Description

本实用新型涉及一种钛金导轮，用于数控线切割机床。
现有技术中的导轮有陶瓷导轮，金属导轮及宝石导轮，所有这些导轮中都有金属部分，金属部分都存在易腐蚀问题，且耐磨性能有限。
本实用新型为了克服上述不足，而提供了一种表面有一层钛金膜的导轮。
本实用新型的具体技术方案为：用于数控线切割机床上的导轮表面有一层钛金膜。若导轮为陶瓷导轮，其陶瓷片及金属轴的外表面上有一层钛金膜，若导轮为金属导轮则其金属片及金属轴的外表面有一层钛金膜，其厚度1～3μ。陶瓷片与金属轴、金属片与金属轴用高温粘接剂粘接。
本实用新型提高了耐磨性及防腐性能，整个导轮呈金黄色，增强了外观的美感。
本实用新型的具体结构由附图1、2给出。
图1为金属型钛金导轮整体示意图。
图2为陶瓷型钛金导轮整体示意图。
图中主要结构为：金属轴1、钛金膜2、陶瓷片3、金属片4。
下面结合附图对本实用新型加以详细说明。
这种钛金导轮是将现有的导轮表面镀上一层钛金镀膜2，若导轮为陶瓷导轮，其陶瓷片3及金属轴1的外表面镀有一层钛金膜，若导轮为金属导轮，则其金属片4及金属轴的外表面上镀有一层钛金膜，其厚度为1－3μ陶瓷片与金属轴、金属片与金属轴用高温粘接剂粘接，镀钛金膜时，将被镀导轮经清洗后放入镀膜装置的工件架上，在电弧磁场的作用下，欲蒸镀的镀膜材料蒸发，电离、工件受到加热、轰击清洗和镀膜。

1、一种钛金导轮，其特征在于导轮的整体表面上有一层钛金膜。
2、如权利要求1所述的钛金导轮，其特征在于陶瓷导轮的陶瓷片及金属轴的外表面上有一层钛金膜。
3、如权利要求1所述的钛金导轮，其特征在于金属导轮的金属片及金属轴的外表面上有一层钛金膜。
4、如权利要求1、2、3所述的钛金导轮，其特征在于所述的钛金导轮表面上的钛金膜的厚度为1～3μ。
5、如权利要求1、2、3所述的钛金导轮，其特征在于陶瓷片及金属轴、金属片与金属轴用耐高温粘接剂粘接。
