本发明公开了一种减噪抗静电防锈漆,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:醇酸树脂32-35、滑石粉6-8、鳞片状锌粉3-5、草酸钙2-3、甲基三乙氧基硅烷1-2、二甲基氯化锡1-2、环氧化甘油三酸酯2-3、玻璃鳞片3-4、二甲基硅油0.5-1.0、乙酰柠檬酸三(2-乙基已)酯1-2、聚四氟乙烯3-4、氨基树脂20-25、丙二醇4-6、乙酸丁酯12-15、二甲苯7-9、助剂4-7;本发明的油漆生产成本低,使用范围广泛,功能全,涂装方便,添加的助剂降噪效果好,有益员工的身心健康。本发明的油漆耐候性好、附着力高,抗静电效果好,提高了设备的运行安全系数,防锈时间长,延长了设备的使用时间,减少后期维修的费用,降噪的功能为工作的人员营造了和谐的工作环境,降低了人们的生命财产损失。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种油漆及其制备方法,特别是一种减噪抗静电防锈漆及其制备方法。
背景技术
涂料,在中国传统名称为油漆。中国涂料界比较权威的《涂料工艺》一书是这样定义的:“涂料是一种材料,这种材料可以用不同的施工工艺涂覆在物件表面,形成粘附牢固、具有一定强度、连续的固态薄膜。这样形成的膜通称涂膜,又称漆膜或涂层。”现在许多电力设备如变电箱、配电箱等设备箱体处在室外,工作环境及其恶劣,常受风吹日晒雨淋,我们通常在其表面涂上油漆用来提高箱体的耐高温、耐寒、耐光照、防锈、绝缘等性能,延长其使用寿命,降低后期的维护保养得费用,但是现有的油漆无法满足不同设备的不同要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种减噪抗静电防锈漆及其制备方法。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明通过以下方案实施:
一种减噪抗静电防锈漆,由下列重量份的原料制成:醇酸树脂32-35、滑石粉6-8、鳞片状锌粉3-5、草酸钙2-3、甲基三乙氧基硅烷1-2、二甲基氯化锡1-2、环氧化甘油三酸酯2-3、玻璃鳞片3-4、二甲基硅油0.5-1.0、乙酰柠檬酸三(2-乙基已)酯1-2、聚四氟乙烯3-4、氨基树脂20-25、丙二醇4-6、乙酸丁酯12-15、二甲苯7-9、助剂4-7;
所述助剂是由下列重量份的原料制成:乌洛托品3-5、牛脂胺3-4、苯并三氮唑5-7、丙烯酸甲酯3-5、甲基丙烯酸乙酯8-12、2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇单异丁酸酯1-2、乙醇15-20、虫胶4-6、有机膨润土8-12、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.4-0.8、丙二醇脂肪酸酯1-2、二乙烯三胺1-2、过氧化二叔丁基1-2、刚玉莫来石粉7-11、玻璃纤维7-10、碳纤维3-5、聚氧化乙烯2-4、去离子水4-6;制备方法是(1)将有机膨润土、刚玉莫来石粉、虫胶和乙醇加到高速混合机中,高速搅拌10-20分钟,加热至60-80°C,再加入二乙烯三胺、过氧化二叔丁基、丙烯酸甲酯和甲基丙烯酸乙酯,继续搅拌反应1-2小时;(2)将玻璃纤维、碳纤维、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧化乙烯和去离子水混合,高速剪切形成液体混合物;(3)将步骤(2)的产物加到流化床里用空气流化,喷涂在步骤(1)的产物上,再加入其余剩余物质充分研磨即可。
本发明所述一种减噪抗静电防锈漆,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将滑石粉、鳞片状锌粉、草酸钙、玻璃鳞片加到丙二醇、乙酸丁酯和、二甲苯的混合溶液中,超声分散20-30分钟,加热至50-80°C时加入乙酰柠檬酸三(2-乙基已)酯、环氧化甘油三酸酯、助剂继续搅拌反应30-40分钟;
(2)将步骤(1)的产物继续升高温度至70-90°C,加入聚四氟乙烯、氨基树脂、醇酸树脂、甲基三乙氧基硅烷,1200-1400转/分下高速混合搅拌反应1-2小时;
(3)将剩余物质加到步骤(2)的产物中,混合均匀后加到研磨机中研磨分散均匀,过滤得到细度为20-40μm的物料,包装即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明的油漆生产成本低,使用范围广泛,功能全,涂装方便,添加的助剂降噪效果好,有益员工的身心健康。本发明的油漆耐候性好、附着力高,抗静电效果好,提高了设备的运行安全系数,防锈时间长,延长了设备的使用时间,减少后期维修的费用,降噪的功能为工作的人员营造了和谐的工作环境,降低了人们的生命财产损失。
具体实施方案  
下面通过具体实例对本发明进行详细说明。
 一种减噪抗静电防锈漆,由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:醇酸树脂34、滑石粉7、鳞片状锌粉4、草酸钙2、甲基三乙氧基硅烷1、二甲基氯化锡1、环氧化甘油三酸酯3、玻璃鳞片3、二甲基硅油0.6、乙酰柠檬酸三(2-乙基已)酯1、聚四氟乙烯3、氨基树脂24、丙二醇5、乙酸丁酯14、二甲苯8、助剂5;
所述助剂是由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:乌洛托品3、牛脂胺4、苯并三氮唑5、丙烯酸甲酯4、甲基丙烯酸乙酯10、2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇单异丁酸酯2、乙醇18、虫胶4、有机膨润土10、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.7、丙二醇脂肪酸酯1、二乙烯三胺1、过氧化二叔丁基1、刚玉莫来石粉7、玻璃纤维8、碳纤维5、聚氧化乙烯4、去离子水6;制备方法是(1)将有机膨润土、刚玉莫来石粉、虫胶和乙醇加到高速混合机中,高速搅拌10-20分钟,加热至60-80°C,再加入二乙烯三胺、过氧化二叔丁基、丙烯酸甲酯和甲基丙烯酸乙酯,继续搅拌反应1-2小时;(2)将玻璃纤维、碳纤维、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧化乙烯和去离子水混合,高速剪切形成液体混合物;(3)将步骤(2)的产物加到流化床里用空气流化,喷涂在步骤(1)的产物上,再加入其余剩余物质充分研磨即可。

(2)将步骤(1)的产物继续升高温度至70-90°C,加入聚四氟乙烯、氨基树脂、醇酸树脂、甲基三乙氧基硅烷,1200-1400转/分下高速混合搅拌反应1-2小时;
(3)将剩余物质加到步骤(2)的产物中,混合均匀后加到研磨机中研磨分散均匀,过滤得到细度为20-40μm的物料,包装即可。
本发明的油漆外观无结皮和硬块的现象,柔韧性实验:50mm,硬度实验:4H,附着力实验(划格法)≤1级,耐盐水性实验(3%的氯化钠,15d):无气泡、无剥落,耐热性实验(100±2℃,4h):无流挂、无起泡起皱、无开裂,复合损耗因素:20°C:0.103,40°C:0.123。

Claims (2)

1.一种减噪抗静电防锈漆,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:醇酸树脂32-35、滑石粉6-8、鳞片状锌粉3-5、草酸钙2-3、甲基三乙氧基硅烷1-2、二甲基氯化锡1-2、环氧化甘油三酸酯2-3、玻璃鳞片3-4、二甲基硅油0.5-1.0、乙酰柠檬酸三(2-乙基已)酯1-2、聚四氟乙烯3-4、氨基树脂20-25、丙二醇4-6、乙酸丁酯12-15、二甲苯7-9、助剂4-7;
所述助剂是由下列重量份的原料制成:乌洛托品3-5、牛脂胺3-4、苯并三氮唑5-7、丙烯酸甲酯3-5、甲基丙烯酸乙酯8-12、2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇单异丁酸酯1-2、乙醇15-20、虫胶4-6、有机膨润土8-12、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.4-0.8、丙二醇脂肪酸酯1-2、二乙烯三胺1-2、过氧化二叔丁基1-2、刚玉莫来石粉7-11、玻璃纤维7-10、碳纤维3-5、聚氧化乙烯2-4、去离子水4-6;制备方法是(1)将有机膨润土、刚玉莫来石粉、虫胶和乙醇加到高速混合机中,高速搅拌10-20分钟,加热至60-80°C,再加入二乙烯三胺、过氧化二叔丁基、丙烯酸甲酯和甲基丙烯酸乙酯,继续搅拌反应1-2小时;(2)将玻璃纤维、碳纤维、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧化乙烯和去离子水混合,高速剪切形成液体混合物;(3)将步骤(2)的产物加到流化床里用空气流化,喷涂在步骤(1)的产物上,再加入其余剩余物质充分研磨即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种减噪抗静电防锈漆,其特征在于,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将滑石粉、鳞片状锌粉、草酸钙、玻璃鳞片加到丙二醇、乙酸丁酯和、二甲苯的混合溶液中,超声分散20-30分钟,加热至50-80°C时加入乙酰柠檬酸三(2-乙基已)酯、环氧化甘油三酸酯、助剂继续搅拌反应30-40分钟;
(2)将步骤(1)的产物继续升高温度至70-90°C,加入聚四氟乙烯、氨基树脂、醇酸树脂、甲基三乙氧基硅烷,1200-1400转/分下高速混合搅拌反应1-2小时;
(3)将剩余物质加到步骤(2)的产物中,混合均匀后加到研磨机中研磨分散均匀,过滤得到细度为20-40μm的物料,包装即可。
