本发明公开了一种矿用钻头,所述的钻头由以下成分组成:C0.12%-0.30%,Mn3.30%-4.2%,Ti0.03-0.08%Zr0.05%-0.22%,Cr1.7%-2.5%,Ni0.35%-1.20%,V0.02-0.03%,Mo0.5%-2.5%,B2.5%-3.3%,N0.003-0.01,P<0.022,S<0.028,Al10.28%-11.25%,其余为Fe。本发明针对现有矿用钻头的不足,在低碳高速钢基础上,加入硼元素,在保持高速钢具有良好高温红硬性的前提下,还具有优异的抗腐蚀能力,能够有效地适应矿上的环境,提高了使用寿命。另外,本发明加入了各种的金属元素,能够改善夹杂物形态和分布的作用,有利于提高钻头的的机械性能,特别是钻头的强韧性和耐腐蚀性,使得钻头更能够适应矿井下的环境。

技术领域
    本发明涉及一种机加工用钻头,特别涉及一种矿用钻头。
背景技术
随着社会的进步和经济的快速发展,制造业越来越成为经济的支柱,在制造业中钻头的应用越来越广泛,然而传统的钻头在加工的过程当中,容易磨损甚至断裂,严重影响生产效率以及造成巨大的经济浪费。尤其在矿山作业时,由于其环境恶劣,容易腐蚀以及磨损,一般市售的钻头很容易磨损以及腐蚀,且寿命低下,对企业造成很大的影响。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种抗磨蚀强,强度高的矿用钻头。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的方法是:一种矿用钻头,所述的钻头由以下成分组成:
C 0.12%-0.30%, Mn 3.30%-4.2%,Ti 0.03-0.08% Zr 0.05%-0.22%, Cr 1.7%-2.5% ,Ni 0.35%-1.20% ,V 0.02-0.03% , Mo 0.5%-2.5% ,B 2.5%-3.3% ,N 0.003-0.01,P <0.022 ,S <0.028,Al 10.28%-11.25%,其余为Fe。
作为本发明的一种优选,所述的各成分比具体为:
C 0.18%-0.25%, Mn 3.80%-4.0%,Ti 0.05-0.07% ,Zr 0.09%-0.12%, Cr 1.9%-2.2% ,Ni 0.65%-1.05% ,V 0.025-0.03% , Mo 0.95%-1.25% ,B 2.5%-3.3% ,N 0.003-0.01,P <0.020 ,S <0.018,Al 10.58%-10.85%,其余为Fe。
有益效果:
本发明针对现有矿用钻头的不足,在低碳高速钢基础上,加入硼元素,在保持高速钢具有良好高温红硬性的前提下,还具有优异的抗腐蚀能力,能够有效地适应矿上的环境,提高了使用寿命。另外,本发明加入了各种的金属元素,能够改善夹杂物形态和分布的作用,有利于提高钻头的的机械性能,特别是钻头的强韧性和耐腐蚀性,使得钻头更能够适应矿井下的环境。

一种矿用钻头,所述的钻头由以下成分组成:
C 0.18%, Mn 3.80%,Ti 0.07% ,Zr 0.0,9%-0.12%, Cr 1.9%-2.2% ,Ni 0.65%-1.05% ,V 0.025-0.03% , Mo 0.95%-1.25% ,B 2.5%-3.3% ,N 0.003-0.01,P <0.020 ,S <0.018,Al 10.58%-10.85%,其余为Fe。
实施例3:
一种矿用钻头,所述的钻头由以下成分组成:
C 0.30%, Mn 4.2%,Ti 0.08% ,Zr 0.22%, Cr 2.5% ,Ni 1.20% ,V 0.03% , Mo 2.5% ,B 3.3% ,N 0.01,P <0.022 ,S <0.028,Al 11.25%,其余为Fe。
本发明针对现有矿用钻头的不足,在低碳高速钢基础上,加入硼元素,在保持高速钢具有良好高温红硬性的前提下,还具有优异的抗腐蚀能力,能够有效地适应矿上的环境,提高了使用寿命。另外,本发明加入了各种的金属元素,能够改善夹杂物形态和分布的作用,有利于提高钻头的的机械性能,特别是钻头的强韧性和耐腐蚀性,使得钻头更能够适应矿井下的环境。
