本发明涉及一种利用切割酶切割病毒转录酶方法。目前公知的治疗病毒方法副作用大,不能定点清除。本发明的目的是;利用切割酶切割病毒转录酶.经过采集病毒的转录酶和转录病毒测序,后计算和定位内切酶识别序列来完成设计内切酶.切割酶包括有切割功能的内切酶,核酸酶等.运送到病灶可以采取局部注射方式和要治疗本身病毒去核改造为运输工具到达病灶。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种利用切割酶切割病毒转录酶方法。 
技术背景
目前公知的治疗病毒方法副作用大,不能定点清除。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是;利用切割酶切割病毒转录酶. 
本发明的解决其技术问题采用的方案是;经过采集病毒的转录酶和转录病毒测序,后计算和定位内切酶识别序列来完成设计内切酶.内切酶通过运送体内内工具如去活性病毒进入体内对病毒的转录酶和转录病毒的点位进行切割.利用改造去毒的病毒为载体运送工具来运送设计好的切割酶.切割点位包膜和细菌序列.根据不同病毒来设计不同切割酶.再通过细胞自我修复使病人康复。进入体内对转录病毒和转录酶点位切割.切割酶包括有切割功能的内切酶,核酸酶等.运送到病灶可以采取局部注射方式和要治疗本身病毒去核改造为运输工具到达病灶。 
本发明的好处是;清除潜伏休眠病毒或细菌,副作用小,定点清除。

经过采集的转录酶和转录病毒测序(1),后计算和定位内切酶识别序列(2)完成设计好的切割酶(3)。设计好的切割酶(3)通过运送体内内工具(4)如去活性病毒(5)进入体内对启动子及其他点位切割(6)。再通过细胞自我修复使病人(7)康复(8)。 

Claims (4)

1.一种利用切割酶切割转录酶和转录病毒方法,其特征是;经过采集病毒的转录酶和转录病毒测序,后计算和定位内切酶识别序列来完成设计内切酶.内切酶通过运送体内内工具如去活性病毒进入体内对转录酶和转录病毒的点位进行切割。 
2.根据权利要求书(1)所述的一种利用切割酶切割转录酶和转录病毒方法,其特征是;利用改造去毒的病毒为载体运送工具来运送设计好的切割酶.运送病灶可以采取局部注射方式。运送到病灶可以采取局部注射方式和要治疗本身病毒去核改造为运输工具到达病灶。 
3.根据权利要求书(1)所述的一种利用切割酶切割转录酶和转录病毒方法,其特征是;切割点位包膜和细菌序列.根据不同病毒来设计不同切割酶.切割酶包括有切割功能的内切酶,核酸酶等。
4.根据权利要求书(1)所述的一种利用切割酶切割转录酶和转录病毒方法,其特征是;再通过细胞自我修复使病人康复。
