当前电火花线切割机高频导电方式是:负极由切割线直接压在导电块摩擦导电。加工过程中切割线丝高速摩擦导电块,造成切割线丝磨损、导电块形成切割线丝糟,切割线丝糟增大运丝阻力经常夹断切割线丝,导致切割线异常提前报废,导电块需要经常更换等缺点。

本发明是针对现行电火花线切割的导电块,造成切割线丝磨损、导电块形成切割线丝糟,切割线丝糟增大运丝阻力经常夹断切割线丝,加工成本高的缺陷。提供一种新的导轮轴心导电装置;电流经切割线传导到导轮,经过导轮轴心与导电针接触导电。该装置省去了电极丝与导电块的摩擦,提高切割线丝使用寿命, 降低运丝阻力,解决了切割线丝被导电块夹断缺点,达到节约资源的目的。具有结构简单、操作方便耐用。
