伺服电机,在第一滑块上还设置有第二导轨,第二导轨与第一导轨互相垂直,第二导轨上设置有第二滑块,第二滑块上设置有伺服电机,第二滑块的下方设置有焊接枪,第二滑块上还固定有排风管。 
作为优选,所述焊接台上以焊接台的中心为圆心,均匀设置有至少 两个焊接槽,焊接槽内设置有若干个固定器。 
作为优选,所述固定器的包括梯形滑块,梯形滑块的斜面上设置有调节螺栓。 
作为优选,所述运动元件为气缸。 
采用上述技术方案所带来的有益效果在于:本发明结构紧凑,通过调整定位块的高度,可以适应不同的焊接高度要求。焊接枪在两个伺服电机的带动下,可以在二维平面上移动,实现了二维平面的焊接。排风管用来将焊接时产生的有害气体排出,排风管中的过滤器净化排出空气中的有害物质。遮光板用来阻挡焊接时产生的弧光对人员眼睛的伤害。

具体实施方式
为使本发明要解决的技术问题、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图及具体实施例进行详细描述。 
参照图1-3,本发明的包括机座1和设置在机座1上的可旋转的焊接台2,焊接台2下方设置有电机3,在机座1一侧设置有机架4,所述机架4上设置有垂直方向的滑轨5,滑轨5上安装有支架6,支架6下方连接有一个运动元件7;滑轨5上还安装有定位块8;支架6对称的两个边各设置有一个第一导轨9,其中一个第一导轨9上设置有第一滑块10,第一滑块10上设置有伺服电机11,在第一滑块10上还设置有第二导轨12,第二导轨12与第一导轨9互相垂直,第二导轨12上设置有第 二滑块13,第二滑块13上设置有伺服电机11,第二滑块13的下方设置有焊接枪14,第二滑块13上还固定有排风管15。 
值得注意的是,所述焊接台2上以焊接台2的中心为圆心,均匀设置有三个焊接槽16,焊接槽16内设置有四个固定器17。 
值得注意的是,所述固定器17的包括梯形滑块18,梯形滑块18的斜面上设置有调节螺栓19。 
值得注意的是,所述运动元件7为气缸。 
其中,所述排风管14采用波纹管,所述排风管14内设置有过滤器20,所述焊接台2的上部设置有遮光板21。 
本发明的工作原理是:首先将焊接件放入焊接槽16中,旋转调节螺栓19使梯形滑块18压紧焊接件。电机3带动焊接台2旋转至焊接枪14下方,运动元件7下降,焊接枪14在两个伺服电机11的带动下在二维平面内进行焊接作业。与此同时,排风管15将焊接产生的有害气体经过过滤器过滤后排出。在焊接时,操作人员在另一个焊接槽16内准备下一个焊接件。通过调整定位块8的高度,可以适应不同的焊接高度要求。遮光板21的作用是遮挡焊接时产生的弧光,保护操作人员的眼睛。 
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明所述原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种制鞋用焊接机,包括机座(1)和设置在机座(1)上的可旋转的焊接台(2),焊接台(2)下方设置有电机(3),在机座(1)一侧设置有机架(4),其特征在于:所述机架(4)上设置有垂直方向的滑轨(5),滑轨(5)上安装有支架(6),支架(6)下方连接有一个运动元件(7);滑轨(5)上还安装有定位块(8);支架(6)对称的两个边各设置有一个第一导轨(9),其中一个第一导轨(9)上设置有第一滑块(10),第一滑块(10)上设置有伺服电机(11),在第一滑块(10)上还设置有第二导轨(12),第二导轨(12)与第一导轨(9)互相垂直,第二导轨(12)上设置有第二滑块(13),第二滑块(13)上设置有伺服电机(11),第二滑块(13)的下方设置有焊接枪(14),第二滑块(13)上还固定有排风管(15)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制鞋用焊接机,其特征在于:所述焊接台(2)上以焊接台(2)的中心为圆心,均匀设置有至少两个焊接槽(16),焊接槽(16)内设置有若干个固定器(17)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的制鞋用焊接机,其特征在于:所述固定器(17)的包括梯形滑块(18),梯形滑块(18)的斜面上设置有调节螺栓(19)。
