Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗静电涂料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:过氯乙烯树脂2-3、蜂王浆1-2、甲基丙烯酸甲酯3-4、甲基丙烯酸异辛酯2-4、二乙醇胺1-2、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯2-3、三丁基三氯化锡0.6-1、重晶石粉10-14、二茂铁1-2、六甲基环三硅氧烷80-100、甲基丙烯酸丁酯120-160、丙烯酸己酯130-200、去离子水500-600、过硫酸钾2-4、op-103-4、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱0.8-1、粘结助剂3-6,本发明的涂料加入的过氯乙烯树脂良好的电绝缘性、热塑性和成膜性,可以明显提高涂层的抗静电效果,提高与各原料间的粘合性,改善成膜效果,提高与基材的附着力。

技术领域
本发明主要涉及涂料领域,尤其涉及一种抗静电涂料。
背景技术
涂于物体表面能形成具有保护、装饰或特殊性能(如绝缘、防腐、标志等)的固态涂膜的一类液体或固体材料的总称,包括油(性)漆、水性漆、粉末涂料。漆是可流动的液体涂料,包括油(性)漆及水性漆。油漆是以有机溶剂为介质或高固体、无溶剂的油性漆。水性漆是可用水溶解或用水分散的涂料。涂料作为家庭装修的主材之一,在装饰装修中占的比例较大,购买涂料的合格与否直接影响到整体装修效果和居室的环境,有时甚至会对人体的健康产生极大的危害。目前随着各种各样涂料的产生,对涂料的品质要求也不断提高,而不断提高涂料质量对于建筑、生活都可以起到很大的帮助作用。
发明内容
本发明目的就是提供一种抗静电涂料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种抗静电涂料,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
过氯乙烯树脂2-3、蜂王浆1-2、甲基丙烯酸甲酯3-4、甲基丙烯酸异辛酯2-4、二乙醇胺1-2、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯2-3、三丁基三氯化锡0.6-1、重晶石粉10-14、二茂铁1-2、六甲基环三硅氧烷80-100、甲基丙烯酸丁酯120-160、丙烯酸己酯130-200、去离子水500-600、过硫酸钾2-4、op-10 3-4、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱0.8-1、粘结助剂3-6;
所述的粘结助剂是由下述重量份的各原料组成的:
甲基丙烯酸甲酯5-10、醋丙乳液20-25、铝酸酯偶联剂2-3、香樟木微粉1-2、异冰片甲基丙烯酸酯2-3、过硫酸钾1-2、十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.6-1、去离子水13-20;
将上述甲基丙烯酸甲酯与铝酸酯偶联剂混合,搅拌均匀后加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠、异冰片甲基丙烯酸酯,50-60℃下保温搅拌3-5分钟;
将香樟木微粉加入到去离子水中,搅拌均匀后加入过硫酸钾,搅拌均匀;
将上述处理后的各原料混合,加入到醋丙乳液中,300-400转/分搅拌分散15-20分钟,即得所述粘结助剂。
一种抗静电涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)取上述甲基丙烯酸丁酯重量的50-60%、丙烯酸己酯重量的50-60%混合,得单体a;
(2)将剩余的甲基丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸己酯与甲基丙烯酸异辛酯、六甲基环三硅氧烷混合,在60-70℃下保温搅拌3-5分钟,加入三丁基三氯化锡,搅拌均匀,冷却至常温,得单体b;
(3)取op-10与上述去离子水重量的10-20%混合,加入过硫酸钾,升高至温度为60-70℃,保温搅拌20-30分钟,滴加上述单体a,在2-4 小时内滴完,滴加完毕后在上述温度下保温20-30分钟,得种子乳液;
(4)取十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱,加入剩余去离子水重量的20-30%,搅拌均匀,加入蜂王浆、三丁基三氯化锡,在60-70℃下保温搅拌3-5分钟,冷却至常温,得液a;
(5)在上述种子乳液中加入液a,搅拌均匀,滴加单体b,滴加时间为100-120分钟,滴加完毕后,在70-80℃下保温1-2小时,冷却,用200-250目筛网过滤出料;
(6)将上述步骤(5)得到的物料与剩余各原料混合,800-1200转/分搅拌分散20-30分钟,即得所述抗静电涂料。
本发明的优点是:
本发明的涂料加入的过氯乙烯树脂良好的电绝缘性、热塑性和成膜性,可以明显提高涂层的抗静电效果,提高与各原料间的粘合性,改善成膜效果,提高与基材的附着力。本发明的粘结助剂加入的甲基丙烯酸甲酯在水中可以形成胶态,与异冰片甲基丙烯酸酯、过硫酸钾、醋丙乳液等混合改性,具有很强的粘结效果,可以提高涂膜表面粘结性和稳定性。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种抗静电涂料,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
过氯乙烯树脂2、蜂王浆1、甲基丙烯酸甲酯3、甲基丙烯酸异辛酯4、二乙醇胺2、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯2、三丁基三氯化锡0.6、重晶石粉14、二茂铁2、六甲基环三硅氧烷100、甲基丙烯酸丁酯160、丙烯酸己酯200、去离子水600、过硫酸钾4、op-10 4、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱0.8、粘结助剂3;
所述的粘结助剂是由下述重量份的各原料组成的:
甲基丙烯酸甲酯10、醋丙乳液25、铝酸酯偶联剂3、香樟木微粉2、异冰片甲基丙烯酸酯3、过硫酸钾1、十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.6、去离子水20;
将上述甲基丙烯酸甲酯与铝酸酯偶联剂混合,搅拌均匀后加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠、异冰片甲基丙烯酸酯,60℃下保温搅拌5分钟;
将香樟木微粉加入到去离子水中,搅拌均匀后加入过硫酸钾,搅拌均匀;
将上述处理后的各原料混合,加入到醋丙乳液中,400转/分搅拌分散20分钟,即得所述粘结助剂。
一种抗静电涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)取上述甲基丙烯酸丁酯重量的60%、丙烯酸己酯重量的50%混合,得单体a;
(2)将剩余的甲基丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸己酯与甲基丙烯酸异辛酯、六甲基环三硅氧烷混合,在70℃下保温搅拌3分钟,加入三丁基三氯化锡,搅拌均匀,冷却至常温,得单体b;
(3)取op-10与上述去离子水重量的20%混合,加入过硫酸钾,升高至温度为70℃,保温搅拌30分钟,滴加上述单体a,在4 小时内滴完,滴加完毕后在上述温度下保温20分钟,得种子乳液;
(4)取十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱,加入剩余去离子水重量的30%,搅拌均匀,加入蜂王浆、三丁基三氯化锡,在70℃下保温搅拌3分钟,冷却至常温,得液a;
(5)在上述种子乳液中加入液a,搅拌均匀,滴加单体b,滴加时间为100分钟,滴加完毕后,在80℃下保温2小时,冷却,用250目筛网过滤出料;
(6)将上述步骤(5)得到的物料与剩余各原料混合,1200转/分搅拌分散20-30分钟,即得所述抗静电涂料。
性能测试:
延伸率:≥300% ;
不透水性:0.3MPa( 一个小时不透水)。

1.一种抗静电涂料,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
过氯乙烯树脂2-3、蜂王浆1-2、甲基丙烯酸甲酯3-4、甲基丙烯酸异辛酯2-4、二乙醇胺1-2、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯2-3、三丁基三氯化锡0.6-1、重晶石粉10-14、二茂铁1-2、六甲基环三硅氧烷80-100、甲基丙烯酸丁酯120-160、丙烯酸己酯130-200、去离子水500-600、过硫酸钾2-4、op-10 3-4、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱0.8-1、粘结助剂3-6;
所述的粘结助剂是由下述重量份的各原料组成的:
甲基丙烯酸甲酯5-10、醋丙乳液20-25、铝酸酯偶联剂2-3、香樟木微粉1-2、异冰片甲基丙烯酸酯2-3、过硫酸钾1-2、十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.6-1、去离子水13-20;
将上述甲基丙烯酸甲酯与铝酸酯偶联剂混合,搅拌均匀后加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠、异冰片甲基丙烯酸酯,50-60℃下保温搅拌3-5分钟;
将香樟木微粉加入到去离子水中,搅拌均匀后加入过硫酸钾,搅拌均匀;
将上述处理后的各原料混合,加入到醋丙乳液中,300-400转/分搅拌分散15-20分钟,即得所述粘结助剂。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的抗静电涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)取上述甲基丙烯酸丁酯重量的50-60%、丙烯酸己酯重量的50-60%混合,得单体a;
(2)将剩余的甲基丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸己酯与甲基丙烯酸异辛酯、六甲基环三硅氧烷混合,在60-70℃下保温搅拌3-5分钟,加入三丁基三氯化锡,搅拌均匀,冷却至常温,得单体b;
(3)取op-10与上述去离子水重量的10-20%混合,加入过硫酸钾,升高至温度为60-70℃,保温搅拌20-30分钟,滴加上述单体a,在2-4 小时内滴完,滴加完毕后在上述温度下保温20-30分钟,得种子乳液;
(4)取十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱,加入剩余去离子水重量的20-30%,搅拌均匀,加入蜂王浆、三丁基三氯化锡,在60-70℃下保温搅拌3-5分钟,冷却至常温,得液a;
(5)在上述种子乳液中加入液a,搅拌均匀,滴加单体b,滴加时间为100-120分钟,滴加完毕后,在70-80℃下保温1-2小时,冷却,用200-250目筛网过滤出料;
(6)将上述步骤(5)得到的物料与剩余各原料混合,800-1200转/分搅拌分散20-30分钟,即得所述抗静电涂料。
