The carbon brush structure is characterized in that two carbon brushes which are centrosymmetric around the central hole are disposed on the carbon brush positioning plate, both carbon brushes are L shape, one end of each L-shaped carbon brush is pivoted with the carbon brush positioning plate, a torsion spring is arranged on each pivot, and one end of the torsion spring acts on the carbon brush such that the free end of the carbon brush tends to press the central hole. The carbon brush structure has simple structure, greater length and longer service life, and can ensure tight contact between the carbon brush and the commutator, solving the problems that the traditional carbon brush has limited length, fast abrasion in use, short service life, complex structure, etc.

Meanwhile, under the action of the torsion spring, the carbon brush can always tightly contact with the commutator, the length of the carbon brush is increased, and thus, the service life of the carbon brush is prolonged. The width of the part of the carbon brush pivoted with the carbon brush positioning plate is greater than the width of the free end of the carbon brush, ensuring the reliability of pivot connection between the carbon brush and the carbon brush positioning plate. Preferably, the inner corner of the L-shaped carbon brush is a smooth curve in transition, ensuring the stability of the carbon brush. Because the carbon brushes are L shape, the carbon brushes are lengthened sufficiently. Meanwhile, under the action of the torsion spring, the carbon brushes can always tightly contact with the commutator, the length of the carbon brushes is increased, and thus, the service life of the carbon brushes is prolonged.

A carbon brush structure comprising a carbon brush positioning plate, the center of the carbon brush positioning plate being provided with a central hole for penetration of a commutator, characterized in that two carbon brushes which are centrosymmetric around the central hole are disposed on the carbon brush positioning plate, both carbon brushes are L shape, one end of each L-shaped carbon brush is pivoted with the carbon brush positioning plate, a torsion spring is arranged on each pivot, and one end of the torsion spring acts on the carbon brush such that the free end of the carbon brush tends to press the central hole, the width of the part of the carbon brush pivoted with the carbon brush positioning plate is greater than the width of the free end of the carbon brush.
2. The carbon brush structure according to claim 1, characterized in that the inner corner of the L-shaped carbon brush is a smooth curve in transition.
