Abstract

本发明公开了一种铝材防腐切削液,其配方的各组分及含量,按重量份计:硅油60-70份、二乙醇胺硼酸马来酐复合酯 30-50份、二乙醇胺10-13份、环己六醇六磷酸脂4-15份、硼砂9-13份、庚酸5-10份、消泡剂0.5-1份、草酸钙0.02-1份、水100份。本发明铝材防腐切削液,针对铝材的特有性质,在保证切削液的润滑的作用的同时,可有效的对铝材表面产生一层抗腐蚀的保护膜,克服了现有切削液对铝材的腐蚀的技术缺陷,使铝材的加工更加得心应手,开拓了铝材的应用领域。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种切削液。
背景技术
金属切削液在金属切削、磨削加工过程中具有相当重要的作用。它在机械加工中应用极为广泛.切削液应具备以下几方面的作用:  
冷却作用:在工件切削加工过程中,能及时而迅速的降低切削区的温度,即降低通常因摩擦引起的温升、冷却也影响切削效率,切削质量及刀具寿命。  
润滑作用:能减少切削刀具与工件间摩擦。润滑液能浸润到刀具与工件及其切屑之间,减少摩擦和粘结,降低切削阻力,保证切削质量,延长刀具寿命。  
洗涤作用:使切屑或磨料粒子被冲洗而离开刀具和工件的加工区,以防它们相互粘结及粘附在工件、刀具和机床上妨碍。  
防锈作用:应有一定的防锈性能,防止工件和机床生锈。如提高防锈性能, 还可部分取代工序间防锈。 
铝型材的可机加工性是优良的,具有特定的拉伸强度、屈服强度、可延展性和相应的加工硬化率支配着允许变形量的变化。据前瞻网《2013-2017年中国铝型材行业细分产品产销需求与前景预测分析报告》调查显示,商业上可提供的铝型材在不同形态下成形性的额定值取决于成形的工艺方法,而铝及其合金,是金属中最易被切削液腐蚀的的金属,因而导致工件加工不精确,给加工带来的一定的麻烦。 
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷,提供了一种对铝材具有抗腐蚀效果的铝材防腐切削液。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来具体实现:
    一种铝材防腐切削液,其配方的各组分及含量,按重量份计:硅油60-70份、二乙醇胺硼酸马来酐复合酯 30-50份、二乙醇胺10-13份、环己六醇六磷酸脂4-15份、硼砂9-13份、庚酸5-10份、消泡剂0.5-1份、草酸钙0.02-1份、水100份。
作为优选方案,上述的铝材防腐切削液,其配方的各组分及含量,按重量份计:硅油65份、二乙醇胺硼酸马来酐复合酯 40份、二乙醇胺12.5份、环己六醇六磷酸脂12份、硼砂10份、庚酸7份、消泡剂1份、草酸钙0.5份、水100份。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明铝材防腐切削液,针对铝材的特有性质,在保证切削液的润滑的作用的同时,可有效的对铝材表面产生一层抗腐蚀的保护膜,克服了现有切削液对铝材的腐蚀的技术缺陷,使铝材的加工更加得心应手,开拓了铝材的应用领域。

    实施例1:
   一种铝材防腐切削液,其配方的各组分及含量,按重量份计:硅油65份、二乙醇胺硼酸马来酐复合酯 40份、二乙醇胺12.5份、环己六醇六磷酸脂12份、硼砂10份、庚酸7份、消泡剂1份、草酸钙0.5份、水100份。
    实施例2:
    一种铝材防腐切削液,其配方的各组分及含量,按重量份计:硅油60份、二乙醇胺硼酸马来酐复合酯 50份、二乙醇胺10份、环己六醇六磷酸脂15份、硼砂9份、庚酸10份、消泡剂0.5份、草酸钙1份、水100份。
    实施例3:
    一种铝材防腐切削液,其配方的各组分及含量,按重量份计:硅油70份、二乙醇胺硼酸马来酐复合酯 30份、二乙醇胺13份、环己六醇六磷酸脂4份、硼砂13份、庚酸5份、消泡剂1份、草酸钙0.02份、水100份。
