A brush carrier plate is arranged on a rear end cover, a plurality of brush carriers is formed on the brush carrier plate, and electric brushes are mounted in the brush carriers. The electric brushes are divided into two electric brush groups, braids of each electric brush group are conductively welded on a conductive screw, respectively, the conductive screw passes through the brush carrier plate and the rear end cover to outside of the rear end cover to be fitted with a nut so as to connect the brush carrier plate with the rear end cover and also to connect with a power supply, and the conductive screw and the rear end cover are in insulating connection with each other.

Description Rear End Cover Assembly of Direct Current Motor Technical Field The invention relates to a rear end cover assembly of a direct current motor. Background of the Invention A rear end cover assembly of a direct current motor mainly comprises a rear end cover, a brush carrier plate, a brush carrier and electric brushes, wherein the brush carrier plate is fixed on the rear end cover through screws. The braids of the electric brushes are fixed on a lug plate on the brush carrier plate by welding, and outgoing wires are led out from the lug plate. The above structure has the problem of complex structure and high manufacture cost. Summary of the Invention The purpose of the invention is to provide a rear end cover assembly of a direct current motor having simple structure and low manufacture cost. The above technical purpose of the invention is mainly achieved by the technical solution as follows. A brush carrier plate is arranged on a rear end cover, a plurality of brush carriers is formed on the brush carrier plate, and electric brushes are mounted in the brush carriers. The electric brushes are divided into two electric brush groups, braids of each electric brush group are conductively welded on a conductive screw, respectively, the conductive screw passes through the brush carrier plate and the rear end cover to outside of the rear end cover to be fitted with a nut so as to connect the brush carrier plate with the rear end cover and also to connect with a power supply, and the conductive screw and the rear end cover are in insulating connection with each 1 other. In the invention, the braids of the electric brushes are directly welded on the conductive screw, the lug plate is omitted, and the conductive screw plays a role of fixing the brush carrier plate and the rear end cover at the same time; therefore, the manufacture cost is reduced and the structure of the rear end cover assembly is simplified. Preferably, an inner end of the rear end cover is provided with an inner boss, a compression screw passes through the brush carrier plate to be in threaded connection with the inner boss, a washer is provided between the head end of the compression screw and the inner boss, and the braids of the two electric brush groups are compressed between the washer and the inner boss. Therefore, the invention is characterized by simple structure and low manufacture cost. Brief Description of the Drawings Fig. 1 is a structure diagram of the invention; and, Fig. 2 is a rear view of Fig. 1. Detailed Description of the Invention The technical solutions of the invention will be further described in details as below by specific embodiments with reference to drawings. Embodiment 1 As shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, a brush carrier plate 2 is arranged on a rear end cover 1, four brush carriers 3 are formed on the brush carrier plate 2 and uniformly distributed in a periphery direction by taking a center of the rear end cover 1 as the circle center, the cross section of each brush carrier 3 is C-shaped, one electric brush 4 is mounted in each brush carrier 3, the electric brush 4 is positioned in the brush carrier 3 through a C-shaped turnover clamp of the brush carrier 3, and a spring 5 is provided between the electric brush 4 and a bottom of the brush carrier 3. Two electric brushes 4 mounted in two 2 opposite brush carriers 3 constitute one electric brush group, braids 6 of each electric brush group are electrically welded on a conductive screw 7, respectively, and the conductive screw 7 passes through the brush carrier plate 2 and the rear end cover 1 to outside of the rear end cover 1 to be fitted with a nut 8 for connecting with the power supply and connecting the brush carrier plate 2 with the rear end cover 1 at the same time. A varnished sleeve 9 is sleeved outside the conductive screw 7 in order to form electric insulation between the conductive screw 7 and the rear end cover 1. An inner end of the rear end cover 1 is provided with an inner boss 10, a compression screw 11 passes through the brush carrier plate 2 to be in threaded connection with the inner boss 10, a washer 12 is provided between the head end of the compression screw 11 and the inner boss 10, and the braids 6 of the two electric brush groups are compressed between the washer 12 and the inner boss 10. 3
Claims (2)
1. A rear end cover assembly of a direct current motor, a brush carrier plate being arranged on a rear end cover, a plurality of brush carriers being formed on the brush carrier plate, electric brushes being mounted in the brush carriers, characterized in that the electric brushes are divided into two electric brush groups, braids of each electric brush group are conductively welded on a conductive screw, respectively, the conductive screw passes through the brush carrier plate and the rear end cover to outside of the rear end cover to be fitted with a nut so as to connect the brush carrier plate with the rear end cover and also to connect with a power supply, and the conductive screw and the rear end cover are in insulating connection with each other.

The rear end cover assembly of a direct current motor according to claim 1, characterized in that an inner end of the rear end cover is provided with an inner boss, a compression screw passes through the brush carrier plate to be in threaded connection with the inner boss, a washer is provided between the head end of the compression screw and the inner boss, and the braids of the two electric brush groups are compressed between the washer and the inner boss. 4
