Abstract

本发明提供了一种水泵壳体加工夹具,包括底座、顶板。底座包括圆柱形支撑台和通过螺栓固定在支撑台上的顶盖。顶板包括插接固定在其上方的顶柱,顶柱另一端与机床连接。顶盖的形状与水泵壳体底部对应位置吻合。顶板还包括多个孔和靠近顶柱一侧的固定小圆柱。顶柱内设顶杆,顶杆上端面设有与水泵壳体开孔吻合的圆孔,顶杆外部与顶柱之间设有弹簧。本发明在装夹时,客户可将水泵壳体套装在底座上,顶板紧贴水泵壳体,顶杆与水泵壳体开孔对齐后下压,使水泵壳体准确定位、装夹,方便水泵壳体进一步加工。

一种水泵壳体加工夹具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种水泵壳体加工夹具。
背景技术
目前,加工汽车水泵壳体时都是采用手动夹紧,夹紧动作慢,费时费力,且夹紧的力度人工难以控制,毛坯的定位精度、牢固性和过程稳定性差。此外,加工水泵壳体时一次仅加工一个面,现阶段对水泵壳体其他面进行加工的流程是这样的:首先将需要第一次加工的水泵壳体紧固在作台上,待加工完成,然后取下该水泵壳体并将其翻转,再紧固在工作台上,对该水泵壳体的另一面再进行加工,以此类推,直至将水泵壳体需加工的面完全加工完。综上所述,现阶段对水泵壳体的紧固较为繁琐,一次仅能紧固一个水泵壳体,且一次仅能加工该水泵壳体的其中一面,导致加工水泵壳体的效率较低。
上述的传统水泵壳体加工夹具存在一定的不合理。
发明内容
本发明提出的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种既可以使水泵壳体定位准确和装夹简单,又方便水泵壳体进一步加工的水泵壳体加工夹具。发明从结构上相对于传统的水泵壳体加工夹具有较大的突破和优化。
本发明提供了一种水泵壳体加工夹具,包括底座、顶板。其中,底座包括圆柱形支撑台和通过螺栓固定在支撑台上的顶盖。顶板包括插接固定在其上方的顶柱,顶柱另一端与机床连接。
较佳的,顶盖的形状与水泵壳体底部对应位置吻合。
较佳的,顶板还包括多个固定孔和靠近顶柱一侧的固定小圆柱。
较佳的,顶柱内设顶杆,顶杆上端面设有与水泵壳体开孔吻合的圆孔。
较佳的,顶杆外部与顶柱之间设有弹簧。

具体实施方式
本实施例中,水泵壳体加工夹具包括底座、顶板。其中,底座包括圆柱形支撑台和通过螺栓固定在支撑台上的顶盖。顶板包括插接固定在其上方的顶柱2,顶柱2另一端与机床连接。其中,固定小圆柱1可用于固定水泵壳体,顶板固定孔4也用于固定水泵壳体,保证了水泵壳体定位准确。
本实施例中,顶盖可根据不同外形的水泵壳体进行替换。顶板上插接固定有顶柱2,顶柱2一端固定在机床上。顶柱2内设有顶杆5,顶杆5上的圆孔3与水泵壳体开孔配合。顶杆5外部与顶柱2之间设置弹簧6。在对水泵壳体进行装夹时,将水泵壳体套装在底座上,顶板紧贴水泵壳体,使顶杆5与水泵壳体开孔对齐后下压,使水泵壳体定位准确、装夹得效率更高,同时又方便水泵壳体的进一步加工。

1.一种水泵壳体加工夹具,包括底座、顶板,其特征在于,所述的底座包括圆柱形支撑台和通过螺栓固定在支撑台上的顶盖,所述的顶盖的形状与水泵壳体底部对应位置吻合;所述的顶板包括插接固定在其上方的顶柱(2)、多个顶板固定孔(4)和靠近顶柱(2)一侧的固定小圆柱(1),顶柱(2)另一端与机床连接,所述的顶柱(2)内设顶杆(5),所述的顶杆(5)上端面设有与水泵壳体开孔吻合的圆孔(3),所述的顶杆(5)外部与顶柱(2)之间设有弹簧;固定小圆柱(1)用于固定水泵壳体,顶板固定孔(4)也用于固定水泵壳体,保证水泵壳体定位准确;对水泵壳体进行装夹时,将水泵壳体套装在底座上,顶板紧贴水泵壳体,使顶杆(5)与水泵壳体开孔对齐后下压,使水泵壳体定位准确、装夹得效率更高,同时又方便水泵壳体的进一步加工。
