Abstract

本发明涉及一种防锈油漆,由以下重量分数的组分组成:C9石油树脂175份,醇酸树脂50份,溶剂油235份,含油钙粉285份,高岭土60份,氧化铁红195份,催干剂2份。本发明的有益效果是:现有技术使用的碳酸钙批发价格大约最便宜的也在每吨300以上,相比于用含油钙粉成本每吨200来说是要高一些的,另外在含油钙粉中含有一部分的溶剂油,生产时也可降低溶剂油的加入量,更加缩小生产的成本。

一种防锈油漆及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,特别涉及防锈油漆及其制备方法。 
背景技术
传统的红丹铁红醇酸防锈漆是树脂、醇酸树脂、溶剂油、碳酸钙、高岭土、氧化铁红生产而成的。该种防锈漆主要用于钢结构表面的防锈涂装,要求防锈性能好,干燥快,附着力强。现在用含油钙粉将其中的碳酸钙替代,防锈漆在防锈性能,干燥力,附着力,以及耐盐水性上都没有差别,而油漆的成本却有了一定的减少。 
含油钙粉是树脂生产过程中和阶段产生的固体废弃物,钙粉的作用是在树脂生产过程中除去树脂液中的催化剂。因为含油钙粉属于工业固体废弃物,目前的主要用途是砖窑厂烧砖,由于含油钙粉中含油树脂油大约50%,所以这种使用造成了很大的浪费。 
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种防锈油漆及其制备方法。 
本发明采用如下技术方案: 
一种防锈油漆,由以下重量分数的组分组成: 
C9石油树脂175份,醇酸树脂50份,溶剂油235份,含油钙粉285份,高岭土60份,氧化铁红195份,催干剂2份。 
一种如上所述的防锈油漆,具体的制备方法如下: 
按量称取上述组合物,将C9石油树脂、醇酸树脂和溶油剂混合, 搅拌30min,依次加入含油钙粉、高岭土和氧化铁红,每加入一种原料后搅拌45min,最后加入催干剂,搅拌5min。 
C9石油树脂,生产厂商为青岛伊森化学有限公司,批号为01-13-07-11-01-12,软化点120℃。
醇酸树脂,生产厂商为淄博远达化工,短油醇酸树脂,型号为389-9A。 
溶剂油,生产厂商为青岛伊森化学有限公司,馏程为140-210, 
高岭土,生产厂商为灵寿权达矿产, 
氧化铁红,生产厂商为龙口安东化工, 
复合型催干剂,生产厂商为博山红旗化工厂, 
含油钙粉,生产厂商为青岛伊森化学有限公司。 
本发明的有益效果是: 
现有技术使用的碳酸钙批发价格大约最便宜的也在每吨300以上,相比于用含油钙粉成本每吨200来说是要高一些的,另外在含油钙粉中含有一部分的溶剂油,生产时也可降低溶剂油的加入量,更加缩小生产的成本。 
具体实施方式
实施例 
一种防锈油漆,由以下重量分数的组分组成: 
C9石油树脂175份,醇酸树脂50份,溶剂油235份,含油钙粉285份,高岭土60份,氧化铁红195份,催干剂2份。 
具体的制备方法如下: 
按量称取上述组合物,将C9石油树脂、醇酸树脂和溶油剂混合,搅拌30min,依次加入含油钙粉、高岭土和氧化铁红,每加入一种原 料后搅拌45min,最后加入催干剂,搅拌5min。 
使用本发明所述的方法制备的防锈漆的性能如需: 
将刷漆的铁片放入盐水中浸泡96小时,漆膜表面不起泡,不退色,不生锈,干燥时间表干小于2小时,实干小于24小时。

1.一种防锈油漆,其特征在于由以下重量分数的组分组成:
C9石油树脂175份,醇酸树脂50份,溶剂油235份,含油钙粉285份,高岭土60份,氧化铁红195份,催干剂2份。
2.一种根据权利要求1所述的防锈油漆,其特征在于具体的制备方法如下:
按量称取上述组合物,将C9石油树脂、醇酸树脂和溶油剂混合,搅拌30min,依次加入含油钙粉、高岭土和氧化铁红,每加入一种原料后搅拌45min,最后加入催干剂,搅拌5min。
