Abstract

一种适用于陶瓷、玻璃等两种以上不同材质制品、构件的粘合面楔孔成型方法;由漏印刷法将粘合剂漏印在铺底基材上,将颗粒物晒在上面,然后将被粘合物的粘合面放置在上面,施加一定外力,使颗粒物嵌入粘合面,通过碳化、熔溶、破碎的方法除掉颗粒物,粘合面便形成内空大于口径的空洞状的楔孔;由于粘合剂容易灌入孔内,固化后不易退出,使其粘合强度得到提高。

Description

一种粘合面楔孔成形方法,适用于陶瓷、玻璃、金属压铸件、浇铸件、塑料压注件等两种以上不同材质制品、构件的粘合。
目前两种不同材质制品、构件的粘合,粘合面均为平面或带微孔的面,当涂敷上粘合剂粘合后由于抗拉强度不够,一但受到外力时,便容易产生脱落。如陶瓷构件的粘合,因粘合面的孔小,水泥浆不易灌入孔内,使其粘合强度降低。
本发明的目的是在两种以上不同材质制品、构件的粘合面上形成一种楔孔,当粘合剂涂敷在有楔孔的面上后能灌进楔孔内,粘合剂固化后,被粘合的制品、构件牢固的粘合为整体。
本发明主要由漏印粘合剂后晒上颗粒物的方法实现。其中用纸、布、石棉纸或其它软性材料作为辅底基材,将铺底基材铺设在平板上,把粘合剂用漏印法印刷在其上面,再晒上易碳化物、粉碎物、熔溶物、化学溶化物、烧熔物的颗粒,抖动铺底基材,将未粘住的颗粒抖掉,立即把被粘合物的粘合面放置在粘住颗粒物的铺底基材上面,通过冲压或其他外力压制,使颗粒物嵌入粘合面,被粘合物经烧制、浇铸、压铸、注塑、浇注固化成型后,颗粒物被碳化或采用熔溶、破碎的方法去除掉,使粘合面形成内空大于口径的空洞状的楔孔。
本发明能在两种不同材质的粘合面产生有规则的或任意排列的楔孔,其楔孔的大小和深度可根据被粘合物所需要的粘合强度进行选择;在外力不超过被粘合物的强度时,则不易产生脱落;由于粘合剂容易灌入孔内,固化后不易退出,使其粘合强度得到提高。

本发明用于陶瓷、玻璃的粘合,先采用漏印法将粘合剂(浆糊、胶)漏印刷在纸或布上,再把可碳化物颗粒如木粒、谷粒等晒在上面,立即把陶瓷制品、玻璃制品坯的粘合面放置在上面,经冲压后颗粒物嵌入粘合面,然后进行烧制,颗粒物占据的空间随着颗粒物的碳化而形成内空大于口径的楔孔1,参照图1。

Claims (1)

1、一种由漏印粘合剂后晒上颗粒物的粘合面楔孔成形方法,其特征在于用纸、布、石棉纸或其软性材料作为铺底基材,把铺底基材铺设在平板上,将粘合剂用漏印法印刷在铺底基材上,再晒上易碳化物、粉碎物、熔溶物、化学溶化物、烧熔物的颗粒,抖动铺底基材将未粘合的颗粒抖掉,并将被粘合物的粘合面放置在粘住颗粒物的铺底基材上面,通过冲压或其他外力压制,使颗粒物嵌入粘合面,被粘合物经烧制、浇铸、压铸、注塑、浇注固化成型后,颗粒物被碳化或采用熔熔方法,破碎方法去除掉,使粘合面形成内空大于口径的空洞状的楔孔。
