Abstract
本发明公开了一种反射性快速固化防霉涂料按照重量百分比计,由4%-6%碳化镁、25%-35%氟碳乳液、5%-12%纳米空心玻璃纤维、12%-15%钛白粉、0.7%-1.0%UV固化光引发剂、0.5%-0.9%消泡剂、0.5%-1.0%防腐剂、20%-30%重量比为3:1的保护型防霉胶囊胞子和橡胶粉的混合物、21%-32%去离子水制备而成。本发明的涂料的隔热性能和防霉性能好,且固化速度快。

技术领域
本发明涉及反射性快速固化防霉涂料。
背景技术
在各领域中,涂料的应用非常广泛,如外墙上,工业仓库,化工、石油、食品行业类贮罐及管道表面,厂房、现代化养殖场、冷冻库、民房、办公楼等建筑物上等。
传统都是为有机溶剂的涂料,该涂料的污染性严重,因此,现在大家已经大面积开始使用水性涂料,而对于外墙涂料来说,需要解决的其中一重要技术问题是隔热和防霉,但现有的水性涂料其隔热和防霉性能都欠佳。为了提高施工效率,涂料的固化速度也非常的重要。
发明内容
为了提高隔热反射性能、固化速度和防霉性,本发明提供了一种反射性快速固化防霉涂料。
为达到上述目的,一种反射性快速固化防霉涂料,按照重量百分比计,由如下原料制备而成;
碳化镁 4%-6%
氟碳乳液 25%-35%
纳米空心玻璃纤维 5%-12%
钛白粉 12%-15%
UV固化光引发剂 0.7%-1.0%
消泡剂 0.5%-0.9%
防腐剂 0.5%-1.0%
重量比为3:1的保护型防霉胶囊胞子和橡胶粉的混合物
20%-30%
去离子水 21%-32% 。
进一步的,所述消泡剂选自 SP-202 、XP-1273 中的一种或者它们的混合物,所述的防腐剂为亚硝酸盐。
本发明的有益效果是:由于加入了碳化镁、纳米空心玻璃纤维和钛白粉,因此,红外反射率可达90%以上,隔热率可到98%,从而提高了隔热效果。本发明中的保护型防霉胶囊胞子能持续有效的释放活性物,其与橡胶粉作用,达到长期有效的防霉作用,还能提高漆膜的弹性。UV固化光引发剂能吸收光波长为250~420 nm的紫外光,吸收光能后能分解成活性碎片继而引发单体聚合,从而大大的提高了固化的速度。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行进一步详细说明。
反射性防霉涂料按照重量百分比计,由4%-6%碳化镁、25%-35%氟碳乳液、5%-12%纳米空心玻璃纤维、12%-15%钛白粉、0.7%-1.0%UV固化光引发剂、0.5%-0.9%消泡剂、0.5%-1.0%防腐剂、20%-30%重量比为3:1的保护型防霉胶囊胞子和橡胶粉的混合物、21%-32%去离子水制备而成。其中,所述消泡剂选自 SP-202 、XP-1273 中的一种或者它们的混合物,所述的防腐剂为亚硝酸盐。

反射性防霉涂料的制备方法是:在搅拌器中首先加入去离子水和UV固化光引发剂、消泡剂、防腐剂,在缓慢搅拌的过程中加入碳化镁、氟碳乳液、纳米空心玻璃纤维、钛白粉之后,以1500转/分的高速搅拌分散15-25分钟,再以500转/分的低速搅拌,将重量比为3:1的保护型防霉胶囊胞子和橡胶粉的混合物缓慢加入分散20-30分钟,制成本发明产品。
在本发明中,由于加入了碳化镁、纳米空心玻璃纤维和钛白粉,因此,红外反射率可达90%以上,隔热率可到98%,从而提高了隔热效果。本发明中的保护型防霉胶囊胞子能持续有效的释放活性物,其与橡胶粉作用,达到长期有效的防霉作用,还能提高漆膜的弹性。UV固化光引发剂能吸收光波长为250~420 nm的紫外光,吸收光能后能分解成活性碎片继而引发单体聚合,从而大大的提高了固化的速度。

1.一种反射性快速固化防霉涂料,其特征在于,按照重量百分比计,由如下原料制备而成;
碳化镁 4%-6%
氟碳乳液 25%-35%
纳米空心玻璃纤维 5%-12%
钛白粉 12%-15%
UV固化光引发剂 0.7%-1.0%
消泡剂 0.5%-0.9%
防腐剂 0.5%-1.0%
重量比为3:1的保护型防霉胶囊胞子和橡胶粉的混合物
20%-30%
去离子水 21%-32% 。
2.根据权利要求1所述的反射性快速固化防霉涂料,其特征在于:所述消泡剂选自 SP-202 、XP-1273 中的一种或者它们的混合物,所述的防腐剂为亚硝酸盐。
